Claims (11)
- Lampenfassung (10), insbes. Fassung für Halogen-Hochvoltlampen, umfassend einen zur Aufnahme des Lampensockels (30a) bestimmten Fassungsstein (11) aus temperaturfestem Material wie Keramik, Porzellan od. dgl. und eine den Fassungsstein (11) leiteranschlussseitig im wesentlichen bis auf Leitereinführöffnungen (17) verschließendende Abdeckung (12), sowie elektrische Kontakte (31) mit je wenigstens einer schraubenlosen Anschlussklemme für einen einzusteckenden Leiter (39), wobei die Kontakte (31) von Fassungsstein (11) und Abdeckung (12) in deren zusammengefügtem Zustand unverlierbar in der Fassung (10) gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kontakt (31) einen Basissteg (36) aufweist, an dem wenigstens eine schraubenlose Anschlussklemme ausgebildet ist mit einem Klemmfederabschnitt (38) und einem Widerlagerabschnitt (37) für das anzuschließende Leiterende (32) und dass im Fassungsstein (11) jeweils eine Sacköffnung (35) vorgesehen ist, in die der Widerlagerabschnitt (37) und das Leiterende (32) eintauchen und sich darin seitlich abstützen können.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schraubenlose Anschlussklemme an einer Schmalseite des Basisstegs (36) des Kontakts (31) ausgebildet ist.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Basissteg (36) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Kontakts (31) erstreckt und im Anschluss an wenigstens eine endseitige Umbiegungen der Widerlagerschenkel (37) ausgebildet ist, während der Klemmfederschenkel (38) aus einem Teil der Länge und einem Teil der Breite des Basisabschnitts (36) ausgeschnitten und abgebogen ist.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fassungsstein (11) mit zu jeder Sacköffnung (35) führenden Schrägflächen (40) versehen ist, die die Klemmfederabschnitte (38) der Kontaktfeder (31) flankieren und einen Überdehnanschlag für sie ausbilden.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in die Sacköffnung (35) eingreifende Widerlagerabschnitt (37) des Kontakts (31) unter federnder Vorspannung an der Wand der Sacköffnung (35) anliegt.
- Fassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Breitseite des Basisstegs (35) des Kontakts (31) eine Kontaktzunge (41) für einen Sockelkontakt (34) der Lampe (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kontakt (31) in einer Kontaktaufnahme (18) der Abdeckung (12) zumindest vorpositioniert gehalten ist.
- Fassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basissteg (36) des Kontakts (31) zwischen Fassungsstein (11) und Abdeckung (12) fest eingespannt ist.
- Fassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (12) ein Spritzgießformteil aus hochtemperaturbeständigem thermoplastischem Kunststoff wie PPS oder LCP ist.
- Fassung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wobei eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Haltefeder (16) zum fassungssteininternen Angriff mittels ihrer Schenkel (15) am Sockel (30a) der Lampe (30) vorgesehen ist, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (12) mit wenigstens einer bodenseitigen Öffnung (20) zum Durchgriff der Schenkel (15) der Haltefeder (16) und zur Aufnahme des Steges (25) der Haltefeder (16) versehen ist, dass der Steg (16) an seinen Enden mit nach auswärts gerichteten Lappen (26) versehen ist, die sich unter der Abdeckung (12) abstützen, wobei die Schenkel der Haltefeder (16) mittels widerhakenartiger Rastzungen (24) im Fassungsstein (11) verankert sind und Fassungsstein (11) und Abdeckung mittels dieser Haltefeder (16) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Fassung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lappen (26) federnd ausgebildet oder angeordnet sind und auf die Schenkel (15) der Haltefeder (16) Zugkräfte ausüben, die die widerhakenartigen Rastzungen (24) gegen Anlageflächen (27) des Fassungssteins (11) belasten.
