Definitions
- the invention relates to an intermediate rail for heat-insulated Roof or wall constructions as well as corresponding roof and Wall constructions using the intermediate rails.
- EP-A 984 114 relates to a double-skin roof system, consisting of a supporting roof shell as a substructure, an upper shell and a thermal barrier layer arranged between the two. Since the entire space between the substructure and the top shell is filled with the insulation layer, this must overall consist of a sturdy and therefore heavy material, when vertical loads are to be absorbed. Thereby not only does the total weight of the roof structure become very high, but also the production costs, since a solid thermal insulation material is expensive. If, on the other hand, the space between the upper shell and substructure filled with a light thermal insulation material there is no tread-proof roof construction available.
- Intermediate rails of the prior art serve as support rails for a roof or wall shell and are usually made of metal or wood.
- the invention has for its object an intermediate rail to provide for roof or wall structures that the cost-effective creation of a light roof or wall construction allowed to be pressure and tread resistant at all points is and ensures a favorable K value of the building.
- the intermediate rail consists of two mutually directed and spaced-apart U-profiles, which absorb a solid insulation core between them and embrace this.
- a major advantage of this solution is that Use of such intermediate rails for roof or wall constructions the area between the upper shell and substructure, which is not filled in by the intermediate rails, with filled with a heat-insulating, non-tread-resistant filling material can be whose bulk density is significantly lower than that Is the bulk density of the insulation core. It doesn't just do that Dead weight of the overall construction compared to a construction with continuously treadproof insulation material, but it also reduce the cost of making one such roof or wall construction.
- the insulation core consists of a building product of fire protection class A1, for example rock or mineral wool.
- Such an insulation core can have a bulk density of the order of 130 kg / m 3 , as a result of which it is able to absorb larger loads.
- the insulation core which can be composed of several layers, between the two U-profiles in such a way that the layers are arranged parallel to the legs of the U-profiles, so that the fiber course in the direction to be expected Loads is oriented.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows one end of an intermediate rail 10 shown, which consist of two mutually directed U-profile rails 12 and 14, which has an insulation core 16 between them record and this with their side legs 18 partially embrace.
- the two rails 12 and 14 are preferably made of one galvanized steel sheet with a thickness between about 0.75 mm and 1.5 mm made. It is crucial that the free ends of the opposite legs 18 a distance from each other have that for a thermal separation of the upper profile rail 12 of the lower rail 14 provides.
- the insulation core 16 consists of a non-combustible material (fire protection class A1), ie rock wool or mineral wool.
- fire protection class A1 fire protection class A1
- Figure 1 is indicated by the vertical lines that the insulation core 16 consists of several layers 20 which are perpendicular to the two sides 18 connecting base sides 44, ie in the direction of a force F acting here from above. In this way there is a great load-bearing capacity of the insulation core 16 guaranteed. This is also favored by the fact that the insulation core 16 has a relatively high bulk density on the order of approximately 130 kg / m 3 .
- Figures 2 and 3 show the use of the intermediate rail 10 in a roof structure.
- This consists of the already mentioned substructure 24 and an upper shell 26, which rests on the intermediate rails 10 (see FIG. 2).
- the substructure 24 is made from a profiled sheet 28 (see FIG. 3) which rests on steel beams 30.
- FIG. 2 shows, the space 32 between the substructure 24 and the upper shell 26 and in the horizontal direction between the intermediate rails 10 is filled with a heat-insulating filler material 46 which does not have to be resistant to treading and can therefore be considerably lighter than the insulating cores 16 of the intermediate rails 10.
- filling material 46 absorb acting loads F, stone wool or mineral wool with a low bulk density, for example in the order of magnitude of 30 kg / m 3 .
- a filling material 46 is not only lighter and less expensive than the tread-resistant material of the insulation cores 16, but also has a higher thermal insulation and is seamlessly conformable. In cases with lower fire protection requirements, flame-retardant roll felt can also be used as filler 46.
- the intermediate rails 10 are through Fasteners, such as screws 22, on the substructure 24 fixed against shear.
- a vapor barrier 48 is attached to the substructure 24 his.
- the upper shell is made 26 also from a profiled sheet 28, which with the help of already described screw connections on the upper rails 12 is attached in a thrust-resistant manner.
- the Substructure 24 is visible, for example in gyms, is for the shear-proof fixation of the intermediate rails 10 initially the lower rail 14 attached, for example by Rivets 22 ', which are a fixed connection in the example of FIG. 3 between the lower profile rail 14 and the profile plate 28 manufactures.
- the intermediate rail 10 is not visible in FIG. 3, because it is in front of or behind the drawing layer; only the Head of a rivet 22 'is shown, wherein it can be seen that this in the area of the raised bead (upper chord) of the profile plate 28 lies.
- FIG. 5 Another mounting option for the insulation core 16 in the The intermediate rail 10 is shown in FIG. 5.
- the fasteners from needles 36 which are provided with barbs 38 and from the base 44 of the upper profile rail 12 to the inside stick out; in addition, corresponding needles 36 from the Stand the base side 44 of the lower profile rail 14 upwards.
- this way when putting on the two Profile rails 12 and 14 on the insulation core 16 a very good one Fixation achieved in which the barbs 38 in the insulation core 16th intervention.
- the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 6 shows two further fastening options.
- the fasteners are in the upper part for the insulation core 16 from screws 22 which are in one leg 18 of the upper profile rail 12 are used here, the insulation core 16 penetrate and with their end in the opposite Leg 18 are screwed.
- Figure 6 also shows the possibility of the base 44 of the punch out the top rail 12 holding tabs 50 and after bend outside so that the upper shell 26, For example, a profile clamping roof can be fixed.
- the fastening means consist of projections 40, the inside of the free ends of the legs 18 are angled and in the assembled state of the intermediate rail 10 engage in the insulation core 16.
- the assembly of the intermediate rail 10 according to Figure 7 can in the Way that the insulation core 16, which also consists of individual, vertically aligned layers 20, initially in horizontal direction is compressed so that the Profile rails 12 and 14 can be placed; subsequently the pressure is removed so that the layers 20 relax due to their inherent elasticity and a positive connection with the projections 40 becomes.
- the legs 18 of the two Profile rails 12 and 14 opposite the respective base side 44 easy to spread, only after inserting the insulation core 16 make a final deformation of the legs 18 in the the projections 40 are pressed into the insulation core 16.
- an insulation core 16 of fire protection class A1 such a Fire protection class A2 to use, for example from Polyurethane.
