Definitions
- the invention relates to a slat for the curtain of a slatted blind, with one the outer lamella section adjacent to the outer space, which under formation a first raised bending edge running in the longitudinal direction of the lamella into one passes the inner lamella section adjacent to the interior.
- the invention also relates to such a slat-containing curtain of a slat blind.
- Such slats are for example from DE 44 42 870 or EP 0 793 761 known, in which an outer, adjacent to the outside slat section has a stepped cross-sectional profile, this outer Lamella section to form a first raised bending edge in one Interior facing inner lamella section, which cross section is concavely curved upwards.
- the direct sunlight with a comparatively large one Angle of incidence falls on the slat, reflects back into the outside space, see above the diffuse light incident at a small angle of incidence is reflected by the inner slat section reflected directly into the interior towards the ceiling and brightens the interior with daylight.
- a disadvantage of these known slats it is that the outer lamella section has a relatively complicated cross section has that can only be produced with comparatively great effort and can also be deformed undesirably easily using can.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a slat of the type mentioned to further develop that the slat a simplified structure with high stability having.
- the advantages of the invention are, in particular, that instead of a step-shaped, relatively unstable outer lamella section, one with a soft cross-sectional contour provided outer lamella section is provided, which with direct sunlight due to its higher angle of incidence sloping outward and downward orientation effectively into the outside space reflected back when the slat in the usual way in the curtain of a slatted blind or the like is arranged, whereas - in a particularly preferred Embodiment of the invention - the inner lamella section with a slight, concave curvature is provided, so that the under one low angle of incidence diffuse incident solar radiation effectively into the interior can be reflected towards the ceiling.
- the lamella cross section according to the invention therefore realized - when using the slat in the curtain of a slatted blind -
- the cross-sectional shape of the outer lamella section is preferably designed such that - with the inner lamella section lying approximately horizontally -
- the outer slat section with a horizontal tangent or with a comparatively small tangential slope against the first bending edge increases.
- the width ba of the outer lamella section is less than the width bi of the inner lamella section.
- the width bi of the inner is preferred Louvre section several times larger than the width ba of the outer Slat section.
- the tangential planes close of the outer and inner lamellar section through the raised run through the first bending edge, an angle ⁇ of 90 ° to 150 °. It has it has been shown that by dimensioning the first raised bending edge a optimal light control is feasible.
- the outer lamella section has two or more cross-sections upwards concave curved sections, each with the formation of a raised bending edge merge.
- the inner slat section can also be used Form with several sections concavely curved upwards in cross section, and between these concavely curved sections also each form raised bend edges. With such a design of the slats can be a more compact cross-section with only slightly reduced light deflection properties realize.
- the outer one is preferred Slat section and / or the inner slat section on the top - at least in predetermined sections - with a highly reflective, preferred reflective surface.
- This will make the one under a higher one Incidence of direct sunlight reflected back into the outside space. In the case of a sun protection device consisting of such slats this allows direct glare in the interior as well effectively reduce or prevent unwanted heating by sunlight.
- the inner lamella section is on its top with a provided with a reflective surface, this can be done at a lower angle of incidence deflect incident light effectively into the interior towards the ceiling and thus enables daylight to illuminate the interior.
- Highly reflective surfaces can be coated, for example with clear varnish or as reflective metallic surfaces.
- the outer slat section in a predetermined zone in particular the outer slat section in a predetermined zone, however, if desired also the inner slat section on its top with a retroreflective Provide layer or film, which causes the incident light is reflected back in the direction of incidence.
- the direct solar radiation at a higher angle of incidence reflected back into the outside at the same angle only that - under one low angle of incidence - incident diffuse solar radiation is able to a curtain made of such slats through the louvre spaces penetrate into the interior and provide daylight there.
- the cross section of the inner lamella section is S-shaped be, that is, the first following the first bending edge concave zone closes - an upwardly convex zone without a bending edge on.
- the advantage of the S-shaped curved cross section of the inner lamella section is that the bottom of the slat above it Illuminated more evenly by reflecting light, so that a light / dark / streak formation largely avoided on the underside of the slats becomes.
