Claims (3)
- Rotative à bobines, en particulier rotative d'impression de journaux, comportant au moins:a) au moins une tour d'impression (10, 11, 12);b) un dispositif d'exposition pour exposer les plaques d'impression;c) au moins un premier dispositif de convoyage réalisé sous forme d'un convoyeur horizontal (15) auquel les plaques d'impression exposées peuvent être transférées automatiquement au niveau d'un poste de transfert (17) et à l'aide duquel les plaques d'impression exposées (16) peuvent être transportées dans le sens horizontal vers la zone de la tour d'impression (10, 11, 12) où on a besoin de la plaque d'impression respective pour réaliser un changement de plaque d'impression;d) au moins un deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20), auquel, lorsqu'une plaque d'impression exposée a été transportée à l'aide du premier dispositif de convoyage réalisé sous forme d'un convoyeur horizontal (15) dans la zone de la tour d'impression où on a besoin de la plaque d'impression respective pour réaliser un changement de plaque d'impression, la plaque d'impression respective peut être transférée automatiquement par le premier dispositif de convoyage, sachant que, à l'aide du ou de chaque deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20), des plaques d'impression (16) peuvent être transportées dans la zone de la position du cylindre porte-plaque d'une unité d'impression de la tour d'impression où on a besoin de la plaque d'impression respective pour réaliser un changement de plaque d'impression, oùe) le ou chaque premier dispositif de convoyage réalisé sous forme d'un convoyeur horizontal (15) est réalisé sous forme d'un convoyeur horizontal continu périphérique qui présente plusieurs positions de réception pour recevoir respectivement une plaque d'impression individuelle;
caractérisé en ce quef) le ou chaque deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20) présente au moins un bras manipulateur (23) qui transporte les plaques d'impression dans le sens horizontal et dans le sens vertical, le ou chaque bras manipulateur (23) du deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20) étant réalisé de manière à être déplaçable dans le sens horizontal, à savoir dans le sens axial des cylindres porte-plaques, et servant à manipuler une plaque d'impression individuelle. - Rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lors du changement de plaque à l'aide du ou de chaque deuxième dispositif de convoyage (20) et du ou de chaque premier dispositif de convoyage (15), les anciennes plaques d'impression restant à enlever sont transportables vers un dispositif de mise au rebut et transférables automatiquement au niveau d'un poste de transfert (26) du premier dispositif de convoyage (15) vers le dispositif de mise au rebut.
- Rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, lors du changement de plaque à l'aide du ou de chaque premier dispositif de convoyage (20) et du ou de chaque deuxième dispositif de convoyage (15), des plaques aveugles peuvent continuer à être manipulées automatiquement.
