Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch mit einer Tischplatte und wenigstens einem ein- bzw. ausklappbaren Tischbein, entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Es ist bereits eine große Anzahl von Tischausführungen bekannt, bei denen an der Unterseite einer Tischplatte wenigstens ein abklappbares Tischbein angebracht ist.
Aus der Praxis ist es ganz allgemein bekannt, für Konferenzen, große Besprechungen, größere Feiern und dergleichen Tische und Tischsysteme so zu verwenden und zusammenzustellen, daß den jeweiligen Erfordernissen entsprechende, variable Tischgrößen und -formen erzielt werden können. Werden die Tische nicht benötigt, können diese in geeigneter Weise raumsparend gestapelt werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist es bekannt, Tischbeine von einer Tischplatte vollkommen abzumontieren oder einen Tisch zusammenklappbar auszuführen, indem die Tischbeine abklappbar an der Unterseite der Tischplatte angeordnet sind.
Aus der DE-OS 23 09 576 läßt sich beispielsweise ein Klapptisch mit einer Tischplatte und darunter abklappbar angeordneten Tischbeinen entnehmen. Im Verbindungsbereich zwischen der Unterseite der Tischplatte und dem oberen Ende jedes Tischbeines ist jeweils ein Klappgelenk etwa nach Art einer Gelenkkulisse mit Langloch-Achsenbolzen-Verbindungen vorgesehen. Dabei sind an einem rechteckigen Tisch an den Schmalseiten jeweils zwei Beine paarweise miteinander verbunden und können gemeinsam verschwenkt werden.
Auch bei einer anderen Tischausführung (gemäß DE-U-298 03 651) sind jeweils zwei Beine durch ein drehbar an der Unterseite der Tischplatte gelagertes, beispielsweise in Form eines Rohres ausgebildetes Verbindungselement fest miteinander verbunden, so daß sie als Einheit geschwenkt bzw. geklappt werden und mit Hilfe eines an der Unterseite der Tischplatte angebrachten Riegels arretiert werden können.
Aus der US-A-2 532 902 ist ein Tisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Tisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 anzugeben, bei dem die Tischbeine auf einfache Art und Weise ein- bzw. ausklappbar und im ausgeklappten Zustand verriegelbar sind.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Der Tisch besteht dabei aus einer Tischplatte und wenigstens einem ein- bzw. ausklappbaren Tischbein, das mittels eines Gelenkbeschlags an der Tischplatte gehaltert ist, wobei der Gelenkbeschlag ein an der Tischplatte befestigtes erstes Gelenkteil und ein an einem Ende des Tischbeines befestigtes zweites Gelenkteil aufweist, wobei die beiden Gelenkteile zur Ausführung der Klappbewegung gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind und ferner eine Verriegelungseinrichtung zur Verriegelung des Tischbeines im ausgeklappten Zustand vorgesehen ist. Die Verriegelungseinrichtung ist dabei in Form einer Verriegelungshülse ausgebildet, die relativ zum Gelenkbeschlag zwischen einer Freigabe- und einer Verriegelungsstellung verschiebbar gehaltert ist, wobei die Verriegelungshülse in der Verriegelungsstellung durch Verdrehen nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses arretierbar ist.
Die Verriegelungshülse wird dabei durch den oberen Endbereich des vohrförmig ausgebildeten Tischbeines gebildet.
Während beim Stand der Technik zum Abklappen eines Beines zunächst die Verriegelungshülse entriegelt und in einem zweiten Handgriff das Bein abgeklappt werden kann, ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung lediglich ein Handgriff erforderlich, da das Tischbein gleichzeitig mit seinem oberen Endbereich die Verriegelungshülse bildet.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
In einer Ausführungsvariante ist der Tisch mit eingeklappten Tischbeinen stapelbar ausgeführt, wobei die von der Tischplatte abgewandte Stirnfläche der ersten Gelenkteile einen Abstützbereich bilden. Die Stirnfläche weist dabei zweckmäßigerweise ein Gleitelement zum Schutz der Auflagefläche auf.
Werden eine Vielzahl von Tischen zu einer zusammenhängenden Tischanordnung aufgestellt, ist es zweckmäßig, nicht nur einzelne Tische aneinanderzustellen, sondern vielmehr zwischen zwei Tischen eine sogenannte Einhängeplatte vorzusehen. Zu diesem Zweck müssen die Tische Verbindungseinrichtungen zur lösbaren Verbindung des Tisches mit der Einhängeplatte aufweisen.
In einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist diese Verbindungseinrichtung im Bereich des ersten Gelenkteils vorgesehen und besteht aus einem um eine zur Tischplatte senkrechte Achse verschwenkbares Auflageelement.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand der Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles und der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

Der in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Tisch besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Tischplatte 1 und wenigstens einem ein- bzw. ausklappbaren Tischbein 2, das mittels eines Gelenkbeschlags 3 an der Tischplatte 1 gehaltert ist.
Wie insbesondere aus den Figuren 2 bis 8 ersichtlich wird, weist der Gelenkbeschlag 3 ein an der Tischplatte 1 über ein Halterungselement 7 befestigtes erstes Gelenkteil 3.1 und ein an einem Ende des Tischbeins 2 befestigtes zweites Gelenkteil 3.2 auf. Beide Gelenkteile sind zur Ausführung der Klappbewegung gelenkig über einen sich parallel zur Tischplatte erstreckenden, eine Schwenkachse bildenden Bolzen 3.3 miteinander verbunden.
Ferner ist eine Verriegelungseinrichtung zur Verriegelung des Tischbeins im ausgeklappten Zustand vorgesehen. Diese Verriegelungseinrichtung ist in Form einer Verriegelungshülse 2.1 ausgebildet, die relativ zum Gelenkbeschlag 3 zwischen einer Freigabestellung (siehe Fig.2) und einer Verriegelungsstellung (siehe Fig.5) verschiebbar gehaltert ist.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird die Verriegelungshülse 2.1 durch einen Endbereich des rohrförmig ausgebildeten Tischbeins gebildet.
Wie insbesondere Fig.5 erkennen läßt, bilden die äußeren Umfangsflächen des ersten und zweiten Gelenkteils 3.1 und 3.2 in der ausgeklappten Stellung des Tischbeins eine Gleitfläche für die Verriegelungshülse 2.1.
In der Entriegelungsstellung gemäß den Figuren 2 und 8 läßt sich das Bein 2 in Richtung des Pfeiles 4 um den Bolzen 3.3 abklappen.
Die Verriegelungshülse 2.1 weist eine innere Umfangsnut 2.2 auf, in die ein Ring 5 aus Federstahl eingeschnappt ist, der drei in die Verriegelungshülse hineinragende Vorsprünge 5.1 aufweist.
Zur Gewährleistung der Verschiebbarkeit der Verriegelungshülse 2.1 gegenüber den Gelenkteilen 3.1 und 3.2 sind an den Gelenkteilen entsprechende Ausnehmungen vorgesehen, die zum einen ein Verschieben der Verriegelungshülse 2.1 in axialer Richtung ermöglichen, ein Verdrehen zwischen der Freigabestellung und der Verriegelungsstellung jedoch verhindern.
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel läßt sich die Verriegelungshülse 2.1 in der Verriegelungsstellung arretieren, so daß zum einen die Verriegelungshülse beim Anheben des Tisches nicht unbeabsichtigt in die Freigabestellung rutscht und zum anderen die Verriegelungshülse 2.1 möglichst spielfrei an der Tischplatte 1 gehaltert ist, um ein Wackeln des aufgestellten Tisches zu vermeiden.
Zu diesem Zweck ist ein Arretiermechanismus nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses vorgesehen.
Der Arretiermechanismus besteht aus einer am ersten Gelenkteil 3.1 vorgesehenen Ringnut bzw. im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus drei Ringnutsegmenten 3.4 und aus den mit der Ringnut in Eingriff kommenden Vorsprüngen 5.1 des an der Verriegelungshülse 2.1 fixierten Rings 5. Zur Arretierung der Verriegelungshülse 2.1 wird diese in der Verriegelungsstellung nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses verdreht. Dabei werden die Vorsprünge 5.1 in die Ringnutsegmente 3.4 gedreht. Die Ringnutsegmente 3.4 weisen schräge Auflaufflächen 3.5 auf, die mit den Vorsprüngen 5.1 in Kontakt kommen, so daß die Verriegelungshülse 2.1 und damit das Tischbein 2 gegen den ersten Gelenkteil 3.1 festgezogen wird. Dadurch ergibt sich eine weitgehend spielfreie Ankopplung des ausgeklappten Tischbeines.
