Definitions
- Metals especially aluminum, have some advantages as a material for the manufacture of windows, doors and the like over wood or plastics. First of all, they are more dimensionally stable and non-flammable. Aluminum also has the advantage that it does not rust and is relatively light. A disadvantage of metals compared to wood and plastic, however, is that they are good heat conductors. If a door or window were made of solid metal, the cold could penetrate into the apartment in winter and heat in summer, which is undesirable.
- a ' thermally insulated profile made of aluminum which consists of two individual metal shells, the insulation zone being formed by plastic strips (DE-PS 25 59 599). These plastic strips essentially have the profile cross section of a narrow rectangle, the one long side having two notches. The fixation of the composite is achieved in that a mandrel is drawn through a cavity between the two plastic strips, which forms four internal groove webs on the plastic strips.
- the invention has for its object to provide a connection according to the preamble of claim 1, which is displaceable neither by transverse nor by longitudinal forces.
- This object is achieved in that the projection of the highly heat-conducting part is connected to a part which is bendable relative to the projection.
- the advantage achieved by the invention is, in particular, that a firm connection between the good heat-conducting part and the poorly heat-conducting part is produced by pressing in the bendable part.
- an additional cross strut is used, which excludes transverse displacements.
- this cross strut can be used at different angles because a recess in the connecting element is designed accordingly. It is also particularly advantageous to provide the bendable part with corrugations on its underside so that it can firmly grip the poorly heat-conducting part.
- the connecting element 1 shows a connecting element 1 which has an upper engagement part 2 and a lower engagement part 3. Both engagement parts 2, 3 are connected to one another via a web 4.
- the upper and the lower part of the connecting element 1 are mirror images of an axis 5.
- the straight line 6, which runs essentially through the center of the engagement parts 2, 3, is at a distance a from a second straight line 7, which coincides with the side surface 8 of the connecting element 1.
- the tips 11, 12 of the engaging parts 2, 3, which have an upper broad part 13, 14 and a lower narrower part 15, 16 abut this straight line 10, as a result of which they acquire a dovetail-like shape.
- the web 4 is delimited on one side by the straight surface 8 and on the other side by the surface 17, which is curved at least in its upper and lower region 18, 19.
- the curved regions 18, 19 of this surface 17 merge into projections 20, 21 which end with their tips on a straight line 22.
- This straight line 22 is preferably between the straight line 10 and the straight line 6. However, it can also coincide with the straight line 10.
- FIG. 2 The engagement between the connecting element 1 shown in FIG. 1 and a part 30 to be connected is shown in more detail in FIG. 2.
- the arrival part 2 is somewhat changed compared to the representation in FIG. 1.
- this engaging part 2 also has an upper wider part 13 and a lower narrower part 15, this lower part 15 now has the shape of a neck with the diameter c, while the upper part is anvil-shaped, i.e. its ends, which are delimited by the imaginary straight lines 28, 29, are terminated by a triangular cross section 31 and a square cross section 32.
- the projection 20 in the variant shown in FIG. 2 is also not as pointed as in the connecting element in FIG. 1.
- An attachment 33 is provided on the part 30 to be connected, which extends from top right to bottom left in such a way that a surface 34 of the triangular cross section rests on this attachment 33.
- the part 30 to be connected has a further extension piece 35 which has a part 36 which runs vertically downwards and which is closed off by a hammer 37 which projects to the right. That hammer 37 has approximately the shape of a shoe, the shoulder 38 ′ of which forms a cavity 39 to the sole region.
- connection element 1 and the part 30 to be connected takes place in the following way: in the initial state, the shoulder 38 is bent outwards somewhat, as indicated by the reference number 38 ′.
- the extension 33 is either inclined vertically downwards or it already assumes the shape shown in FIG. 2. If it takes the form shown, the engagement part 2 is inserted into the groove which is formed by the elements 33, 35, 36, 37. However, the connection between the engagement part 2 and the part 30 to be connected is not yet very firm because the engagement part 2 can be moved in the groove.
- the outwardly bent shoulder 38 ′ is used with a plunger or the like in a manner known per se (see DE-AS 11 01 734). pressed inward.
- the tip of the shoulder 38 is used to scrape some of the plastic connecting element 1.
- the planed chips can clog the gap between the hammer 37 and the surface 41 of the stea 4, if no special measures are taken. This clogging of the gap creates a firm connection between the part 30 to be connected and the connecting element 1. It may happen that the paragraph 38 cannot be brought into its target end position. However, this is not desirable because it is precisely an essential advantage of the invention that the side surface 8 of the web 4 is flush with the side surface 42 of the part 30 to be connected.
- the cavity 39 is provided which can accommodate the chips.
- a plunger 40 which presses the shoulder 38 against the web 4
- another element can also be provided.
