Claims (34)
- Maschine (10, 10.3, 10.4) zum Schneiden von Brot (62), Fleisch, Wurst, Käse und dergleichen Nahrungsmittel in beliebig dicke Scheiben (62.1),mit einem Schneidtisch (60, 60.3, 60.4) zum Auflagern des Nahrungsmittels,mit einem Schneidmittel,wobei am Schneidtisch eine Schneidnut (86) oder ein Schneidschlitz (189) vorhanden ist zum Eintauchen des in Querrichtung vollständig durch das Nahrungsmittel hindurch bewegbaren Schneidmittels,eine Vorschubeinrichtung (50) vorhanden ist zum - in jeweils gleicher Richtung - synchronen, taktweisen Verschieben der Schneidnut (86, 114) oder des Schneidschlitzes (189) sowie des Schneidmittels.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Schneidtisch (60.2) aus einem endlos umlaufenden Gliederband (78) besteht,in dem Gliederband die Schneidnut (86) oder der Schneidschlitz vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Schneidnut (114) oder der Schneidschlitz in einer leistenförmigen Auflage (112) vorhanden ist, die zwischen dem Schneidtisch (60.3) und dem Nahrungsmittel (62) verschiebbar angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Schneidtisch (60, 60.3, 60.4) eine Längsausdehnung (100) in Vorschubrichtung besitzt, die wesentlich kleiner ist als die doppelte Länge (102) des Nahrungsmittels (62) in dieser Vorschubrichtung. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Auflage (112) eine gewölbte Oberfläche besitzt, auf der von oben das Nahrungsmittel (62) auflagerbar ist,in der gewölbten Oberfläche eine Längsnut (114) oder ein Längsschlitz zum Eintauchen des Schneidmittels (28.1) vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Vorschubeinrichtung einen motorischen Antrieb (50) besitzt. - Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Mitnehmereinrichtung so vorhanden ist, dassin jeder Schwenkstellung des Schneidmittels (28) kein voneinander getrennter Vorschub der Schneidnut (86, 114) bzw. des Schneidschlitzes (189) und des Schneidmittels (28) durchführbar ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Schneidmittel (28) an einem Schwenkgestell (16) gelagert ist, das mittels einer Schwenkvorrichtung um eine Schwenkachse (18) so verschwenkbar ist, dass in seiner einen Schwenk-Endstellung das Schneidmittel vollständig durch das Nahrungsmittel quer hindurchgewandert ist und dass in seiner anderen Schwenk-Endstellung (16a) das Schneidmittel vollständig aus dem vom Nahrungsmittel eingenommenen Lichtraumprofil herausbewegt ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Schwenkvorrichtung enthälteinen am Gestell (16) befestigten Kragarm (30),ein Drehteil mit einem auskragenden Fortsatz (38), das in Rotation versetzbar ist,einen Gelenkstab (32), der mit seinem einen Ende gelenkig am freien Kragarm (30) und mit seinem anderen Ende gelenkig am Fortsatz (38) befestigt ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Mitnehmereinrichtung eine an dem Schwenkgestell (16) befestigte Sperrklinke (106) enthält, die bei jeder Schwenkstellung des Schwenkgestelles (16) in Eingriff steht mit einer am Schneidtisch (60) oder am motorischen Antrieb (50) oder am Gehäuse (14) fest angebrachten Mitnehmernut (108). - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassals Schneidmittel ein Bandmesser (28) vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassseitlich des Nahrungsmittels jeweils vorhandene Umlenkrollen (24, 25) für das Bandmesser (28.1) gemeinsam zusammen mit der Schneidnut (86, 114) oder dem Schneidschlitz in zur Schnittebene senkrechter Richtung verstellbar sind. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Schneidnut oder der Schneidschlitz (189) in einer in Vorschubrichtung (54) und in der Gegenrichtung (56) dazu verschiebbaren Aufnahme vorhanden ist,teleskopierbare Tischplatten (180, 182) an beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Schlitzwänden (184, 186) der Aufnahme befestigt sind,die beiden teleskopierbaren Tischplatten in Vorschubrichtung (54) und in der Gegenrichtung dazu jeweils ausziehbar sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Tischplatten (180, 182) im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie jeweilige Ausschubrichtung der teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) von der Schneidnut oder von dem Schneidschlitz (189) weggerichtet ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) und die teleskopierbaren Seitenwände (188, 190) aus U-förmigen Teilplatten (202) bestehen,die Teilplatten (202) über zumindest eine Scherenverbindung (203) teleskopierbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Maschine nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Gleitschicht auf der