Wenigstens die Verbindungsstange (3) ist mit dem Befestigungsteil (4) steckbar verbunden. Vorzugsweise ist die Verbindungsstange (3) mittels einer aufgesteckten Clipmutter (8) mit dem Befestigungsteil (4) verbunden. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandhalterung an einem Montagegestell für Sanitärapparate, mit einer am Montagegestell gelagerten Verbindungsstange und einem an einem Ende der Verbindungsstange angebrachten Befestigungsteil, das an einer Gebäudewand zu befestigen ist.
Eine Wandhalterung dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik aus der EP 0 786 562 A1 bekannt geworden. Mit dieser wird das Montagegestell, das beispielsweise einen Spülkasten sowie eine WC-Schüssel aufnimmt, an einer Gebäudewand abgestützt. In der Regel sind wenigstens zwei solche Wandhalterungen vorgesehen, die im Abstand zueinander am oberen Ende des Gestells angeordnet sind. Die bekannte Wandhalterung weist eine Verbindungsstange auf, die in das Befestigungsteil eingeschraubt ist. Durch die Einschraubtiefe der Verbindungsstange im Befestigungsteil kann der Abstand des Montagegestells zur Gebäudewand eingestellt werden. Das Befestigungsteil weist einen Fuss auf, der um etwa 90° verschwenkbar ist und der beispielsweise mit einer Dübelschraube an der Gebäudewand fixiert wird. Am Befestigungsteil ist ein Beplankungteil befestigt, an dem Beplankungselemente, beispielsweise Gipskartonplatten anlegbar sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Wandhalterung der genannten Art zu schaffen, mit welcher die Montage noch einfacher und schneller durchführbar ist. Die Wandhalterung soll trotzdem robust und zuverlässig sein.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Wandhalterung dadurch gelöst, dass wenigstens die Verbindungsstange mit dem Befestigungsteil steckbar verbunden ist. Dies hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, dass die Verbindungsstange nicht mehr zeitaufwendig in das Befestigungsteil eingeschraubt werden muss, sondern in dieses bis zur gewünschten Einstecktiefe in dieses eingefügt wird. Zeitaufwendige Schraubvorgänge können dadurch vermieden werden.
Gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Verbindungsstange mittels eines aufgesteckten Riegels mit dem Befestigungsteil befestigt. Die Verbindungsstange wird bei der Montage bis zur gewünschten Einstecktiefe in das Befestigungsteil eingefügt und anschliessend wird die Verbindung mit dem Riegel fixiert. Ist der genannte Riegel gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung als Clipmutter ausgebildet, so ist nach einer Grobeinstellung die Tiefe durch Drehen der Verbindungsstange noch fein einstellbar. Durch Einstecken der Verbindungsstange wird die Tiefe lediglich grob eingestellt. Durch nachheriges Schrauben der Verbindungsstange bei eingesetzter Clipmutter wird dann der Abstand des Montagegestells zur Gebäudewand noch fein justiert. Für eine gröbere Korrektur kann die Clipmutter wieder entfernt werden. Nach einem erneuten Einstecken der Verbindungsstange wird dann die Clipmutter wieder eingesetzt und anschliessend kann die Feinjustierung wieder erfolgen.
Die Montage wird noch weiter vereinfacht, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein Beplankungsteil vorgesehen ist, das auf das Befestigungsteil aufgesteckt und vorzugsweise aufgerastet ist. Vorzugsweise weist hierzu das Beplankungsteil Stützlappen auf, die das Beplankungsteil am Befestigungsteil abstützten und die in eine aussenseitige umlaufende Rille des Befestigungsteils eingerastet sind. Vorzugsweise ist das Beplankungsteil auf dem Befestigungsteil drehbar gelagert. Dadurch ist eine Ablage in jeder Drehlage möglich.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Wandhalterung 1 dient zur Abstützung und Befestigung eines Montagegestells 2 an einer Gebäudewand 6. Sie besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Lagerteil 5, einer Verbindungsstange 3, einem Befestigungsteil 4 sowie einem Beplankungsteil 7. Das in Figur 4 lediglich teilweise gezeigte Montagegestell 2 weist wie üblich zwei vertikal auszurichtende Profilstangen 12 auf, die im Querschnitt C-förmig sind. Jeweils am oberen Ende sind in die Profilstangen 12 gegenüberliegend zwei Löcher 13 und 24 eingearbeitet, an denen das Lagerteil 5 abgestützt ist. Die Öffnungen 13 sind wie ersichtlich etwa schlüssellochartig ausgebildet und weisen zwei radiale Erweiterungen 13a auf, die so ausgebildet sind, dass jeweils ein Lagerteil 5 mit einem radial vorstehenden Anschlagnocken 25 einsetzbar ist.
