Claims (14)
- Verschlussgetriebe und Folgebeschlagaggregat für Flügel von Fenstern, Türen und dergleichen mit an Stulpschienen (2, 2', 2") geführten und über ein Betätigungsgetriebe (5) in ihrer Längsrichtung verstellbaren Treibstangen (3, 4), an denen mit rahmenfesten Schließteilen (8, 13, 16) zusammenwirkende Riegelelemente (6, 7; 11, 12; 14, 15) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei vom Betätigungsgetriebe (5) gegenläufig angetriebene, insbesondere übereinander liegend angeordnete und sich zumindest jeweils etwa über die Länge des getriebeseitigen Holms des Flügels erstreckende Treibstangen (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, und
dass jeweils ein Riegelelement (6, 12, 15) der einen Treibstange (3) mit einem Riegelelement (7, 11, 14) der anderen Treibstange (4) ein mit einem zugeordneten Doppel-Schließteil (8, 13, 16) zusammenwirkendes Riegelpaar bildet. - Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Riegelpaare (6, 7; 11, 12; 14, 15) und zugeordnete Doppel-Schließteile (8, 13, 16) zumindest im Bereich des Betätigungsgetriebes (5) und in den Endbereichen des getriebeseitigen Holms des Flügels vorgesehen sind. - Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelelemente (6, 7; 11, 12; 14, 15) nach Art von Kopfbolzen ausgebildet sind und die Schließteile (8, 13, 16) zu den Kopfbolzen komplementäre Ausnehmungen (9, 10) aufweisen, in die die Kopfbolzen eines Riegelpaars unter Verringerung ihres gegenseitigen Abstandes zur Verriegelung seitlich einfahrbar sind. - Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelelemente (6, 7, 11, 12; 14, 15) an den Treibstangen (3, 4) in deren Längsrichtung verstellbar angebracht sind. - Verschlussgetriebe, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das als Beschlagaggregat mit an Stulpschienen (2, 2', 2") geführten und über ein Betätigungsgetriebe verstellbaren sowie zumindest einseitig mit einer Eckumlenkung (17) verbundenen oder kuppelbaren Treibstangen (3, 4), an denen mit rahmenfesten Schließteilen (8, 13, 16) zusammenwirkende Riegelelemente (6, 7, 11, 12; 14, 15) vorgesehen sind, ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Treibstangen jeweils aus einem vom Betätigungsgetriebe gegenläufig angetriebenen Paar von einander benachbart angeordneten Einzeltreibstangen (3, 4) bestehen,
dass die Eckumlenkung (17) ein Paar von flexiblen, zueinander parallel verlaufenden Umlenkelementen (19, 20) aufweist, die jeweils mit den Einzeltreibstangen (3, 4) verbunden oder kuppelbar sind, und
dass jedes flexible Umlenkelement (19, 20) zumindest einseitig des Eckbereichs (18) der Umlenkung (17) wenigstens ein Riegelelement (6, 7) trägt. - Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei benachbarte Riegelelemente (6, 7) an den Einzeltreibstangen (3, 4) und den flexiblen Umlenkelementen (19, 20) ein mit einem zugeordneten Doppel-Schließteil (8) zusammenwirkendes Riegelpaar bilden. - Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beiderseits des Eckbereichs (18) der Umlenkung (17) zumindest ein Riegelpaar (6, 7) vorgesehen ist. - Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des jeweiligen Riegelpaars (6, 7) zum Eckbereich (18) minimiert ist. - Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Umlenkelemente (17, 18) aus Stahlbändern, Ketten, Seilen oder dergleichen bestehen. - Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelelemente (6, 7) nach Art von Kopfbolzen ausgebildet sind und die Doppel-Schließteile (8) zu den Kopfbolzen komplementäre Ausnehmungen aufweisen, in die die Kopfbolzen eines Riegelpaars (6, 7) unter Verringerung ihres gegenseitigen Abstandes zur Verriegelung seitlich einfahrbar sind. - Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelelemente (6, 7) an den Treibstangen (3, 4) und/oder an den Umlenkelementen (17, 18) in deren Längsrichtung verstellbar angebracht sind. - Verschlussgetriebe insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Winkelteil (21) zur Führung einer flexiblen, mit zumindest einer Treibstange des Verschlussgetriebes (1) kuppelbaren Umlenkeinheit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkeinheit ein Paar von flexiblen, zueinander parallel verlaufenden Umlenkelementen (19, 20) aufweist, und
dass jedes flexible Umlenkelement (19, 20) zumindest auf einer Seite des Eckbereichs (18) des Winkelteils (21) zumindest ein Riegelelement (6, 7) trägt. - Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei benachbarte Riegelelemente (6, 7), von denen ein erstes an dem einen und ein zweites an dem anderen flexiblen Umlenkelement (19, 20) befestigt ist, bei gegenseitiger Bewegung der beiden Umlenkelemente (19, 20) ein mit einem zugeordneten, rahmenseitigen Doppel-Schließteil (8) zusammenwirkendes Riegelpaar bildet. - Verwendung des Verschlussgetriebes nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Montage am losen Holm, wobei der Abstand der holmendseitig vorgesehenen Riegelpaare (11, 12; 14, 15) von den Holmenden derart gewählt ist,
dass einerseits eine über Linearbewegungen erfolgende automatische Zusammensetzung der Holme zu einem geschlossenen Rahmen unbehindert von Beschlagteilen erfolgen kann, andererseits jedoch der Abstand der holmendseitigen Riegelpaare (11, 12; 14, 15) zu den angrenzenden Holmen minimiert ist.
