Claims (6)
- Métier mécanique à buses d'air pourvu d'un dispositif de maintien pour les extrémités de fils de trame, comprenant un corps de base (1) qui possède un canal hydraulique (7) pouvant être alimenté en air comprimé, dans lequel les extrémités côté sortie des fils de trame insérés dans un pas de chaîne sont introduites et maintenues temporairement, caractérisé en ce que
le corps de base (1) est disposé de manière stationnaire sur le métier mécanique à buse d'air. - Métier mécanique à buses d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (1) comporte une ouverture (5) à travers laquelle les fils de trame sont guidés lors de l'insertion dans le pas de chaîne, l'ouverture (5) se rétrécissant dans le sens d'éjection du tissu (13) jusqu'à former une fente (6) aux dimensions préalablement déterminées.
- Métier mécanique à buses d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (1) est composé de deux éléments (2, 3) reliés l'un à l'autre de manière amovible, le canal hydraulique (7) étant disposé dans l'un des éléments et des moyens de mise sous pression des extrémités de fils de trame dans l'autre élément.
- Métier mécanique à buses d'air selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens sont composés d'un raccord d'air comprimé (8), d'un canal de distribution (9) et de plusieurs buses d'air (11) dirigées vers l'intérieur du canal hydraulique (7).
- Métier mécanique à buses d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal hydraulique (7) est ouvert dans le sens du flux d'air comprimé (14) et dans le sens d'éjection du tissu (13).
- Métier mécanique à buses d'air selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien est disposé de manière stationnaire à un emplacement adéquat du métier mécanique entre un dispositif de détection du fil de trame relié au peigne de tissage et un dispositif d'extension du fil de trame relié au peigne de tissage.
