Claims (12)
- Filteransetzmaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28) für Produkte der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie und wenigstens einem Antrieb, insbesondere Hauptantrieb, für die Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28) und mit einer Abziehvorrichtung (15) für einen Belagstreifen (12) und einer Belagstreifenschneidvorrichtung (16) für den Belagstreifen (12), wobei der Belagstreifen (12) von der Abziehvorrichtung (15) zur Belagstreifenschneidvorrichtung (16) gefördert wird und von der Schneidvorrichtung (16) in Streifen mit vorbestimmter Länge geschnitten wird und nachfolgend einem Produkt auf einer der Fördereinrichtungen (11) übergeben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Antrieb (52) für die Abziehvorrichtung (15) und die Schneidvorrichtung (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Maschinenstopp der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) vom Antrieb (50), insbesondere Hauptantrieb, für die Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28) entkoppelbar ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Anfahren der Maschine der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) mit dem Antrieb (50), insbesondere Hauptantrieb, für die Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28), synchronisierbar ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) als Synchronantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abziehvorrichtung (15) als Abzugswalzenpaar ausgebildet ist.
- Filteransetzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (16) mittels einer Schneidtrommel (17) und einer Messertrommel (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Filteransetzmaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei Produkte der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mittels Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28), die von wenigstens einem Antrieb, insbesondere Hauptantrieb, angetrieben werden, transportiert werden, und wobei ein Belagstreifen (12) von einer Abziehvorrichtung (15) zu einer Schneidvorrichtung (16) transportiert wird, und von der Schneidvorrichtung (16) in Streifen vorbestimmter Länge geschnitten wird und nachfolgend einem Produkt auf einer der Fördereinrichtungen (11) übergeben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abziehvorrichtung (16) und die Schneidvorrichtung (17) mittels wenigstens eines Antriebs (52) angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Maschinenstopp der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) vom Antrieb (50) für die Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28) entkoppelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Anfahren der Maschine der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) mit dem Antrieb (50) für die Fördereinrichtungen (1 bis 3, 6 bis 9, 11, 19, 21 bis 24, 26 bis 28) synchronisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (52) für Abzieh- (15) und Schneidvorrichtung (16) mittels eines Synchronantriebs ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Belagstreifen (12) mittels eines Abzugswalzenpaares (15) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Belagstreifen (12) mittels einer Schneidtrommel (17) und einer Messertrommel (18) geschnitten wird.
