Description
Claims (6)
- Schraubenfeder aus einem nitridbildende Legierungsbestandteile enthaltenden Stahl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine nitridhaltige Diffusionsschicht die Oberfläche der stirnseitigen Windungen der Schraubenfeder bildet.
- Schraubenfeder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu den Legierungsbestandteilen mindestens ein Metall aus der Gruppe Cr, Mo, V, und Al gehört.
- Schraubenfeder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl Si enthält.
- Schraubenfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenfeder eine Düsenhalterfeder für Dieseleinspritzsysteme ist.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diffusionsschicht zwischen etwa 20 und etwa 150 µm bei einer Härte von > 750 HV0,1 in 10 µm Tiefe dick ist.
- Gegenstand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diffusionsschicht zwischen etwa 50 und etwa 120 µm dick ist.
