Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Trocknung von partikelförmigen Stoffen, nämlich Geflügel-, Rinder- und/oder Schweinefette, insbesondere Nassgrieben, insbesondere aus Rinder- und/oder Schweinefetten, Rinderfleischfett, Schweineschwarten und/oder Schweineschwartendeckelfett und/oder -abschnitten, wobeiin einem ersten Schritt der partikelförmige Stoff mit einem Wärmeträger gemischt und in einem Wärmeaustauscher (7) erhitzt wird;in einem zweiten Schritt der aus dem Wärmeaustauscher (7) abgeleitete Produktstrom, umfassend Brüdendampf (17) und ein proteinhaltiges Produkt, einem Entspanner (8) zugeführt wird, in welchem der Brüdendampf (17) abgetrennt wird; undin einem dritten Schritt das in dem Entspanner (8) verbliebene Gemisch einem Dekanter (13) zugeführt wird;aus welchem in einem vierten Schritt das proteinhaltige Produkt entnommen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Wärmeträger eine Substanz mit einem niedrigeren Dampfdruck als Wasser verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Wärmeträger Fette, insbesondere in Form von Rindertalg, Schweineschmalz und/oder Pflanzenölen, verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wärmeträger mit einer Temperatur in einem Bereich von 100 bis 160°C, bevorzugt 110 bis 150°C, verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ersten Schritt eine Vermischung des Fettes und des Wärmeträgers in einem Mischer (6) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fett vor der Vermischung mit dem Wärmeträger zerkleinert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor und/oder nach der Zerkleinerung der partikelförmigen Stoffe eine Separation des eingesetzten Fettes vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Dekanter (13) ein Teilstrom (11) des in dem Entspanner (8) verbliebenen Gemisches zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teilstrom (11) in einem Bereich von etwa 5 bis 20 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Gemisches, dem Dekanter zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Druck im Entspanner (8) in einem Bereich von etwa 100 Millibar bis 1 Bar, bevorzugt 500 bis 900 Millibar, verwendet wird.
- Trocknungsprodukt aus Fetten, umfassend Geflügel-, Rinder- und/oder Schweinefette, insbesondere Nassgrieben, insbesondere aus Rinder- und/oder Schweinefetten, Rinderfleischfett, Schweineschwarten und/oder Schweineschwartendeckelfett und/oder -abschnitten, hergestellt gemäß dem Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen mittleren verwertbaren Proteingehalt (BEFFE) von mindestens 60 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Produkts, aufweist.
- Produkt nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen mittleren verwertbaren Proteingehalt (BEFFE) von mindestens etwa 65 Gew% aufweist.
- Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen mittleren Feuchtegehalt von maximal 4 Gew%, bevorzugt einen mittleren Feuchtegehalt in einem Bereich von etwa 0,5 bis 3 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Produkts, aufweist.
- Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen mittleren Aschegehalt von maximal 5 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Produkts, aufweist.
- Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Nassgrieben, insbesondere aus Rinder- und/oder Schweinefetten, aus Rinderfleischfett, Schweineschwarten und/oder Schweineschwartendeckelfett und/oder -abschnitten gewonnen ist.
- Verwendung eines Produktes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 bis 15 als Tierfutter und/oder Tierfutterzusatz und/oder Lebensmittel und/oder Lebensmittelzusatz.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, umfassend einen Wärmeaustauscher (7), in welchem der partikelförmige Stoff mit einem Wärmeträger als Mischung eingebracht oder in diesem gemischt ist, und einen nachfolgend angeordneten Entspanner (8), in welchem über eine Zuführung der aus dem Wärmeaustauscher (7) abgeleitete Produktstrom zugeführt ist, und wobei in dem Entspanner (8) eine Abtrennung des Brüdendampfes (17) erfolgt, weiterhin umfassend einen über eine Zuführung mit dem Entspanner (8) in Verbindung stehenden Dekanter (13), in welchem das nach der Abtrennung des Brüdendampfes (17) verbliebene Gemisch überführt ist, und eine Entnahmevorrichtung zur Entnahme des gewonnen proteinhaltigen Produkts.
