Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de manipulation de plaques d'impression, à savoir pour disposer des plaques d'impression dans des cassettes servant de réserves de plaques d'impression en cas de changement de plaques d'impression, comportant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    a) étant affecté automatiquement à chaque plaque d'impression, avant son exposition ou pendant son exposition ou après son exposition, un codage indiquant à quelle position du cylindre porte-plaque de quelle imprimante quelle unité d'impression d'une machine d'impression rotative est utilisée,
    caractérisé en ce que
    b) chaque plaque d'impression exposée et codée est transportée automatiquement au niveau d'une cassette, chaque cassette servant à recevoir plusieurs plaques d'impression et plusieurs plaques d'impression étant automatiquement transportées au niveau de chaque cassette en conséquence ;
    c) au niveau de chaque cassette, le codage des plaques d'impression qui se trouvent au niveau de la cassette concernée est automatiquement lu, étant contrôlé automatiquement si les plaques d'impression se trouvent dans la bonne cassette et, si on constate alors que les plaques d'impression se trouvent dans la bonne cassette, une position de réception définie dans la cassette étant automatiquement libérée et la plaque d'impression se positionnant automatiquement dans cette position de réception dans la cassette.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), un code barre ou code texte lisible par système optique est affecté à chaque plaque d'impression.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), un codage à marquage RFID lisible sans contact est affecté à chaque plaque d'impression.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape a), un codage lisible mécaniquement est affecté à chaque plaque d'impression.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape b), pour le transport, le codage des plaques d'impression est lu et, en fonction de cela, chaque plaque d'impression est transportée au niveau d'une cassette.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, s'il est constaté dans l'étape c) qu'une plaque d'impression se trouve dans une mauvaise cassette, un message d'erreur est généré.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape c), au niveau de chaque cassette, chaque plaque d'impression est manipulée successivement dans l'optique de la lecture du codage, du contrôle des codages, de la libération des positions de réception et du positionnement de celle-ci dans la position de réception, la manipulation d'une autre plaque d'impression n'étant effectuée qu'une fois que cette manipulation d'une plaque d'impression est terminée.
