Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for erecting a building with a circumferentially closed Concrete wall that is constant over its height Has cross section, the circumferentially closed concrete wall in a plurality of concreting steps, in each of which a circumferentially closed Section of the concrete wall next to the top of the already finished part of the concrete wall is concreted and at least one overall circumferentially closed inner formwork unit is provided, which in more than one Concreting step is used.
- a “constant cross-section” means that the cross-sectional area the concrete wall over the height of the structure in its shape and size remains unchanged.
- a “building” also becomes part of an overall building Roger that. Such structures are, for example, round buildings, stairwells, fireplaces etc.
- Climbing formwork is used in connection with the erection of circular structures known in which two circumferentially closed formwork rings on a supporting structure be hung up.
- the formwork cavity delimited by the formwork rings is filled with concrete after the concrete has hardened or set the formwork rings are loosened and raised so far on the supporting structure that its lower part still in the area of the upper edge of the cast wall ring lies. Then the rings are clamped and fixed again, concrete again filled in and the mentioned interplay repeats itself until the desired one Height is reached. In this way, such a cylindrical structure Wall ring placed on the other.
- FIG. 1 Another type of climbing formwork is, for example, in US Pat. No. 1,478,653 shown and described.
- the essence of such climbing formwork is that here formwork anchors penetrating the masonry are to be provided and with which the formwork elements are braced in their entirety, the anchors concreted in at the top during a concreting step in the sequence can be used as foot anchors for the formwork in the next concreting step.
- a new anchor is then installed in each concreting step.
- the formwork will then raised when the previous concrete section of the wall has set has the entire weight of the formwork over the formwork anchors has to carry.
- the formwork itself consists of the actual formwork panels and the scaffold stiffening the formwork panels.
- the following procedure is conventionally used for climbing construction carried out: First, the one intended for the next concreting step Internal formwork on the completed part of the concrete wall at the intended height attached and aligned. Then built-in parts for the concrete wall attached to the inner formwork at the relevant points. Such built-in parts are, for example, anchors or built-in housings for Outlets. If there are recesses in the building wall, for example for windows or doors that are to be kept free are on the finished part corresponding formwork parts attached to the building wall attached to recess such openings. In the further episode the Reinforcement installed for the next section of the building wall to be created, parts of the reinforcement with the inner formwork unit for holding the reinforcement can be connected.
- the reinforcement has also been isolated at an assembly site on the floor to a finished circumferentially closed Reinforcement cage assembled and subsequently raised with a hoist and via the internal formwork unit attached to the building wall the crown of the wall put up.
- this is only possible if there are no formwork parts attached to the opening of the inner formwork unit are, which would otherwise put the reinforcement cage on the Internal formwork unit would hinder.
- the outer formwork attached and tensioned with the inner formwork unit and for production a circumferentially closed section of the concrete wall becomes concrete in poured the space between the inner formwork unit and the outer formwork.
- the object of the invention is an improved method of the aforementioned Provide way by which such a structure in a particularly efficient and is inexpensive to erect. According to the invention, this is achieved by a Method with the features of claim 1.
- the method is the inner formwork unit used in a concreting step at an assembly site that can conveniently be on the floor, pre-assembled, one on the outside of the inner formwork unit Reinforcement is attached. This assembly work can already be done while a previous concreting step is still being carried out on the structure be carried out or during the concrete of the previous concreting step cures.
- the pre-assembled inner formwork unit is included the reinforcement attached to it and raised to that of the previous one Concreting step on the remaining climbing bar set off on the building wall.
- the inner formwork unit is also aligned enables, so that further alignment steps advantageously can be omitted and the inner formwork unit and the attached to it The reinforcement is in the intended position immediately after it has been set down are located.
- the total construction time required can be achieved by the method according to the invention of a circumferentially enclosed structure can be shortened.
- At least there are two inner formwork units used in several concreting steps provide the same cross-section, one of which is at the assembly site for the next concreting step can be prepared while the other internal formwork unit can be attached to the structure for concreting work.
- a further reduction in the construction time can possibly be three or more such internal formwork units be provided with the same cross section.
- two Internal formwork unit used for concreting work on the building can then two or more internal formwork units for the next concreting steps be prepared at the respective assembly site.
- the circumferentially closed one to be erected is Building partially completed.
- several circumferentially closed sections 1 of the concrete wall have already been produced between each of which a concrete joint 21 is visible.
- the outer formwork on the outside of the concrete wall 2 is attached.