Die Lagerteile 5 werden jeweils gemäss Figur 1 von der Frontseite 28 und somit von rechts nach links in die Öffnung 13 eingesetzt. Ist das Lagerteil 5 vollständig eingesetzt und der Anschlagnocken 25 gemäss Figur 1 in Anschlagstellung, so ist wenigstens ein federelastischer Rastlappen 23 in der Öffnung 13 eingerastet und damit das Lagerteil 5 gegen ein Herausfallen gesichert. Wie die Figur 1 zeigt, greift das Lagerteil 5 in die Öffnung 24 ein und gewährleistet damit zusammen mit dem Anschlagnocken 25 und dem Rastlappen 23 eine sichere Verankerung der Verbindungsstange 3 am Montagegestell 2.
Im Lagerteil 5 ist die Verbindungsstange 3 gehalten und in Längsrichtung durch einen Kopf 3a sowie eine Mutter 11 gesichert. Die Verbindungsstange 3 ist eine Kopfschraube mit einem zylindrischen Gewinde 29, auf das eine Mutter 11 aufgeschraubt ist. Die Verbindungsstange 3 kann am Kopf 3a mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug bei gelöster Mutter 11 gedreht werden.
Das Befestigungsteil 4 besitzt einen Schaft 30, der einen glatten Durchgang 17 besitzt. In diesem Durchgang 17 ist die Verbindungsstange 3 mit einem vorderen Ende eingesteckt. Quer zum Durchgang 17 ist in Durchgangsschlitze 10 des Befestigungsteils 4 eine U-förmige Clipmutter 8 eingesetzt. Die Einsetzrichtung ist in den Figuren 1 und 3 mit dem Pfeil 26 angedeutet. Die Clipmutter 8 bildet einen Riegel und weist innenseitig Rillen 8a auf, die einen Gewindeteil bilden, der auf das Gewinde 29 der Verbindungsstange 3 abgestimmt ist. Ist die Clipmutter 8 gemäss Figur 1 und Figur 3, linker Teil, nicht oder nur teilweise aufgesetzt, so kann die Verbindungsstange im Durchgang 17 beliebig und stufenlos verschoben werden. Ist hingegen die Clipmutter 8 gemäss Figur 3, rechter Teil, aufgesetzt, so wird durch die Clipmutter 8 ein Teilgewinde gebildet, das eine Längsverschiebung der Verbindungsstange 3 im Durchgang 17 nur mittel eines Schraubvorgangs erlaubt. Die Verbindungsstange 3 kann somit nun lediglich durch einen Schraubvorgang in seiner Längsrichtung verstellt werden. Dies ermöglicht eine präzise Tiefeneinstellung durch eine Feinjustierung. Die Clipmutter 8 kann wiederholt eingesetzt und gelöst werden.
Das Beplankungsteil 7 ist in Figur 1 von rechts auf das Befestigungsteil 4 aufgesteckt. Hierzu weist das Beplankungsteil 7 gemäss den Figuren 6 und 7 eine Öffnung 18 auf, die am Umfang mehrere nach innen gebogene Lappen 16 besitzt, die am Schaft 30 anliegen und in eine Rastrille 32 am Umfang des Schafts 30 eingerastet ist. Diese Lappen 16 stützen das Beplankungsteil 7 am Befestigungsteil 4 ab, wobei das Beplankungsteil 7 beliebig um die Längsrichtung des Schaftes 30 drehbar und damit auf die Beplankung ausrichtbar ist. Das Beplankungsteil 7 weist eine im Querschnitt U-förmige Wandung 19 auf, an der gemäss Figur 5 Beplankungselemente 27, beispielsweise Gipskartonplatten anlegbar sind. Diese Wandung 19 ist fest mit einer Wandung 20 verbunden, in welche die Öffnung 18 eingearbeitet ist. Das Beplankungsteil 7 und das Lagerteil 5 sind vorzugsweise aus Metall hergestellt.
Am Befestigungsteil 4 ist ein Fuss 21 angeformt, der radial absteht und gemäss Figur 5 eine Öffnung 15 aufweist, die wie ersichtlich vorzugsweise länglich und nach aussen offen ist. Die Öffnung 15 könnte aber auch eine übliche Bohrung sein. Der Fuss 21 ist gemäss Figur 8 durch quer verlaufende angeformte Wandungen 21a verstärkt. Durch diese Querwandungen 21a wird die Tragfähigkeit des Befestigungsteils 4 wesentlich erhöht, ohne dass wesentlich mehr Material gebraucht wird.
