- Vorrichtung zum Zubringen von Ergänzungsprodukten zu und Andrücken an Druckereierzeugnissen, mit einer Anzahl entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (14) in einer Umlaufrichtung (U) angetriebenen, hintereinander angeordneten, wenigstens einerseits ein Saugorgan (62) und wenigstens andererseits ein Stützorgan (64) aufweisenden Umlaufelementen (12), und einer Steuereinrichtung (61) für die ortsabhängige Steuerung der Umlaufelemente(12), wobei die Umlaufelemente (12) dazu bestimmt sind, ein Ergänzungsprodukt (72) an einer Aufnahmestelle (76) mit dem Saugorgan (62) aufzunehmen und an einer Andrückstelle (71) an ein Druckereierzeugnis (70) anzudrücken, wozu die Umlaufelemente (12) während ihrer Bewegung von der Aufnahmestelle (76) zur Andrückstelle (71) zwischen mit Abstand voneinander geförderte Druckereierzeugnisse (70) hinein- und aufeinander zu bewegt werden, sodass sich jeweils auf der einen Seite (70', 70") der Druckereierzeugnisse (70) ein Umlaufelement (12) mit dem gehaltenen Ergänzungsprodukt (72) und auf der ändern Seite (70", 70') ein benachbartes Umlaufelement (12) mit dem Stützorgan (64) anlegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufelemente (12) beiderseits je ein Saugorgan (62) und ein Stützorgan (64) aufweisen und jedem Saugorgan (62), zur Steuerung dessen Verbindung mit einer Unterdruckquelle (94'), ein Saugventil (112) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (61) einen, in Umlaufrichtung (U) der Aufnahmestelle (76) nach- und der Andrückstelle (71) vorgeschalteten, von einer Ruhestellung (42) in eine Übergabestellung (44) umschaltbaren Steuerabschnitt (38) aufweist, wobei in Übergabestellung (44) jeweils aufeinanderfolgende Umlaufelemente (12), für die Übergabe des von einem Umlaufelement (12) gehaltenen Ergänzungsprodukt (72) an das benachbarte Umlaufelement (12), aufeinander zu bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufelemente (12) an Traghebeln (26) drehbar gelagert sind, die ihrerseits an einem um eine Achse (30) drehend angetriebenen Tragelement (28) in Umfangsrichtung (U) gleichmässig verteilt angelenkt sind, und die Steuereinrichtung (61) eine Drehsteuerung (60) für die Drehlage der Umlaufelemente (12) und eine Schwenksteuerung (36) für die Traghebel (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umschaltbare Steuerabschnitt (38) der Schwenksteuerung (36) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage der Umlaufelemente (12) in der Aufnahmestelle (76) und in der Andrückstelle (71) - unabhängig von der Betriebsart unverändert bleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugventile (112) selbst schliessend ausgebildet sind und mittels des vom zugeordneten Saugorgan (62) gehaltenen Ergänzungsprodukts (72) in Offenstellung gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugventile (112) in den zugeordneten Saugorganen (62) angeordnet sind und je ein Betätigungselement (106) aufweisen, das über das Saugorgan (62) vorsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Umlaufelement (12) ein Lüftungsventil (102) aufweist, dessen Betätigungsorgan (118) vom benachbarten Umlaufelement (12), für die Übergabe des betreffenden Ergänzungsprodukts (72), in eine Lüftungsstellung (125) umstellbar ist, in welcher das betreffende Saugorgan (62) gelüftet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Umlaufelement (12) eine Unterdruckquelle (94'), vorzugsweise in der Form eines mit Druckluft gespeisten Ejektors (94), aufweist, die mit dem einen ein Saugventil (112) aufweisenden Saugorgan (62) direkt und mit dem andern ebenfalls ein Saugventil (112) aufweisenden Saugorgan (62) via das Lüftungsventil (102) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Zubringen von Ergänzungsprodukten zu und Andrücken an Druckereierzeugnissen, mit einer Anzahl entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (14) in einer Umlaufrichtung (U) angetriebenen, hintereinander angeordneten, wenigstens einerseits ein Saugorgan (62) und wenigstens andererseits ein Stützorgan (64) aufweisenden Umlaufelementen (12), und einer Steuereinrichtung (61) für die ortsabhängige Steuerung der Umlaufelemente (12), wobei die Umlaufelemente (12) dazu bestimmt sind, ein Ergänzungsprodukt (72) an einer Aufnahmestelle (76) mit dem Saugorgan (62) aufzunehmen und an einer Andrückstelle (71) an ein Druckereierzeugnis (70) anzudrücken, wozu die Umlaufelemente (12) während ihrer Bewegung von der Aufnahmestelle (76) zur Andrückstelle (71) zwischen mit Abstand voneinander geförderte Druckereierzeugnisse (70) hinein- und aufeinander zu bewegt werden, sodass sich jeweils auf der einen Seite (70', 70") der Druckereierzeugnisse (70) ein Umlaufelement (12) mit dem gehaltenen Ergänzungsprodukt (72) und auf der anderen Seite (70", 70') ein benachbartes Umlaufelement (12) mit dem Stützorgan (64) anlegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufelemente (12) beiderseits je ein Saugorgan (62) und ein Stützorgan (64) aufweisen und jedem Umlaufelement (12) ein Lüftungsventil (102) zugeordnet ist, dessen Betätigungsorgan (118), vorzugsweise vom benachbarten Umlaufelement (12), für die Übergabe eines Ergänzungsprodukts (72), in eine Lüftungsstellung (125) umstellbar ist, in welcher das betreffende Saugorgan (62) gelüftet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Umlaufelement (12) eine Unterdruckquelle (94'), vorzugsweise in der Form eines mit Druckluft gespeisten Ejektors (94), aufweist, die mit dem einen Saugorgan (62) direkt und mit dem anderen Saugorgan (62) via das Lüftungsventil (102) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Unterdruckquelle (94') und den beiden Saugorganen (62) je ein Drosselelement (128, 132) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (61) einen, in Umlaufrichtung (U) der Aufnahmestelle (76) nach- und der Andrückstelle (71) vorgeschalteten, von einer Ruhestellung (42) in eine Übergabestellung (44) umschaltbaren Steuerabschnitt (38) aufweist, wobei in Übergabestellung (44) jeweils aufeinanderfolgende Umlaufelemente (12), für die Übergabe des von einem Umlaufelement (12) gehaltenen Ergänzungsprodukt (72) an das benachbarte Umlaufelement (12), aufeinander zu bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufelemente (12) an Traghebeln (26) drehbar gelagert sind, die ihrerseits an einem um eine Achse (30) drehend angetriebenen Tragelement (28) in Umfangsrichtung (U) gleichmässig verteilt angelenkt sind, und die Steuereinrichtung (61) eine Drehsteuerung (60) für die Drehlage der Umlaufelemente (12) und eine Schwenksteuerung (36) für die Traghebel (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umschaltbare Steuerabschnitt (38) der Schwenksteuerung (36) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage der Umlaufelemente (12) in der Aufnahmestelle (76) und in der Andrückstelle (71) - unabhängig von der Betriebsart unverändert bleibt.
