- Vorrichtung zum Oeffnen von Druckereiprodukten, mit einem um eine Achse (40') drehend angetriebenen Tragkörper (46), einem in Abhängigkeit von der Drehlage des Tragkörpers (46) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Strömungskanal (56) sowie einem Saugkopf (62), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkopf (62) als ein Adapter ausgebildet ist, dass ein pneumatisch steuerbarer Greifer (74) ebenfalls als Adapter ausgebildet ist, dass der Tragkörper (46) zum wechselweisen Tragen des Saugkopfs (62) und Greifers (74) bestimmt ist, und dass der jeweils am Tragkörper (46) angeordnete Saugkopf (62) oder Greifer (74) mit dem Strömungskanal (56) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungskanal (56) eine Anschlussöffnung (54) aufweist durch die er mit dem Saugkopf (62) bzw. Greifer (74) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragkörper (46) eine Aufnahmeausnehmung (60) aufweist, in die der Saugkopf (62) und der Greifer (74) wechselweise einsetzbar sind, und der Strömungskanal (56) durch die Anschlussöffnung (54) in die Aufnahmeausnehmung (60) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkopf (62) einen in die Aufnahmeausnehmung (60) einsteckbaren Saugkopfkörper (64) mit einem Durchlass (66) aufweist, der einerends, im eingesetzten Zustand des Saugkopfs (62), mit der Anschlussöffnung (54) und andernends mit einem am Saugkopfkörper (64) angeordneten, vorzugsweise aus gummielastischem Material bestehenden Saugerelement (68) strömungsverbunden ist, und der Greifer (74) einen in die Aufnahmeausnehmung (60) einsteckbaren Greiferkörper (76) mit einem Zylinderdurchlass (78) aufweist, der, im eingesetzten Zustand des Greifers (74), mit der Anschlussöffnung (54) strömungsverbunden ist und in dem ein mit einer Greiferzunge (82) verbundener Kolben (80) bewegbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit dem Strömungskanal (56) verbundene Ventilanordnung, die den Strömungskanal (56) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehlage des Tragkörpers (46) mit einer Unterdruckquelle (58) und einer Ueberdruckquelle (120) verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung ein mit der Unterdruckquelle (58) verbundenes Saugventil (98) und ein mit der Ueberdruckquelle (120) verbundenes Ueberdrucksteuerventil (112) aufweist, deren Ventilkörper (88,122) zum Betätigen der Ventile (98,112) mit dem Tragkörper (46) verbunden sind und mit fest angeordneten Ventilsitzelementen (90,110) zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragkörper (46) und die Ventilkörper (88,122) auf einer um die Achse (40') drehend angetriebenen Welle (40) sitzen, die Ventilkörper (88,122) mit dem Strömungskanal (56) verbundene Ventilöffnungen (96,126) und die Ventilsitzelemente (90,110) mit der Unter- bzw. Ueberdruckquelle (58,120) verbundene Ventilsitzöffnungen (92,116) aufweisen, und die Ventilöffnungen (96,126) und entsprechenden Ventilsitzöffnungen (92,116) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehlage der Welle (40) in Ueberlappung oder verschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage des Tragkörpers (46) bezüglich der Welle (40), in Umfangsrichtung gesehen, einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit dem Tragkörper (46) mitdrehende Blasdüse (138), die in Abhängigkeit von der Drehlage des Tragkörpers (46) mit einer Ueberdruckquelle (120) verbunden und dazu bestimmt ist, mit ihrem Luftstrahl (156) das Oeffnen des jeweiligen Druckereiprodukts (10) zu unterstützen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch ein Blasventil (114) mit einem mit dem Tragkörper (46) drehenden, eine mit der Blasdüse (138) verbundene Blasventilöffnung (128) aufweisenden Blasventilkörper (124), und einem eine mit der Ueberdruckquelle (120) verbundene Blasventilsitzöffnung (118) aufweisenden Ventilsitzelement (110), wobei die Blasventilöffnung (128) und die Blasventilsitzöffnung (118) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehlage des Tragkörpers (46) in Ueberlappung oder verschlossen sind.
- Einrichtung zum Verarbeiten von Druckereiprodukten, mit einer Fördereinrichtung (12) mit in Förderrichtung (F) angetriebenen, hintereinander angeordneten Klammern (14), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit ihrem in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen wenigstens annähernd gegen vorne gerichteten Klammermaul (16) je ein Druckereiprodukt (10) bei dessen in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen nachlaufenden Kante (18) zu halten, einer Vorrichtung (22) zum Oeffnen der Druckereiprodukte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Saugkopf (62) oder Greifer (74) jeweils einen Produkteteil (158) der von den Klammern (14) gehaltenen Druckereiprodukte (10) in einem von der nachlaufenden Kante (18) beabstandeten Bereich zufassen und zum Oeffnen des Druckereiprodukts (10) vorübergehend festzuhalten, und einer in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen der Vorrichtung (22) zum Oeffnen der Druckereiprodukte (10) nachgeschalteten Verarbeitungsstation (24) mit entlang einer in sich geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (26') bewegten sattelförmigen Auflagen (26), auf die die geöffneten Druckereiprodukte (10) durch Oeffnen der Klammern (14) rittlings abgelegt werden.
