Claims (17)
- Reihenklemme, mita) einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (4),b) wenigstens einer im Isolierstoffgehäuse (4) angeordneten Anschlußvorrichtung (10, 12) für einen Anschluß mindestens eines elektrischen Leiters, der wenigstens eine Leitungsader und eine die Leitungsader umgebende Isolierung aufweist, wobei die Anschlußvorrichtung (10, 12) eine Kontaktfeder (18) mit einer Kontaktschneide (20) zum Auftrennen der Isolierung des elektrischen Leiters und einen Kontaktierungsbereich (24) zur Kontaktierung der wenigstens einen Leitungsader aufweist,c) wobei die Kontaktfeder (18) als das eine Ende eines eine Schneidschiene (40) ausbildenden Stromschienenstückes ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) das von der Kontaktfeder abgewandte Ende der Schneidschiene (40) als einstückig mit der Schneidschiene ausgebildetes Steckkontaktelement (42) mit einer Steckerlasche (44) und einem einstückig mit diesem verbundenen Buchsenkontakt (46) ausgebildet ist. - Reihenklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerlasche (44) und der Buchsenkontakt (46) rechtwinklig zur Haupterstreckungsebene der Reihenklemme bzw. parallel zur Tragschienenrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
- Reihenklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerlasche (44) zum Eingriff in den Buchsenkontakt (44) der nächsten anzureihenden Reihenklemme auf der Tragschiene (T) ausgebildet ist, so daß sich in Tragschienenrichtung eine sich über mehrere Reihenklemmen hinweg erstreckende Querverbindung ausbildet.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierstoffgehäuse im Bereich seiner Vorder- und Rückseite jeweils mit Aussparungen (54, 56) versehen ist, wobei aus der einen Aussparung (54) die Steckerlasche (44) aus dem Isolierstoffgehäuse (4) vorsteht und wobei die auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite des Isolierstoffgehäuses (4) liegende Aussparung (56) zum Einstecken der Steckerlasche (42) in den Buchsenkontakt (44) ausgelegt ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das Isolierstoffgehäuse in Tragschienenrichtung bzw. senkrecht zur Haupterstrekungsebene der Reihenklemme ein Steckschutz (58) für die Steckerlasche (44) ausgebildet ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei sich gegenüberliegende und über ein Verbindungsblech (52) miteinander verbundene Federkontaktschenkel (48, 50) an ihren freien Enden den Buchsenkontakt (46) ausbilden.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerlasche (44) an dem freien Ende von einem der Federkontaktschenkel (48) der Schneidschiene (40) als Verlängerung dieses Schenkels (48) parallel zu dessen Endkante angeordnet ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerlasche (42) in Richtung des gegenüberliegenden Federkontaktschenkels (48) so gekröpft ist, daß ihre Mittelebene mit der mittig zwischen den beiden Federkontaktschenkeln (48, 50) befindlichen Mittelebene übereinstimmt.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das Verbindungsblech eine in sich gewinkelt ausgebildete Lasche (62) angeformt ist, welche ein Auge (64) aufweist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das Verbindungsblech (52) ein Lötstift (66) angeformt ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das Verbindungsblech (52) ein Buchsen- oder Steckerkontakt (68) angeformt ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidschiene einstückig als Stanz-/Biegeteil aus einem Metallbandes geformt ist.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidschiene (40) in der Seitenansicht eine U-Form ausbildet.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidschiene in der Seitenansicht eine L-Form ausbildet.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Steckkontaktelement ein Ende einer Stromschiene (70) eingesteckt ist, welche mit einem Kontaktfuß (72) zum Kontaktieren der Tragschiene T verbunden ist, so daß eine leitende Verbindung von der Tragschiene (T) zur Anschlußvorrichtung (10) ausbildet.
- Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein im Isolierstoffgehäuse (4) verschieblich geführtes Kontaktbetätigungsstück (30), das wenigstens ein seitliches Führungsmittel aufweist, welches mit korrespondierenden seitlichen Führungsmitteln im Isolierstoffgehäuse zusammenwirkt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, zum Anschluß mindestens eines elektrischen Leiters, der wenigstens eine Leitungsader und eine die Leitungsader umgebende Isolierung aufweist, wobei die Anschlußvorrichtung (10, 12) eine Kontaktfeder (18) mit einer Kontaktschneide (20) zum Auftrennen der Isolierung des elektrischen Leiters und einen Kontaktierungsbereich (24) zur Kontaktierung der wenigstens einen Leitungsader aufweist, wobei die Kontaktfeder (18) als das eine Ende eines eine Schneidschiene (40) ausbildenden Stromschienenstückes ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Kontaktfeder abgewandte Ende der Schneidschiene (40) als einstückig mit der Schneidschiene ausgebildetes Steckkontaktelement (42) mit einer Steckerlasche (44) und einem einstückig mit diesem verbundenen Buchsenkontakt (46) ausgebildet ist.
