Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cable car with at least two spaced support cables per road side for cars with multi-track drives, at least one between the suspension ropes and / or below the same running Traction rope for the attack of cable clamps of the car, and at least a station in which a temporary solution of Rope clamps and a deflection of the pull rope is carried out, where appropriate the ropes in the station by rigid mounting rails are continued.
- the invention further relates to a Drive for a cable car specifically for such a Cable car is suitable, with a frame that is at least two spaced apart sides with rollers for unrolling equipped on the suspension ropes.
- a cable car and a drive of the aforementioned Species are known from AT 104 465.
- the hauling rope clamp is carried by the hanger of the wagon, which is rotatably hinged to the drive. This results each time the clamp is loosened and clamped on the pull rope, such as it occurs when braking and accelerating in the station, a Force transmission in the hanger.
- the introduction of force causes Vibration and pendulum movements of the pull rope, which can only be overcome by slowing down and accelerating is carried out slowly accordingly. This requires again correspondingly long braking and acceleration distances and additional guide rollers for the pull rope.
- EP 0 283 888 seize the cable clamps of the drives Pull rope from the bottom, so that it in the stations for circulation must be deflected upward relative to the ropes.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the cable guide in a head station of a three-lane track according to EP 0 283 888 shows.
- On each lane side 1, 2 are two support cables 3, 4 or 3 ', 4' are provided, which are parallel and in mutual horizontal distance run. Center and below the suspension cables runs the rotating traction cable 5.
- the suspension cables are in the Head station at 6, 7 after a short deflection down (Deflecting wheels not shown) guyed and formed by them Roadway for the cable car is by rigid mounting rails 8,9 or auxiliary mounting rails 10, 11 extended and recycled.
- the traction cable 5 runs in the station about a horizontal Deflection pulley 12, which also serve for the drive can.
- the traction cable after loosening the cable clamps in a Wagenauskuppelzone 13 above the road level and raised the height of the drives (14), namely because the drives of the known constructions the pull rope. 5 embrace from below.
- the object of the invention is to provide a cable car and a corresponding drive therefor, with which the mentioned disadvantages can be overcome.
- This object is achieved in a first aspect of the invention with a cable car of the kind mentioned in the introduction, which is distinguished by the combination of the features, that the traction cable in the station in a conventional manner revolves around a horizontal deflection plate whose diameter is smaller than the mutual distance of the carriageway sides, and that the traction cable is guided in the course of its deflection on the facing support cables or rails below the same substantially horizontally.
- the suspension ropes or rails in the station in the area of loosening and / or reattaching the cable clamps learn an offset, which is maximum in the order the Glasseil thoroughlymessers lies.
- the pull rope after opening the rope clamp relative to the open terminal jaw be slightly shifted so that an unimpeded deduction or exit of the traction cable made from the open terminal jaw can be, i. without rubbing on the jaws of the terminal muzzle, both at the side opening jaw (see, for example, Figs. 8, 9 later) and below opening jaw (see, for example, Fig. 10 later).
- the stated objects are achieved with a drive of the type mentioned in the introduction, which according to the invention is distinguished by the specific embodiment with the combination of features, that the clamping jaw of the cable clamp is located on the underside of the frame, and that the jaw mouth is below the rolling plane of the rollers and opens to the side.
- terminal jaw at the end of a is arranged substantially C-shaped arm, which from the bottom of the frame hinrakagt. With such a Clamp arm can drive under any pull rope hold down rollers become.
- the actuating device for the rope clamp at the top of the frame within the gauge of the drive is arranged. This reduces the required Clearance for the drive on the track and in the Station.
- the rope clamp can be rigidly connected to the frame, which simplifies the construction.
- the rope clamp can be elastic be stored in the frame to make slight relative movements to be able to record while driving.
- the frame bears Auxiliary rollers acting downward, the jaw of the Cable clamp also below the rolling plane of the auxiliary rollers lies.
- the auxiliary rollers are used to retract narrow curve radii in the station on corresponding auxiliary mounting rails while the rollers are disengaged, as known per se.
- the terminal jaw is also below the Rolling plane of these auxiliary rolls arranged to an unhindered allow lateral removal of the traction cable.
- a guide roller od.
- protrudes which or which to rest on a support guide the station is determined. This allows any lateral forces in the ward, such as during exercise the rope clamp occur, are derived through the support guide.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rollers in per se known Way at least in pairs in swivel cradles are mounted, and that at least two opposing one another Roller weighing connected to each other via an intermediate carrier which are pivotable about a direction parallel axis, preferably damped-springy, is mounted on the frame.