- Anchored 3 which can be constructed in a conventional manner. This Anchors 3 can be accessed from the outside and inside of the concrete wall Have internal threads into which bolts can be screwed.
- the internal formwork unit 5 comprises a main part 6 and one at the upper end of the Main part 6 arranged and with this for example by means of a screw connection connected climbing ledge 7.
- the main part 6 and the climbing ledge 7 are in the assembled state, formed to be circumferentially closed and its outer sides together form the formwork skin 11.
- On the outside of the inner formwork unit a reinforcement 8 is arranged and is used by the inner formwork unit 5 carried. This reinforcement 8 for the next circumferentially closed Section of the concrete wall was opened before the internal formwork unit was lifted 5 assembled at an assembly station and with the internal formwork unit 5 connected.
- Installation parts of the concrete wall were also attached to the reinforcement 8, the anchor 3 or others to be provided in the concrete wall, for example Parts can include. Furthermore, on the inner formwork unit in Fig. 1 not shown formwork parts for recessing openings in the creating section of the concrete wall.
- Cones 9 are provided, which are in depressions 10 on the underside of the main part 6 are insertable, the shape of the recesses 10 being that of the cones 9 is trained accordingly.
- the inner formwork unit placed on the climbing ledge 7 5 is thereby already precisely aligned, so that further alignment and leveling work for the inner formwork unit 5 normally can be omitted.
- the climbing strip 7 inward and upward protruding guide plates Inlet slopes for the main part 6 of those to be deposited on the climbing strip 7 Form the inner formwork unit 5.
- the width of the climbing strip 7 can be as in FIGS. shown to be less than that of the main part 6 or the same size (theoretically can be larger).
- the main part 6 can be in the usual way Form a frame formwork.
- the climbing strip 7 can for example be formed by a U-profile, the open side of which faces inwards is.
- Fig. 2 Positioned on the climbing ledge 7 attached to the concrete wall and with it screwed inner formwork unit 5 is shown in Fig. 2.
- the reinforcement 8 attached to the inner formwork unit 5 is located here already in the right position. Furthermore, the one shown in FIG Construction phase already set up the outer formwork 2.
- the outer formwork 2 can here from a main part 11 and at the upper and lower ends of the main part 11 on this attachable climbing rails 12 exist. Starting from Fig. 1, the main part 11 together with that at the lower end of the main part 11 attached climbing strip 12 removed from the concrete wall. The one at the bottom Climbing ledge 12 fixed to the end of the main part 11 is removed from the latter and attached to the upper end of the main part 11.
- the next step is the space between the inner formwork and the outer formwork Pour 2 with concrete, up to the upper edge of the climbing rails 7, 12.
- This Construction phase is shown in Fig. 3.
- Inner formwork unit 5 are prepared at an assembly site 14, which is preferably located on the ground.
- the reinforcement is already here 8 attached to the outside of the inner formwork unit 5, as well as if necessary built-in parts to be provided in the concrete wall.
- assembly work on more than one such internal formwork unit 5 be so that immediately after the hardening time of the concrete of a section the building wall has a fully assembled internal formwork unit with reinforcement 8 is ready for the next section to be created.
- a section preferably consists of several circumferential segments fastened to one another by screw connections, for example in the form shown in FIG. 4.
- the spreader bars 16 have parts that can be screwed into one another, for example a middle part with opposite internal threads at its ends, into which the side parts are screwed in via an external thread. These threads are only in Fig. 4 schematically indicated (reference number 19).
- the middle segments 17 are moved together. Before that nor the connections between the middle segments 17 and the corresponding ones Segments of the climbing bar 7 subdivided in the same way, which at the top End of the main part 6 is fixed, solved.
- segments 17 of the lower climbing ledge fastened by means of segments remain connected to the central segments, as can be seen from FIG. 5.
- the moved together middle segments 17 with those fixed at the lower ends Segments of the climbing strip 7 are subsequently completed from the Part of the structure lifted out.
- the corner segments can also 15 and the corresponding segments of the lower climbing bar connected to them 7 can be removed from the concrete wall. It is again the one in FIG. 1 shown state reached.
- a main part 6 of an internal formwork unit 5 is also shown in FIG the schematically illustrated formwork parts 20 to cut out openings in the section of the concrete wall to be created with this internal formwork unit are attached.
- the outer formwork 2 could also be designed in a different way than shown be, for example, in one piece (without on the top and on the bottom of a main part of attachable climbing ledges).
- the height of the outer formwork could also be be different from that of the internal formwork.
