Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Erkennung eines Fahrzeuges (12) und Steuerung der Freigabe einer Tanksäule (14) zum Einfüllen von Treibstoff mittels eines Zapfventiles (20) durch den Einfüllstutzen (26) in den Treibstofftank (24) des Fahrzeuges (12), wobei im Fahrzeug (12) in einer Fahrzeugkenndaten-Speichereinheit (28) gespeicherte Fahrzeugkenndaten zur Feststellung der Berechtigung zum Tanken und Steuerung der Freigabe der Tanksäule (14) an eine Überprüfungssystem (16) übermittelt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Bereich des Zapfventiles (20) gespeicherte Zapfventilkenndaten beim Einsetzen des Zapfventiles (20) in den Tankeinfüllstutzen (26) an die Fahrzeugkenndaten-Speichereinheit (28) und von der Fahrzeugkenndaten-Speichereinheit (28) zusammen mit den Fahrzeugkenndaten an das Überprüfungssystem (16) zur Autorisierung und zur Freigabesteuerung der Tanksäule (14) übermittelt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übermittlung der Zapfventilkenndaten von einem am Zapfventil (20) angeordneten Transponder (40) an beim im Tankeinfüllstutzen (26) angeordnetes Datenlesegerät (38), vorzugsweise eine Antenne oder eine Lesespule, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übermittlung der Zapfventil- und Fahrzeugkenndaten an das Überprüfungssystem (16) über eine Funkverbindung erfolgt.
- System zur automatischen Erkennung eines Fahrzeuges (12) und Steuerung der Freigabe einer Tanksäule (14) zum Einfüllen von Treibstoff mittels eines Zapfventiles (20) durch den Einfüllstutzen (26) in den Treibstofftank (24) des Fahrzeuges (12), wobei im Fahrzeug (12) einer Fahrzeugkenndaten-Speichereinheit (28) zur Speicherung von Fahrzeugkenndaten zur Feststellung der Berechtigung zum Tanken und Steuerung der Freigabe der Tanksäule (14) und Übermittlung an ein Überprüfungssystem (16) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Bereich des Zapfventiles (20) eine Zapfventilkenndaten-Speichereinheit (40) zur Speicherung von Zapfventilkenndaten und im Bereich des Tankeinfüllstutzens (26) eine mit der Fahrzeugkenndaten-Speichereinheit (28) verbundene Datenerkennungseinheit (38) angeordnet ist. - System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfventilkenndaten in einem am Zapfventil (20) angeordneten Transponder (40) gespeichert sind.
- System nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Lesen der Zapfventilkenndaten beim Tankeinfüllstutzen (26) ein Datenlesegerät (38), vorzugsweise eine Antenne oder eine Lesespule, angeordnet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur drahtlosen Datenübermittlung die Speichereinheit (28) mit einem Sender (30) und das Überprüfungssystem (16) mit einem Empfänger (44) ausgestattet ist.