- the underside of the slat can be diffusely reflective Be equipped with the result that daylight then enters the interior occurs only to a lesser extent and diffusely.
- Prefers the profile of the slat is designed so that that of the two bending edges defined plane roughly parallel to that defined by the outer and inner Longitudinal edge of the slat defined plane runs, i.e. the two bending edges have the same distance from the plane defined by the two longitudinal edges.
- the inner lamella section has - in profile - from the first bending edge outgoing - upwards a concave curvature, which then in front of the inner Longitudinal edge changes into an upwardly convex curvature.
- This invention Slat profile has the advantage that it is comparatively low Has overall height and therefore looks more delicate.
- the inner slats in a curtain are arranged - the inner slat section well in the shade, so that there is a lower luminance on the inside of the curtain.
- the inner one Slat section can be used instead of a concave and then convex shape also provided with a further bending edge running in the longitudinal direction and then runs in two concave upward sections to the inner one Long edge of the slats out.
- the outer lamella section that of the first bending edge with a concave curvature upwards attaches to the outer longitudinal edge of the slat in a convexly curved upwards Subsection about.
- This embodiment also has a related to the level of the two longitudinal edges, a comparatively low overall height.
- the invention also relates to a curtain of a slatted blind, which is specified in Distances contains the slats of the invention, for example the upper curtain section a greater distance between neighboring Slats can have better light control on the ceiling of the interior to enable, and wherein the slats in the lower curtain section Have a smaller distance from each other to improve light shielding to realize.
- FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 show eight different embodiments of a lamella, each seen in cross section.
- an outer lamella section 4 which is directed towards the outside and which is comparatively narrow in cross-section
- a relatively wide inner lamella section 6 which is directed towards the interior of the slats, that is to say parallel to the outer longitudinal edge 14 and the inner longitudinal edge 16.
- the slats each have a predeterminable length, which corresponds to the width of the curtain of the slat blind and is predetermined by the building opening, which is to be shaded by means of the blind.
- the cross section of the lamella is essentially uniform over its length.
- the width bi of the inner lamella section 6 is in accordance with the embodiments 1 to 8 several times larger than the width ba of the outer lamella section 4.
- substantially horizontal alignment of the inner lamella section 6 the outer lamella section 4 - seen in cross-section - rises with a slight tangential slope, preferably between 0 ⁇ 30 ° against the first raised one Bending edge 8.
- the outer lamella section is 4 concave curved upwards, so the distance a from the Tangential plane 10 to the outer longitudinal edge 14 steadily. Also concave the inner lamella section 6 is curved upwards, but the curvature of the outer plate section 4 is larger than that of the inner plate section 6th
- Lamella section 4 a plurality of partial sections concavely curved in cross section 4a, 4b, which form a second raised, in the longitudinal direction of the slats run into each other.
- the outer lamella section is 4 provided with only one concavely curved zone, whereas the inner lamella section 6 two adjacent concave upward curved Has sections 6a, 6b, the formation of a third raised Bending edge 11 merge into one another, the third bending edge 11 parallel to first or second bending edge 8, 9 and the longitudinal edges 14, 16.
- the cross sections of the lamellae according to FIGS. 4 and 5 are characterized by this that the inner lamella section 6 is adjacent to the raised bending edge 8 has a first, upwardly concave section, in which - without bending edge - a convex upward section towards the interior 6b connects, so that the cross section of the inner lamella section 6 in Runs essentially according to a lying S.
- FIG. 6 shows a lamella, the cross section of which corresponds to that according to FIG. 1, in a hanging between two turning organs 20, 22 of a curtain Status.
- the outer longitudinal edge 14 is with a relatively long tether 24 attached to the outer reversible cord 20.
- the inner longitudinal edge 16 is with a shorter tether 26 attached to the inner cord 22.
