Claims (10)
- Schwertfalzwerk mit einer einem Falzschwert (22) und einem Paar Falzwalzen (24) zugeordneten Transporteinrichtung, durch welche eine Signatur (23) vor dem Falzvorgang an einen Vorderkantenanschlag (2) befördert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderkantenanschlag (2) einen relativ zum Falzschwert (22) bewegbaren Anschlagträger (16) umfasst, welcher wenigstens einen relativ zum Anschlagträger (16) bewegbaren Anschlagfinger (17) mit Führungsstäben (19.1, 19.2) aufweist. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagträger (16) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Transportrichtung (30) der Signatur (23) bewegbar ist, dass der Anschlagfinger (17) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur durch die Transporteinrichtung (30) definierten Fläche bewegbar ist und dass die Führungsstäbe (19.1, 19.2) im Wesentlichen parallel zur durch die Transportrichtung (30) definierten Fläche liegen. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2 mit zusätzlichen Seitenanschlägen (9, 10) zur Ausrichtung der Signatur entlang durch die Geometrie des Falzschwertes vorgegebenen Koordinaten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Seitenanschläge (9, 10) wenigstens ein Niederhalteband oberhalb und/oder ein Transportband (9.2) unterhalb des Transportweges der Signatur (23) aufweist und/oder dass wenigstens ein Seitenkantenanschlag (9, 10) relativ zum Falzschwert (22) bewegbar ist. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß einem der oberen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwischen einem Seitenkantenanschlag (9, 10) und einer Führungsschiene (8) an einem Leitblech (6) unterhalb des Falzschwertes (22) oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des Transportweges der Signatur Scherengitter (20, 21) vorgesehen sind. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß einem der oberen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für wenigstens einen Anschlagfinger (17) eine Ruheposition und wenigstens eine aktive Position vorgegeben sind, wobei der Anschlagfinger (17) in der Ruheposition den Transportweg der Signatur (23) am Falzschwert (22) vorbei freigibt und wobei der Anschlagfinger (17) in einer aktiven Position den Transportweg der Signatur (23) über die Position des Falzschwertes (22) hinaus blockiert und ein Abschnitt der unteren Führungsstäbe (19.2) unterhalb der durch die Transporteinrichtung definierten Ebene und ein Abschnitt der oberen Führungsstäben (19.1) oberhalb der durch die Transporteinrichtung definierten Ebene zu liegen kommt. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Anschlagfinger (17) vorgesehen sind und wenigstens zwei Anschlagfinger (17) voneinander unabhängig von der Ruheposition in eine aktive Position und wieder zurück gebracht werden können. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß einem der oberen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Anschlagträgers (16) und/oder die Bewegung wenigstens eines Anschlagfingers (17) und/oder wenigstens eines Seitenkantenanschlags (9, 10) mittels eines Aktuators (11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 14, 15, 25, 26) erfolgt. - Schwertfalzwerk gemäß Anspruch 7, welches zusätzlich eine Steuerungseinheit umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit in Funktion wenigstens eines Signaturparameters wenigstens einen Aktuator (11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 14, 15, 25, 26) derart ansteuert, dass eine dem Format der zu falzenden Signatur (23) entsprechende Positionierung des Anschlagträgers (16) und/oder wenigstens eines Anschlagfingers (17) und/oder wenigstens eines Seitenkantenanschlages (9, 10) erfolgt. - Schwertfalzwerk für bogenförmiges Material mit wenigstens einem Anleger, einer Transporteinrichtung, wenigstens einem Falzwerk und einer Auslage,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzmaschine ein Schwertfalzwerk gemäß einem der oberen Ansprüche aufweist. - Falzmaschine gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzmaschine zusätzlich wenigstens ein Taschenfalzwerk aufweist.
