Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'impression avec un premier cylindre de plaque (1), un premier cylindre de blanchet (2) pour imprimer un premier côté d'une bande de matière (10), et avec un premier mécanisme d'encrage (4), qui comprend une multitude de rouleaux d'encrage (3) pour encrer le premier cylindre de plaque (1), le premier mécanisme d'encrage (4) pouvant être déplacé entre une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle au moins un des rouleaux d'encrage (3) du premier mécanisme d'encrage (4) est en contact avec le premier cylindre de plaque (1), et une position de repos, dans laquelle aucun des rouleaux d'encrage (3) n'est en contact avec le cylindre de plaque (1),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de maniement de plaque (9), lequel est déplaçable essentiellement dans la position de fonctionnement du mécanisme d'encrage (4) lorsque le mécanisme d'encrage (4) se trouve dans sa position de repos.
  2. Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maniement de plaque (9) est formé par un système de changement automatique de plaque.
  3. Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maniement de plaque (9) est formé par un dispositif d'illustration directe du cylindre (1).
  4. Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un deuxième cylindre de plaque (11), un deuxième cylindre de blanchet (12) pour imprimer un deuxième côté d'une bande de matière (10), et un deuxième mécanisme d'encrage (14) avec une multitude de deuxièmes rouleaux d'encrage (13) pour encrer le deuxième cylindre de plaque (12), le deuxième mécanisme d'encrage (14) pouvant être déplacé entre une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle au moins un des rouleaux d'encrage (13) est en contact avec le cylindre de plaque (11), et une position de repos, dans laquelle aucun des rouleaux d'encrage (13) n'est en contact avec le cylindre de plaque (11), et une deuxième unité de maniement de plaque (19) étant prévue, laquelle est déplaçable essentiellement dans la deuxième position de fonctionnement du deuxième mécanisme d'encrage (14) lorsque le deuxième mécanisme d'encrage se trouve dans sa position de repos.
  5. Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier cylindre de plaque (1), le premier cylindre de blanchet (2), le deuxième cylindre de plaque (11) et le deuxième cylindre de blanchet (12) sont logés de façon mobile en rotation dans une section de cadre centrale (5), en ce que le premier mécanisme d'encrage (4) est logé dans une première section de cadre (6) et le deuxième mécanisme d'encrage (14) dans une deuxième section de cadre (8), les première et deuxième sections de cadre (6, 8) pouvant être déplacées par rapport à la section de cadre centrale (5).
  6. Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de plaque (1, 11) et le cylindre de blanchet (2, 12) sont logés de façon mobile en rotation dans une section de cadre centrale (5), et en ce que les rouleaux d'encrage (3, 13) sont logés de façon mobile dans une première section de cadre (6, 8) qui peut être déplacée par rapport à la section de cadre centrale (5).
  7. Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de mouillage (30, 32) relié à la section de cadre centrale (5) ou à la section de cadre déplaçable (6, 8) et dédié au cylindre de plaque (1, 11).
  8. Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un treuil (20) disposé au-dessus du dispositif d'impression et aidant à la prise d'un cylindre et/ou d'un rouleau.
  9. Procédé de réalisation d'un changement de plaque ou d'un processus d'illustration sur un cylindre de plaque (1, 11) du dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1, le mécanisme d'encrage (4, 14) du cylindre de plaque (1, 11) étant placé dans une position de repos, un dispositif de maniement de plaque (9, 19) étant déplacé essentiellement dans la position de fonctionnement sur le pourtour du cylindre de plaque (1, 11) à proximité du cylindre de plaque (1, 11), et un changement de plaque ou un processus d'illustration étant réalisé à l'aide du dispositif de maniement de plaque (9, 19) sur le cylindre de plaque (1, 11).
