Claims (39)
- Vorrichtung zum Abstapeln von flachen Produkten zu Stapeln, insbesondere von Faltschachtelzuschnitten (3) oder Faltschachtelschläuchen, die in einem Strom nacheinander ankommen,mit einem Maschinengestell (4),mit einer Transporteinrichtung (16), die stromaufwärts in dem Maschinengestell (4) angeordnet ist,mit einem Stapelschacht (12), der stromabwärts der Transporteinrichtung (16) in dem Maschinengestell (4) angeordnet ist und der stromaufwärts und stromabwärts von jeweils einem Anschlag (13,14) begrenzt ist,mit einem Hubtisch (19), der in dem Lichtraumprofil des Stapelschachts (12) in dem Maschinengestell (4) auf und ab bewegbar gelagert ist,mit ersten temporären Auflagemitteln (25,26), die zwischen einer aktiven Stellung, in der sie in das Lichtraumprofil des Stapelschachtes (12) ragen und einer inaktiven Stellung, in der sie aus dem Lichtraumprofil zurückgezogen sind, hin und her beweglich in dem Maschinengestell (4) gelagert sind,mit einer Ausgangstransporteinrichtung (42), die in dem Lichtraumprofil des Stapelschachtes (12) beginnt und sich stromabwärts in dem Maschinengestell (4) erstreckt,mit einer Niederhalteeinrichtung (45), die außerhalb des Lichtraumprofils des Stapelschachts beginnt und sich zumindest ein Stück weit längs der Transporteinrichtung und oberhalb von dieser erstreckt, undmit zweiten temporären Auflagemitteln (28), die derart in dem Maschinengestell (4) gelagert sind, dass sie sowohl zwischen einer aktiven Stellung, in der sie in das Lichtraumprofil des Stapelschachtes (12) ragen und einer inaktiven Stellung, in der sie aus dem Lichtraumprofil zurückgezogen sind, hin und her beweglich sind und als auch um eine außerhalb des Stapelschachtes (12) liegende Schwenkachse (35) schwenkbar sind, damit sie im Gleichstrom mit den sich in dem Stapelschacht (12) vertikal nach unten bewegenden Produkten (3) von oberhalb der Tranporteinrichtung (16) bis auf die Höhe der Niederhalteeinrichtung (45) absenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (16) eine Transportgeschwindigkeit aufweist, die größer ist als die Geschwindigkeit mit der die Produkte (3) sonst im Strom laufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (16) von zwei achsparallelen gelagerten Transportrollen (17,18) gebildet ist, von denen zumindest eine vorzugsweise beide angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stapelschacht (12) seitlich offen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (14) unterhalb der Transporteinrichtung (16) beginnt und bis auf eine Höhe reicht, die tiefer liegt als die Oberseite des Hubtisches (19) in der vollständig abgesenkten Stellung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (14) als Rüttelanschlag ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (14) in Bewegungsrichtung der vertikal durch den Stapelschacht (12) fallenden Produkte (3) im wesentlichen glatt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (13) eine untere Kante aufweist, die sich auf einer Höhe befindet, die tiefer liegt, als die Oberseite des Hubtisches (19) in der höchstens Stellung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromabwärtsgelegene Anschlag (13) die Gestalt eines Rechens() aufweist, mit einer Vielzahl parallel im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Zinken, die vertikal verlaufen und eine zu dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Anschlag (13) im Wesentlichen parallele Flächen definieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubtisch (19) die Form eines Rechens auf-weist, mit einer Vielzahl parallel im Abstand zueinander angeordneter Zinken, deren freie Enden in Richtung stromabwärts zeigen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubtisch (19) unterhalb und stromaufwärts des stromaufwärts gelegenen Anschlags (14) in dem Maschinengestell (4) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (14) zum Durchtritt der Lagermittel (22,23) für den Hubtisch (19) Schlitze aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten temporären Auflagen (25,26) insgesamt wenigstens vier Finger aufweisen, von denen zwei durch eine von dem stromaufwärts gelegene Anschlag (14) definierten Ebene in den Stapelschacht (12) vorschiebbar sind und die anderen beiden durch eine von dem stromabwärts gelegenen Anschlag (13) definierte Ebene in das Lichtraumprofil des Stapelschachtes (12) vorschiebbar sind, und dass die Finger (25,26) im vorgeschobenen Zustand eine Auflagefläche definieren, die im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu dem stromaufwärts gelegenen und dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Anschlag (13,14) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgangstransporteinrichtung (42) mehrere parallel nebeneinander verlaufende Transportbänder (43) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubtisch (19) rechenförmig mit wenigstens zwei Zinken ausgebildet ist, und dass wenigstens eines der Transportbänder (43) bis zwischen die Zinken reicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die, bezogen auf die Breite des Transportweges, außenliegenden Transportbänder (43) um Umlenkrollen umlaufen, die seitlich neben dem Hubtisch (19) in der Nähe des stromaufwärts liegenden Anschlags (14) in dem Maschinengestell (4) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Transportbänder (43) mit der selben Transportgeschwindigkeit laufen und angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportbänder (43) mit ihren Arbeitstrummen eine Transportebene definieren, die in Transportrichtung ansteigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportbänder im Bereich ihrer Arbeitstrumme durch Rollen (44) unterstützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) von einer Vielzahl parallel nebeneinander angeordneter endloser Transportbänder (46) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tranportbänder (46) der Niederhaltereinrichtung (42) um Umlenkrollen umlaufen, die stromabwärts neben dem stromabwärts liegenden Anschlag (13) in dem Ma-schinengestellt (4) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitstrumme der Transportbänder (46) der Niederhaltereinrichtung (42) eine Ebene definieren, die zu der Ebene der Transportbänder (43) der Transporteinrichtung (42) parallel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportbänder (43) der Transporteinrichtung (42) und die Transportbänder (46) der Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit laufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) von einem Rechen gebildet sind, der parallel in Abstand zueinander angeordnete Zinken aufweist, die in den Lücken zwischen den Zinken des stromabwärtsliegenden Anschlags (13) hindurch bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) an einem Schlitten (33) befestigt sind, der stromabwärts des stromabwärts gelegenen Anschlags (13) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Führung des Schlittens (33) wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (31) vorgesehen ist, die um eine Schwenkachse (35) schwenkbar ist, die sich horizontal erstreckt und die rechtwinklig zu der Transportrichtung der Produkte (3) auf der Transporteinrichtung (42) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens einen Führungsschiene (31) Antriebsmittel (37,38,41) zugeordnet sind, um die Führungsschiene (31) um die Schwenkachse (35) auf und ab zu schwenken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Antriebsmittel vorgesehen sind, um den Schlitten (33) längs der Führungsschiene (31) zu führen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steuerungsmittel vorhanden sind, um die Bewegung der beweglichen Teile der Vorrichtung (1) miteinander zu koordinieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (37,38,41) für die Führungsschienen (31) eine Vertikalführung (38) umfasst, in der ein weiterer Einstellschlitten (41) vertikal bewegbar ist, an dem die Führungsschiene (31) angebunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stromabwärts gelegene Anschlag (13) einstellbar in dem Maschinengestell (4) gehaltert ist, derart, dass sein Abstand zu dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Anschlag an die Abmessungen der Produkte (3), gesehen in Transportrichtung einstellbar ist, um die Tiefe des Lichtraumprofils des Stapelschachtes (12) einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hub der zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) in Richtung parallel zu den Führungsschienen (31) einstellbar ist, derart, dass der Leerhub, um den die Zinken der zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) aus dem Lichtprofil des Stapelschachtes (12) herausgezogen werden, minimierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (37,38,41) zum Schwenken der Führungsschienen (31) um die Schwenkachse (35) und der Antrieb zum Längsverfahren des Schlittens (33) des zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) mechanisch voneinander entkoppelt ist, derart, dass die Bewegungen zeitlich und in ihrem Hub voneinander unabhängig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) in Richtung senkrecht zu der durch die Transporteinrichtung (42) definierten Transportebene veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dritte temporären Auflagemittel (25') vorgesehen sind, zu denen wenigstens zwei Finger gehören, die sich auf der Höhe der abgesenkten Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) im Bereich des stromaufwärts gelegenen Anschlags (14) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) in eine untere Stellung bringbar sind, in der ihre Unterseite sich auf der Höhe einer Ebene befindet, die durch die Arbeitstrumme der Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der unteren Stellung die Führungsschiene (31) für die zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) parallel zu der durch die Arbeitstrumme der Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) definierten Ebene verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Wegführen des Stapels (2) aus dem Stapelschacht (12) die zweiten temporären Auflagemittel (28) mit der selben linearen Geschwindigkeit aus dem Stapelschacht (12) herausgezogen werden, mit der sich die Arbeitstrumme der Transporteinrichtung (42) und die Arbeitstrumme der Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines Endlosbänder (46) der Niederhaltereinrichtung (45) bis in die Nähe der Rückseite des stromabwärts gelegnen Anschlags (13) reicht und zwischen zwei Zinken des zurückgezogenen zweiten temporären Stapelmittels (28) verläuft.
