Description
Claims (7)
- Feuerfester Ausguss für ein metallurgisches Gefäß, insbesondere für Stahlschmelzen, mit einer ein oberes und ein unteres Ende aufweisenden Durchlauföffnung und einer die Durchlauföffnung seitlich umschließenden Innenwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Durchlauföffnung entlang der Innenwand entweder ein Heizer oder ein thermisch isolierendes, sich bei Berührung mit flüssigem Stahl auflösendes oder verbrennendes Material oder eine Kombination daraus angeordnet ist.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermisch isolierende Material Pappe oder ein Material mit einem Schmelzpunkt, der unterhalb des Schmelzpunktes von Stahl liegt, ist.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermisch isolierende Material faserartig oder durch Aufsprühen ausgebildet ist.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizer aus einem Stahl gebildet ist.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizer und/oder das thermisch isolierende Material durch mindestens zwei sich in Längsrichtung der Durchlauföffnung erstreckende, in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Teile gebildet ist.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile gleichförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Feuerfester Ausguss nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile sich gegenseitig berühren.
