  • the take-up bar 105 of the thread taking-up unit 100 is on standby in the rear portion of the auxiliary guide pipe 85, and the threading ring 125 is positioned in the lower end portion of the first thread guide pipe 81 above the auxiliary guide pipe 85.
  • the controlling unit (not shown), as illustrated in Fig. 7, retreats the loop transfer bar 113 so that the loop 115 is retreated through the eye of the needle 75, allowing the end of the thread 75 to be inserted into the eye of the needle 75.

  • the thread feeding apparatus for an automatic embroidery machine can be operated with a single head stem, thereby being simplified in structure. Further, a curved passage can be removed from the whole thread transferring path, and therefore, the thread can be smoothly fed. Additionally, a space on the thread transferring path can be created or removed as necessary, thereby preventing the thread being supplied from deviating therefrom.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'alimentation de fil pour machine à broder automatique, qui comprend une tige de tête à unité de travail équipée d'une aiguille; une unité d'alimentation de fil coloré de plusieurs types possibles; un ensemble conduit de guidage sur la tige de tête, avec un premier conduit de guidage recevant le fil depuis l'unité d'alimentation, et un second conduit de guidage à extrémité supérieure espacée axialement par rapport au premier conduit et à extrémité inférieure adjacente à l'unité de travail; et une unité d'entraînement de fil à levier d'entraînement à va-et-vient vertical sur un trajet de transfert de fil, et une barre d'entraînement couplée au levier d'entraînement dans une direction transversale par rapport au mouvement de la barre proprement dite, avec un mouvement de va-et-vient décrit dans un espace compris entre les premier et second conduits de guidage en fonction du mouvement du levier proprement dit, pour tendre ou détendre le fil. On a ainsi une tige de tête à structure unique dans laquelle un trajet d'alimentation de fil ne peut pas avoir une configuration courbe, ce qui donne une alimentation de fil efficace.