- shown is a slat position in which the curtain is closed. About the curtain to open, for example, the outer reversible cord 20 upwards, or the inner reversible cord 22 moved down.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show two slats suspended one above the other in a curtain, with the cross section according to FIG. 1 (FIG. 7) or with the cross section according to Figure 4 ( Figure 8).
- the beam path is entered from the outside the solar radiation acting on the slats.
- the outer lamella section 4 reflects back the solar radiation incident at a higher angle of incidence, the radiation incident on the inner lamella section 6 on the underside the next upper slat - in the area of the first raised bending edge 8 in the room is reflected when the underside of the inner lamella sections 6 are also designed to reflect light.
- it is the inner one Longitudinal edge 16 lying area of the inner lamella section 6 dark, since it is not reached by incident light. So they form on the back the slats light and dark vertical stripes, which an uneven and thus have a disruptive effect, for example when working at a computer screen.
- the slats shown in Figure 8 are in the inner slat section S-shaped curved. This makes the one with a steeper angle of incidence Solar radiation near the first raised bending edge 8 or above located slat reflected into the interior. That diffuse incident Sunlight strikes the rear area of the inner lamella section 6 the reflective surface of the lower slat is on and is then in the rear Area and then reflected on the underside of the slat above it also released into the interior. This means that the underside of the slats is through the reflecting light is essentially uniformly bright, so there is one more even and therefore more pleasant light distribution.
- Fig. 9 shows a sixth embodiment of a lamella, seen in cross section.
- the outer lamella section 4 starts at the first bending edge 8 and runs - in a first section 4a, concavely curved up to a second Bending edge 9.
- a second section 4b runs from the second bending edge 9 of the outer slat section 4 downwards and outwards and ends at the outer Longitudinal edge 14.
- the inner lamella section 6 forms, from the first bending edge 8, a first section 6a curved concavely upwards, which towards the inner longitudinal edge 16 a convexly curved section 6b passes.
- the plane defined by the two bending edges 8, 9 runs in the illustrated embodiment substantially parallel to that of the two Longitudinal edges 14, 16 defined plane.
- the two levels have one Distance h from each other, i.e. the longitudinal edges 14, 16 lie below the distance h the bending edges 8, 9.
- FIG. 10 shows a lamella profile which is related to the profile according to FIG. 9.
- the outer lamella section 4 a first, concavely open first section 4a, which on a second bending edge 9 ends; a further section extends from the second bending edge 9 4b downwards and outwards and ends at the outer longitudinal edge 14.
- the inner lamella section 6 is divided into a first, concave upwards open section 6a, which is delimited by a third bending edge 11, from the a second section 6b inwards and downwards to the inner longitudinal edge 16 runs.
- the bending edges 9 and 11 have, based on that of the longitudinal edges 14, 16 spanned plane, a distance that is less than the distance the first bending edge 8.
- FIG. 11 shows two spaced identical slats in a further cross-sectional shape, with a small slat angle between 20 and 30 °.
- the outer lamella section 4 points upwards concave curvature on, which - without bending edge - which to the outer longitudinal edge 14 merges into an upwardly convex section.
- the inner one Lamella section 6 also begins with an upward concave curvature, that towards the inner longitudinal edge 16 into a convexly curved section 6b passes. Between the concave section 6a and the convex section 6b lies a minimum, which is from the plane passing through the two longitudinal edges 14, 16 is defined, has only a small distance or this plane touched.
- the individual sections of the slat profile all uniform in the longitudinal direction of the lamella, have surfaces with reflection properties according to the invention, that can be different from each other. So is the surface of the Top of the outer lamella section 4 preferably highly reflective, for example reflective or has - at least in partial zones - retroreflective Properties that by means of a coating or film on the Slat surface is realized.
- the inner slat section can also be partially or entirely highly reflective on its upper surface, realize reflective or diffuse reflective. You can also use the bottom of the lamella sections 4, 6 partially or completely reflect, reflect or train diffusely reflective.
- the slat mentioned can also be attached to Profiling and producing reflective metal.
- the bending edges 8, 9 and 10 can be realized with sharp edges or with a rounded edge.
