Claims (18)
- Procédé pour l'exploitation automatique d'un conteneur de ramassage (1) pour des objets ramassables, tels que des déchets ou analogue, qui ne peut être utilisé que contre rémunération payée par un utilisateur (10) enregistré chez un exploitant de conteneurs (7), comportant les étapes suivantes:saisie automatique d'un utilisateur (10) correspondant ou de son autorisation d'accès,saisie automatique des objets ramassables à introduire, etcomptabilisation automatique des objets ramassables saisis sur un compte utilisateur électronique de l'utilisateur saisi,le compte utilisateur électronique étant géré dans une base de données centrale d'évacuation (5), séparée géographiquement du conteneur de ramassage (1), des données pour la comptabilisation des objets ramassables introduits étant échangées entre le conteneur de ramassage (1) et la base de données d'évacuation (5) par télétransmission de données, et des données utilisateur et/ou des données de conteneur étant transmises automatiquement à partir de la base de données d'évacuation (5) à l'exploitant de conteneurs via un réseau électronique (8) et/ou étant mises à la disposition de manière à être récupérées,caractérisé en ce queles données utilisateur de l'utilisateur du conteneur (10) sont mises à la disposition dudit utilisateur du conteneur et/ou lui transmises automatiquement par la base de données d'évacuation (5) via une connexion internet et en ce que des données utilisateur transmises par un utilisateur de conteneur (10) à la base de données d'évacuation (5) sont mises à la disposition de l'exploitant correspondant du conteneur (7) et/ou lui transmises automatiquement par la base de données d'évacuation (5) via une connexion internet.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les données destinées à la comptabilisation sont échangées entre la base de données d'évacuation (5) et le conteneur de ramassage (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une télécommunication mobile.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des données utilisateur sont transmises automatiquement à partir de la base de données d'évacuation (5) au conteneur de ramassage (1) par l'intermédiaire desquelles le conteneur de ramassage (1) vérifie, avant d'accepter les objets ramassables correspondants, si l'introduction des objets ramassables est couverte par le compte utilisateur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des donnés de conteneur, notamment des données de consommation, des données de niveau de remplissage, et/ou des données sur l'état d'entretien sont mises à la disposition de la base de données d'évacuation (5) ou transmises à celle-ci par le conteneur de ramassage (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les données utilisateur et/ou les données de conteneur telles que des données de comptabilisation des frais, des données de consommation, des données de niveau de remplissage, des données utilisateur et/ou des données sur l'état d'entretien sont mises à la disposition de l'exploitant des conteneurs (7) par la base de données d'évacuation (5) de manière à pouvoir être récupérées et/ou transmises à celui-ci automatiquement via l'internet (8).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au cas d'un refus d'accès au conteneur de ramassage (1) basé sur les données utilisateur transmises et/ou lues depuis une carte d'identification de l'utilisateur, le conteneur de ramassage (1) automatiquement interroge des données utilisateur actuelles depuis la base de données d'évacuation (5).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de conteneurs de ramassage (1) transmet des données utilisateur et/ou des données de conteneur à la base de données centrale d'évacuation (5), et/ou la base de données d'évacuation (5) met des données utilisateur et/ou des données de conteneur à la disposition d'une pluralité d'exploitants de conteneurs (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour enregistrer un nouvel utilisateur de conteneur, des données d'enregistrement sont échangées entre cet utilisateur du conteneur (10) et la base de données d'évacuation (5) via une connexion internet (9), et ensuite la base de données d'évacuation (5) transmet des données concernant le nouvel utilisateur de conteneur à l'exploitant de conteneurs (7) via une connexion internet (8).

caractérisé en ce que
un moyen pour la transmission de données utilisateur entre la base de données d'évacuation (5) et des utilisateurs du conteneur (10) via une connexion internet (9) est prévue, ce moyen étant prévu afin que les données utilisateur de l'utilisateur correspondant du conteneur (10) soient mises à la disposition de celui-ci et/ou soient lui transmises automatiquement par la base de données d'évacuation (5) via la connexion internet (9), et en ce qu'en outre, un moyen est prévu pour la mise à la disposition automatique de l'exploitant correspondant (7) et/ou la transmission automatique à celui-ci des données utilisateur transmises par un utilisateur du conteneur (10) via une connexion internet (8). - Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la base de données d'évacuation (5) fait partie d'un serveur web (4).

- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une pluralité de conteneurs de ramassage (1) et/ou une pluralité d'exploitants de conteneurs (7) sont connectés à la base de données d'évacuation (5), notamment via l'internet.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une caméra pour la surveillance du conteneur de ramassage (1) et un moyen pour la transmission automatique des données image correspondantes à la base de données d'évacuation (5) sont prévus, de préférence des moyens de saisie étant prévus pour la saisie d'un objet s'approchant du conteneur ainsi qu'un dispositif de mise en marche pour la mise en marche de la caméra en dépendance d'un signal venant du moyen de saisie.