Die Öffnung 15 dient zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube 9, beispielsweise einer Dübelschraube, wobei der Kopf 9a von einer Scheibe 31 unterlegt ist.
Die Montage ist sehr einfach und schnell und trotzdem sicher durchführbar. Das Montagegestell 2 wird mit den Öffnungen 13 und 24 im Werk vormontiert. Vorzugsweise wird die Verbindungsstange 3 mit dem Lagerteil 5 und der Mutter 11 ebenfalls als Einheit vormontiert. Am Montageort werden dann diese Einheiten jeweils durch die Öffnungen 13 eingesteckt, wobei wie oben erläutert die Rastlappen 23 selbsttätig einrasten. Auf die beiden Verbindungsstangen 3 wird nun jeweils ein Befestigungsteil 4 mit einem aufgerasteten Beplankungsteil 7 aufgesteckt. Die Position des jeweiligen Befestigungsteils 4 auf der Verbindungsstange 3 richtet sich nach dem gewünschten Abstand des Montagegestells 2 zur Gebäudewand 6. Das Montagegestell 2 wird nun vor der Gebäudewand 6 positioniert und die Befestigungsteile 4 werden nun so ausgerichtet, dass die Füsse 21 jeweils in einer zur Befestigung geeigneten Position ausgerichtet sind. Diese Füsse 21 können grundsätzlich um 360° gedreht werden. Nun werden in der Gebäudewand 6 Befestigungslöcher gebohrt und die Schrauben 9 in die Gebäudewand 6 eingedreht. Nach dem Festziehen der Schrauben 9 sind die Befestigungsteile 4 an der Gebäudewand 6 fixiert. Nun werden die Clipmuttern 8 in die Befestigungsteile 4 eingesteckt. Die Verbindungsstangen 3 können nun bei gelöster Mutter 11 mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug jeweils am Kopf 3a zur Feineinstellung der Montagetiefe gedreht werden. Der Abstand des Montagegestells 2 zur Gebäudewand 6 kann somit verkleinert oder vergrössert werden. Ist die Montagetiefe genau eingestellt, so werden die Muttern 11 festgezogen. Die Befestigungsschrauben 3 können nicht mehr gedreht werden und die Montagetiefe ist damit fixiert. Sollte die Montagetiefe geändert werden, so kann dies ohne weiteres und sehr schnell erfolgen, in dem die Muttern 11 gelöst und die Clipmutter 8 herausgezogen werden. Die Verbindungsstangen 3 sind zur Grobeinstellung wieder verschiebbar. Ist die Grobeinstellung erfolgt, so werden wie oben erläutert die Clipmuttern 8 wieder eingesteckt und nach der Feinjustierung die Muttern 11 angezogen. Schliesslich werden die Beplankungselemente 27 montiert und gemäss Figur 5 an die Beplankungsteile 7 angelegt. Diese Teile 7 sind zur Anpassung an die Beplankungselemente 27 um die Achse des Schaftes 30 beliebig drehbar.

Claims (10)

  1. Wandhalterung an einem Montagegestell für Sanitärapparate, mit einer am Montagegestell (2) gelagerten Verbindungsstange (3) und einem an einem Ende der Verbindungsstange (3) angebrachten Befestigungsteil (4), das an einer Gebäudewand (6) zu befestigen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Verbindungsstange (3) mit dem Befestigungsteil (4) steckbar verbunden ist.
  2. Wandhalterungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstange (3) und das Befestigungsteil (4) mit einem aufgesteckten Riegel (8) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Wandhalterungen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (8) in Öffnungen (10) des Befestigungsteils (4) eingesteckt ist.
  4. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (8) eine Clipmutter ist.
  5. Wandhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Beplankungsteil (7) vorgesehen ist, das auf dem Befestigungsteil (4) aufgesetzt ist.
  6. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beplankungsteil (7) auf das Befestigungsteil (4) aufgerastet ist.
  7. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beplankungsteil (7) drehbar auf einem Schaft (30) des Befestigungsteils (4) gelagert ist.
  8. Wandhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (4) an einem Schaft (30) eine Rastrille (32) zum Aufrasten eines Beplankungsteils (7) aufweist.
  9. Wandhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (4) einen angeformten Fuss (21) aufweist.
  10. Wandhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im wesentlichen alle Teile (3, 4, 7, 8) steckbar und lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
