Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for Feeding supplementary products to and pressing on Printed matter with the characteristics of the generic term of claims 1 and 10.
  • a device of this type is from the EP patent application No. 00122324.7 (Publication No. EP-A-1 112 861) known. It has circulation elements that, on the one hand, have a suction element and on the other hand with a support element are provided and are each rotatably mounted on carrying levers, which in turn rotating on one around its axis driven support disk evenly in the circumferential direction are distributed articulated. By means of a control device the rotational position of the rotating elements and the swivel position the carrying lever controlled. That takes in a reception center Suction element of each circulating element is a supplementary product and leads it to a pressure point, where it's on one side of a printed product is attached, the other side by means of the support member an adjacent orbital element is supported. In Dependence on the side of the printed matter to which the supplementary products are to be glued, the circulation elements by means of the control device turned to one side or the other, for what a conversion of the device is necessary.
