Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de manipulation de plaques d'impression dans une machine d'impression à rouleaux, en particulier dans une machine d'impression de journaux, comportant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    a) des plaques d'impression sont exposées dans un dispositif d'exposition (15), étant associé à chaque plaque d'impression un codage indiquant à quelle position de cylindre porte-plaque de quel groupe d'impression (15) de quelle unité d'impression (14) d'une machine d'impression à rouleaux la plaque d'impression respective est utilisée ;
    b) les plaques d'impression exposées sont introduites dans des cassettes (20) de manière à ce que, dans chaque cassette (20), soient positionnées des plaques d'impression pour plusieurs groupes d'impression (15), étant associé à chaque cassette (20) un enregistrement indiquant à quelle position dans la cassette respective (20) quelle plaque d'impression est disposée et les plaques d'impression étant alors positionnées automatiquement et sans équivoque dans les cassettes (20) à l'aide d'un premier bras manipulateur (20), à savoir de manière à ce que, d'une part, en dehors de la cassette respective (20), avant l'introduction d'une plaque d'impression dans la cassette (20), le codage associé à la plaque d'impression respective soit lu afin de vérifier ainsi si la bonne plaque d'impression est acheminée vers la bonne cassette (20) et, d'autre part, de vérifier dans quelle position de réception de la cassette (20) une plaque d'impression introduite dans celle-ci arrive ;
    c) les cassettes (20) équipées de plaques d'impression sont transportées dans la zone des groupes d'impression (15) pour lesquels des plaques d'impression sont positionnées dans celles-ci, à savoir de manière à ce que les cassettes (20) soient déplacées automatiquement à l'aide d'un élévateur de cassettes (19) dans un plan de convoyage orienté horizontalement (21, 22) d'un convoyeur de cassettes (23), que, à l'aide du convoyeur de cassettes (23), les cassettes (20) soient transportées automatiquement dans la zone de l'unité d'impression (14) pour laquelle des plaques d'impression sont disposées dans celles-ci et que, en partant du convoyeur de cassettes (23), les cassettes (20) soient prélevées à l'aide d'un deuxième bras manipulateur (24) sur le convoyeur de cassettes (23) et soient positionnées latéralement près des groupes d'impression (15) de l'unité d'impression (14) pour lesquels des plaques d'impression sont disposées dans celles-ci, l'enregistrement associé aux cassettes (20) étant également mis à disposition au niveau des groupes d'impression (15) ;
    d) les plaques d'impression sont prélevées automatiquement dans les cassettes (20) à l'aide d'un troisième bras manipulateur (25) et acheminées vers les groupes d'impression respectifs (15) pour la réalisation d'un changement de plaques d'impression en concordance avec l'enregistrement associé à la cassette respective (20).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), est associé à chaque plaque d'impression le codage sous forme d'un code barre ou d'un code texte lisible par système optique ou sous forme d'un codage enregistré dans une étiquette RFID lisible sans contact.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), sont positionnées dans chaque cassette (20) toutes les plaques d'impression qui sont utilisées au niveau des cylindres porte-plaque (16) de deux groupes d'impression superposés (15) d'une unité d'impression (14).
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), l'introduction des plaques d'impression exposées dans les cassettes (20) est réalisée automatiquement à l'aide d'un bras manipulateur.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape d), lors du changement de plaques d'impression, les plaques d'impression usagées enlevées des cylindres porte-plaque (16) au niveau des groupes d'impression (15) sont jetées.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape d), lors du changement de plaques d'impression, les plaques d'impression usagées enlevées des cylindres porte-plaques (16) sont introduites automatiquement dans les cassettes (20), transportées automatiquement par les cassettes (20) dans la zone d'une station de mise au rebut et prélevées automatiquement dans les cassettes (20) au niveau de la station de mise au rebut et jetées.
  7. Machine d'impression à rouleaux, en particulier dans une machine d'impression de journaux, pour la réalisation du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant au moins :
    a) un dispositif d'exposition pour l'exposition de plaques d'impression, pouvant être associé à chaque plaque d'impression un codage indiquant à quelle position de cylindre porte-plaque de quel groupe d'impression (15) de quelle unité d'impression (14) d'une machine d'impression à rouleaux la plaque d'impression respective est destinée ;
    b) plusieurs cassettes (20) destinées à recevoir des plaques d'impression exposées de manière à ce que, dans chaque cassette (20), puissent être positionnées automatiquement et sans équivoque des plaques d'impression pour plusieurs groupes d'impression (15) à l'aide d'un premier bras manipulateur, pouvant être associé à chaque cassette (20) un enregistrement indiquant à quelle position dans la cassette respective (20) quelle plaque d'impression est disposée ;
    c) un dispositif de convoyage (19, 23, 24) qui transporte les cassettes (20) équipées de plaques d'impression dans la zone des groupes d'impression (15) pour lesquels des plaques d'impression sont positionnées dans celles-ci, l'enregistrement associé aux cassettes (20) pouvant également être mis à disposition au niveau des groupes d'impressions (15), le dispositif de convoyage (19, 23, 24) qui transporte les cassettes (20) équipées de plaques d'impression dans la zone des groupes d'impression (15) comprenant un élévateur de cassettes (19) qui déplace automatiquement les cassettes (20) dans un plan de convoyage orienté horizontalement (21, 22) d'un convoyeur de cassettes (23), les cassettes (20) pouvant être transportées automatiquement à l'aide du convoyeur de cassettes (23) dans la zone des groupes d'impression (15) de l'unité d'impression (14) pour laquelle des plaques d'impression sont disposées dans celles-ci et sachant que, en partant du convoyeur de cassettes (23), les cassettes sont prélevées à l'aide d'un deuxième bras manipulateur (24) sur le plan de convoyage (21, 22) du convoyeur de cassettes (23) et sont positionnées latéralement près des groupes d'impression (15) pour lesquels des plaques d'impression sont disposées dans celles-ci ;
    d) plusieurs troisièmes bras manipulateurs (25) associés aux groupes d'impression (15) qui prélèvent automatiquement les plaques impression dans les cassettes (20) et les acheminent automatiquement en concordance avec l'enregistrement associé à la cassette respective (20) vers les groupes d'impression respectifs (15) pour la réalisation d'un changement de plaques d'impression.
  8. Machine d'impression à rouleaux selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce qui est associé au dispositif d'exposition au moins un premier bras manipulateur d'introduire automatiquement des plaques d'impression exposée dans les cassettes (20).
  9. Machine d'impression à rouleaux selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisée en ce que les cassettes (20) sont conçues de manière à ce qu'aussi bien des plaques d'impression individuelles de largeur simple que des plaques d'impression panoramiques de largeur multiple, en particulier de double largeur, puissent être introduites dans celles-ci.
  10. Machine d'impression à rouleaux selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que les cassettes (20) sont conçues en des formes variables de manière à ce qu'aussi bien des plaques d'impression individuelles de largeur simple que des plaques d'impression panoramiques de largeur multiple, en particulier de double largeur, de formats différents puissent être introduites dans celles-ci.
