und wobei im einbaufertigen Zustand der Isolierelemente zumindest ein Ende des Isolierdiagonalelementes fest mit einem der Isolierelemente verbunden ist und wobei an dieses Isolierelement lediglich ein Isolierdiagonalelement fest angeschlossen ist.

Claims (10)
- Verbundprofil (1), insbesondere für Fenster, Türen und Fassadenelemente, - mit einem Außenprofil (2) und einem Innenprofil (3),
wobei das Außenprofil (2) und das Innenprofil (3) durch zumindest zwei Isolierelemente (4, 5) miteinander verbunden sind und wobei zwischen den Isolierelementen (4, 5) ein Hohlraum (6) ausgebildet ist,
wobei jedes der beiden Isolierelemente (4, 5) an einem Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7, 8) für die Befestigung an dem Außenprofil (2) und an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7, 8) für die Befestigung an dem Innenprofil (3) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsfüße (7, 8) dieser Isolierelemente (4, 5) schubfest eingerollt sind,
wobei in dem Hohlraum (6) zumindest ein Isolierdiagonalelement (9) vorgesehen ist, das schräg zu den beiden Isolierelementen (4, 5) angeordnet ist
und wobei im einbaufertigen Zustand der Isolierelemente (4, 5) zumindest ein Ende (10) des Isolierdiagonalelementes (9) fest mit einem der Isolierelemente (4, 5) verbunden ist und wobei an dieses Isolierelement (4, 5) lediglich ein Isolierdiagonalelement (9) fest angeschlossen ist. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Befestigungsfüße (7, 8) der Isolierelemente (4, 5) schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Isolierdiagonalelement (9) mit einem der Isolierelemente (4, 5) einen Winkel ∝ einschließt, der kleiner als 60°, bevorzugt kleiner als 50° ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Isolierdiagonalelement (9) über zumindest 80 % der Länge eines der Isolierelemente (4, 5) durch den Hohlraum (6) verläuft.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Isolierdiagonalelement (9) zumindest einen Befestigungsfuß (14) zur Befestigung an dem Außenprofil (2) oder zur Befestigung an dem Innenprofil (3) aufweist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Isolierdiagonalelement (9) im einbaufertigen Zustand der Isolierelemente (4, 5) mit jedem seiner beiden Enden (10, 11) mit jeweils einem der Isolierelemente (4, 5) fest verbunden ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei ein zweites Isolierdiagonalelement (17) vorgesehen ist, das schräg zu den beiden Isolierelementen (4, 5) angeordnet ist und im einbaufertigen Zustand der Isolierelemente (4, 5) zumindest ein Ende (10) dieses zweiten Isolierdiagonalelementes (17) fest mit einem der Isolierelemente (4, 5) verbunden ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 7, wobei das zweite Isolierdiagonalelement (17) einen Befestigungsfuß (14) für die Befestigung an dem Außenprofil (2) oder an dem Innenprofil (3) aufweist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei das erste Isolierdiagonalelement (9) mit dem ersten Isolierelement (4, 5) einen ersten zusammenhängenden Isoliersteg bildet und wobei das zweite Isolierdiagonalelement (17) mit dem zweiten Isolierelement (4, 5) einen zweiten zusammenhängenden Isoliersteg bildet.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das mit einem Ende (10) an das Isolierelement (4, 5) fest angeschlossene Isolierdiagonalelement (9, 17) an dem anderen Ende (11) über ein quer zu dem Isolierelement (4, 5) angeordnetes Verbindungselement (18) mit dem Isolierelement (4, 5) verbunden ist.