Damit die eingeklappten Tischbeine gemäß den Figuren 11 und 12 in dieser Stellung in ausreichendem Maße fixiert sind, sind auf der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 für jedes Tischbein an dem vom Gelenkbeschlag abgewandten Ende mit der Tischplatte zusammenwirkende Einrastmittel 8 vorgesehen, die in den Figuren 9 und 10 näher dargestellt sind. Zu diesem Zweck sind in der Tischplatte 1 in diesem Bereich Klipse 8.1 vorgesehen, die mit am Tischbeinende vorgesehenen, entsprechend komplementär ausgebildeten Mitteln 8.2 derart zusammenwirken, daß das Tischbein zum einen sicher gehalten wird, aber zum andern auch leicht wieder gelöst werden kann.
Jedes Tischbein ist zweckmäßigerweise mit Füßen 2.3 versehen, die eine längenmäßige Anpassung des Tischbeines ermöglichen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel werden die komplementär ausgebildeten Mittel 8.2 durch einen Verschlußstopfen des Beines 2 gebildet, der ein axiales Innengewinde aufweist, in das der Fuß 2.3 über ein Außengewinde 2.4 eingedreht werden kann.
Die Tischbeine können in der eingeklappten Stellung wahlweise parallel zu den Außenkanten der Tischplatten oder, wie im dargestellten Beispiel gemäß Fig.11, leicht nach innen gedreht mit der Tischplatte 1 fixiert werden. Die in Fig.11 dargestellte Variante bietet sich insbesondere dann an, wenn die Tischbeine 2 für ein Abklappen parallel zu den Außenkanten der Tischplatte zu lang sind.
Wie Fig.12 erkennen läßt, ist der Tisch mit eingeklappten Tischbeinen stapelbar. Die von der Tischplatte 1 abgewandte Stirnfläche 3.1.1 des ersten Gelenkteils 3.1 bildet dabei einen Abstützbereich, der mit einem Gleitelement 9 zum Schutz der Auflagefläche versehen ist. Abgesehen vom untersten Tisch wird die Auflagefläche jeweils durch die Tischplatte 1 des zuvor abgelegten Tisches gebildet. Das Gleitelement besteht beispielsweise aus Filz, so daß ein Verkratzen bzw. Beschädigen der Auflagefläche zuverlässig vermieden werden kann.
Das in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel bietet nicht nur die bisher beschriebene Möglichkeit des Ein- bzw. Ausklappens der Tischbeine, sondern weist ferner eine Verbindungseinrichtung zur lösbaren Verbindung des Tisches mit einem benachbarten Tischelement, beispielsweise einer Einlageplatte, auf.
Der erste Gelenkteil 3.1, die Verbindungseinrichtung sowie die Halterungsplatte 7 bilden eine auf der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 angebrachte Einheit. Die Verbindungseinrichtung weist ein um eine zur Tischplatte 1 senkrechte Achse 11 verschwenkbares Auflageelement 10 auf. Gemäß Fig.13 sieht das Auflegeelement 10 zwei im Winkel zueinander ausgerichtete und starr miteinander verbundene Tragschenkel 10.1 und 10.2 vor, wobei wahlweise ein oder beide Tragschenkel über die Tischplatte 1 herausschwenkbar sind. Der Winkel zwischen den beiden starr miteinander verbundenen Tragschenkeln 10.1 und 10.2 kann beispielsweise 90° oder 135° betragen. In einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Auflageelement 10 in ein oder mehreren ausgeschwenkten Stellungen einrastbar.
Die Tragschenkel weisen Bohrungen 10.1.1 bzw. 10.2.1 auf, in die zur Verbindung Zapfen einführbar sind, die an entsprechenden Einhängeplatten 1.1 bzw. 1.2 vorgesehen sind.
Durch einfaches Herausschwenken der Auflageelemente 10 können auch größere Tischkonfigurationen schnell und sicher aufgestellt werden.
Wie insbesondere die Figuren 2 und 5 erkennen lassen, ist der erste Gelenkteil 3.1 fest mit der Halterungsplatte 7 über eine Schraube 12 verbunden, während das Auflageelement 10 schwenkbeweglich an der Halterungsplatte 7 gelagert ist. Die Halterungsplatte 7 ist wiederum fest an der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 fixiert.
