Claims (27)
- Vorrichtung zum Umsetzen einer Person aus einer ersten Position in eine mindestens zweite Position mit einem bodenseitig angeordneten Basisteil (1) und einem an dem Basisteil (1) drehbar befestigten Drehteil (2) mit wenigstens einem im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Drehteil (2) angeordneten ersten Halteteil (16) zum zeitweiligen Halten der Person, gekennzeichnet durch ein bodenseitig und bezüglich des Drehteils (2) radial außen angeordnetes, in der Bodenebene im Wesentlichen flach ausgebildetes und im Wesentlichen um die Drehachse (2) schwenkbares Schwenkteil (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkteil (3) an dem Basisteil (1) drehbar gehaltert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkteil (3) zum Basisteil (1) konzentrisch drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Schwenkteil (3) zum Drehteil (2) im Wesentlichen konzentrisch drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehteil (2) einen Zentralführungsbolzen (26) aufweist, welcher in eine Lagerbuchse (38) kraftschlüssig eingreift, die von einem mit dem Basisteil (1) verbundenen Lagergehäuse (13) aufgenommen ist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkteil (3) wenigstens zweiteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Teile des Schwenkteils (3) unabhängig voneinander oder gleichzeitig schwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch bodenseitig an dem wenigstens einen Schwenkteil (3) angeordnete Gleitelemente (32).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halteteil (16) mit dem Drehteil (2) drehfest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halteteil (16) bezüglich der Drehachse des Drehteils (2) außermittig angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen an dem ersten Halteteil (16) schwenkbar angeordneten Transporthebel (50).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Schwenkteil (3) in einem Winkelbereich der ersten Position angeordnet ist und in einem Winkelbereich der zweiten Position wenigstens ein im Außenbereich des Basisteils (1) angeordnetes Stützelement (60) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine mittels einer Lagerung (46) schwenkbar ausgebildete Schwenkbogenstütze (18).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (60) einen im Wesentlichen nach außen gerichtet angeordneten Hebelarm (12) aufweist und mit dem Basisteil (1) magnetisch arretierbar (25, 42) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb des Stützelementes (60) wenigstens ein im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Drehteil (2) angeordnetes zweites Halteteil (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Halteteil (17) in Form eines Stützstocks ausgebildet ist und an dessen freiem Ende einen Kugelknopf (61) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Stützelementes (60) wenigstens ein Transportrad (43) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Halteteil (16) und/oder das zweite Halteteil (17) mittels Lösegriffen (37) demontierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehteil (2) durch wenigstens drei in Drehrichtung des Drehteils (2) rollbare Stützrollen (44) auf dem Basisteil (1) gelagert ist.