Unterseite der Tischplatten (180, 182) vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Gleitfolie auf der Unterseite der Tischplatten (202) vorhanden, insbesondere aufgeklebt ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassals Schneidmittel ein Rundmesser (118) vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Schlitten (120) parallel zur Schneidrichtung (152) hin- und her verfahrbar ist,das Rundmesser (118) mit dem Schlitten (120) so bewegungsmäßig verbunden ist, dassbei einer Bewegung des Schlittens (120) in Schneidrichtung (152)das Rundmesser (118) durch ein zu schneidendes Nahrungsmittel (62) hindurchführbar ist, und dassbei einer Bewegung des Schlittens (120) in der zur Schneidrichtung Gegenrichtung (154) das Rundmesser (118) aus dem zu schneidenden Nahrungsmittel (62) herausführbar ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Rundmesser (118) mit dem Schlitten (120) so bewegungsmäßig verbunden ist, dassnur bei einer Bewegung des Schlittens (120) in Schneidrichtung (152) das Rundmesser (118) rotierbar antreibbar ist. - Maschinen nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Freilauf auf den Drehantrieb des Rundmessers (118) bei Bewegung des Rundmessers in zur Schneidrichtung Gegenrichtung (154) einwirksam ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Zahnriemen (136) längs der Führungsbahn (122) des Schlittens (120) vorhanden ist,ein am Schlitten (120) drehbar gelagertes Drehglied (130) in kämmenden Eingriff zum Zahnriemen (136) steht,das Drehglied (130) mit dem motorischen Drehantrieb (129) des Rundmessers (118) drehwirksam verbunden ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Bewegung des Rundmessers (118) in Bewegungsrichtung und Bewegungsgröße gleich ist zur Bewegung des Schlittens (120). - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) und die Führungsbahn (122) geneigt zur Horizontalen, insbesondere zur Vorderseite (126) der Maschine (10.4) hin gekippt, ausgerichtet sind. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Bewegungsbahn des Rundmessers (118) parallel zur Führungsbahn (122) und/oder parallel zur Neigungsebene der teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) ausgerichtet ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Schlittenantrieb enthält:ein rotierbar antreibbares Drehteil (148) mit einem auskragenden Fortsatz (146),einen Gelenkstab (32.4), der mit seinem einen Ende gelenkig am Schlitten (120) und mit seinem anderen Ende gelenkig am Fortsatz (146) befestigt ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Schlittenantrieb so ausgebildet ist, dassbei einer vollen Umdrehung des Drehteils (148) der Schlitten (120) eine vollständige Bewegung in Schneidrichtung (152) und in der zur Schneidrichtung Gegenrichtung (154) durchfahren hat. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie für das Schneidmittel vorhandene Schneidnut oder der Schneidschlitz (189) von einem am Schneidmittel befestigten Abdeckband (220) verschlossen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Abdeckband (220) mit seinem einen Ende am vorderen Ende (224) der Schneidnut oder des Schneidschlitzes (189) und mit seinem anderen Ende (226) in der Maschine (10.4) an einer Stelle (228) in Gegenrichtung (154) hinter der Endstellung (118.2) des Rundmessers (118) befestigt ist,das Abdeckband (220) im Bereich der Schneidnut oder des Schneidschlitzes (189) über zumindest eine Rolle (230) geführt ist, die an einem das Schneidmittel (118) tragenden, längs der Schneidnut bzw. Schneidschlitzes (189) verfahrbaren Gestells (234) so befestigt ist, dass das Abdeckband (220) immer vor dem Schneidmittel (118) vorhanden ist, unabhängig von der Stellung (118.1, 118.2) des Schneidmittels (118) in der Schneidnut bzw. in dem Schneidschlitz (189). - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein die Tischplatten (180, 182) teleskopierbares Gestell (156) taktmäßig verfahrbar in Vorschubrichtung (54) und in der zur Vorschubrichtung Gegenrichtung (56) vorhanden ist,die Führungsbahn (122), das Rundmesser (118) und die teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) an dem Gestell (156) befestigt sind. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) längs eines Abstützgliedes (200) führbar sind. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas jeweilige Kragende der an der Aufnahme jeweils befestigten beiden teleskopierbaren Tischplatten (180, 182) lagefixierbar an den beiden Seitenwänden (14.6, 14.7) des Gehäuses (14.4) gehalten ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch,eine Einrichtung zum Verändern der Dicke der einzelnen Nahrungsmittel-Scheiben (62.1).