Die Halterungsplatte 7, der Gelenkbeschlag 3 und das Auflageelement 10 bilden einen kompakten Beschlag, der zum einen das Abklappen der Tischbeine und zum anderen das Ankoppeln weiterer Tischelemente ermöglicht. Selbstverständlich sind im Rahmen der Erfindung auch Ausführungen ohne das ausschwenkbare Auflageelement denkbar. Der erste Gelenkteil 1 ist dann entweder unmittelbar an der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 oder über eine Halterungsplatte mit dieser verbunden.

Claims (14)

  1. Tisch mit einer Tischplatte (1) und wenigstens einem ein- bzw. ausklappbaren Tischbein (2), das mittels eines Gelenkbeschlags (3) an der Tischplatte gehaltert ist, wobei der Gelenkbeschlag ein an der Tischplatte befestigtes erstes Gelenkteil (3.1) und ein an einem anderen Ende des Tischbeins befestigtes zweites Gelenkteil (3.2) aufweist, wobei die beiden Gelenkteile zur Ausführung der Klappbewegung gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, und ferner eine Verriegelungseinrichtung zur Verriegelung des Tischbeins im ausgeklappten Zustand vorgesehen ist, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung in Form einer Verriegeiungshülse (2.1) ausgebildet ist, die relativ zum Gelenkbeschlag (3) zwischen einer Freigabe- und einer Verriegelungsstellung verschiebbar gehaltert ist, und wobei die Verriegelungshülse (2.1) in der Verriegelungssteilung durch Verdrehen nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses arretierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungshülse (2.1) durch den oberen Endbereich des rohrförmig ausgebildeten Tischbeins (2) gebildet wird.
  2. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Gelenkteile (3.1, 3.2) über eine sich parallel zur Tischplatte erstreckende Schwenkachse (3.3) miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Umfangsflächen des ersten und zweiten Gelenkteils (3.1, 3.2) in der ausgeklappten Stellung des Tischbeins (2) eine Gleitfläche für die Verriegelungshülse (2.1) bilden.
  4. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch mit eingeklappten Tischbeinen (2) stapelbar ist, wobei die von der Tischplatte (1) abgewandte Stirnfläche (3.1.1) des ersten Gelenkteils (3.1) einen Abstützbereich bildet.
  5. Tisch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (3.1.1) ein Gleitelement (9) zum Schutz einer Auflagefläche aufweist.
  6. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arretiermechanismus eine am ersten Gelenkteil (3.1) vorgesehene Ringnut (3.4) und wenigstens ein mit der Ringnut in Eingriff kommenden Vorsprung (5.1) an der Verriegelungshülse (2.1) aufweist.
  7. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungshülse zwischen der Freigabe- und der Verriegelungsstellung verdrehsicher geführt ist.
  8. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Tischbein (2) an dem vom Gelenkbeschlag (3) abgewandten Ende mit der Tischplatte (1) zusammenwirkende Einrastmittel (8) zum vorübergehenden Fixieren des Tischbeins (2) in der eingeklappten Stellung aufweist.
  9. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des ersten Gelenkteils (3.1) eine Verbindungseinrichtung zur lösbaren Verbindung des Tisches mit einem benachbarten Tischelement (1.1, 1.2) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Tisch nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Gelenkteil (3.1), die Verbindungseinrichtung sowie eine Halterungsplatte (7) eine an der Unterseite der Tischplatte (1) angebrachte Einheit bilden.
  11. Tisch nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung ein um eine zur Tischplatte senkrechte Achse (11) verschwenkbares Auflageelement (10) aufweist.
  12. Tisch nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflageelement (10) zwei in einem Winkel zueinander ausgerichtete und starr miteinander verbundene Tragschenkel aufweist, wobei wahlweise ein oder beide Tragschenkel zur Ankopplung von ein bzw. zwei Tischelementen (1.1, 1.2) über die Tischplatte (1) herausschwenkbar sind.
  13. Tisch nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflageelement (10) in ein oder mehreren ausgeschwenkten Stellungen einrastbar ist.
  14. Tisch nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Gelenkteil (3.1) fest mit der Halterungsplatte (7) und das Auflageelement (10) schwenkbeweglich an der Halterungsplatte (7) befestigt ist.