- rollers, wheels, knurled wheels or the like which roll over the spread-out shoulder 38 '(cf. DE-PS 28 25 301 or DE-OS 27 17 352).
- Another or additional measure to establish a firm connection between the part 30 to be connected and the connecting element 1 consists in knurling the upper side 13 of the element 1 and / or the side of the part 30 opposite the upper side 13 or with serrations or other elevations or depressions (see. DE-OS 30 33 206, Fig. 1).
- the parts 36, 33 could in this case be spread apart before the introduction of the engagement part 2 and only be pressed onto the engagement part 2 afterwards.
- FIG 3 shows the use of the connecting element according to the invention in connection with a wing 50 and a frame 51, wherein the wing and frame can belong to a window or a door.
- the outside 52 of the wing 50 is connected to the inside 55 via two connecting elements 53.54 according to the invention.
- FIG. 4 shows a connecting element 80, which to a certain extent consists of a combination of two of the connecting elements described above.
- This connecting element has two side parts 81, 82, which at their ends merge into an inclined transverse web 83, 84 and 85, 86, respectively, the cross webs 83, 84 and 85, 86 each having a dovetail-shaped insertion part 87 and. 88 are bridged.
- a reinforcement web 89 which is connected at its other end to the connection point between the cross web 86 and the side part 82.
- the connecting element can also be provided with a second reinforcing web 79 if special strength is required.
- this generally worsens the thermal insulation values, so that efforts are usually made to make do with a reinforcement web 89 or even with no reinforcement web.
- connecting element 80 is constructed in one piece in FIG. 4, a one-piece connecting element is not absolutely necessary for a reinforcing effect.
- two individual elements 57, 58 can also be reinforced by means of struts 26, 44.
- guide rails 24, 25, 45, 46 are provided on the inside of the connecting elements 57, 58, in which, for. B. the strut 26 can be inserted later.
- the strut 26 runs in the representation of FIG. 3 from the top left to the bottom right; however, it is also possible to provide a strut 44 which runs from the bottom left to the top right. :
- the guide rails 24, 25 are also shown. It can be seen here that the reinforcing element 26 can simply be inserted.
- small nipples 27, 41, 42, 43 are provided on the outer sides of the bendable parts, which serve to protect the outer side of these elements and the adjacent areas when the elements 70, 74, 73, 77 are pressed in and also to ensure a safe intervention.
- the secure engagement and the firm anchoring of the element 38 are also ensured by corrugation on the underside 23 of the element 38.
- This corrugation is preferably carried out simultaneously with the rolling of the part 36, 37, 38. This requires a curling and corrugating device, which is easy to manufacture. Rolling up and corrugating can of course also be carried out separately.
- a nipple 27 is provided in FIG. In this way, on the one hand, the structures adjacent to the nipple 27 are not scratched and, on the other hand, the part 36, 37, 38 is pressed in firmly.
- the connecting element 4 (FIG. 2) could also be designed such that from the right outer tip of the Projection 20 runs an edge down and the space between this edge and the top 8 would be filled with material.
- a connecting element would have a significantly poorer thermal insulation value than the element shown in FIG. 2. The pressure and tensile forces are absorbed in this element by the strong shoulder between projection 20 and surface 8.
- FIG. 5 shows a further variant of the arrangement according to the invention.
- the connecting element 126 made of poorly heat-conducting material and the good heat-conducting part 108 can again be seen here.
- the projection of the good heat-conducting part is designated by 116.
- This protrusion 116 is connected to a part 119 which can be bent relative to the protrusion 116 because there is a recess 122 between the two.
- the projection 116 itself is trapezoidal and protrudes into a trapezoidal recess 124 of the heat-conducting part 108.
- the rear part of the projection 116 is designated by 123 before being pushed in. With 121 it is indicated that the part 119, when it has been pressed against the connecting element 126, projects into it by a certain amount.
- the rolling machine with which the part 119 is pressed in is shown only symbolically and is designated by 117.
- the engaging part 107 has a front trapezoidal part 105, the top 104 of which is chamfered, while the bottom extends horizontally.
- the rear trapezoidal part 115 has a horizontally running upper side 114 and an obliquely running lower side 106. This configuration tion is important because the trapezoidal shape causes wedging between the parts to be connected. It has been found that if the undersides of both parts 105, 115 are formed obliquely, no particularly stable connection is achieved because the connecting element 126 can then slip out of the part 108 to a certain extent.
- the bottom of part 105 is flat and adapted to the flat surface of the corresponding support 103.
- the space between the trapezoidal parts 105, 115 has the width d and is delimited by the straight lines 110, 109 shown in broken lines.
- the support 103 has a bevel 134 on its underside, which corresponds to a bevel of a hook-shaped part 102 of the element 126.
- the element 126 has a second, smaller hook-shaped part 127, which has a nose 129 and, together with a corresponding nose 101 of the part 102, forms a claw 128 through which a reinforcing web 131 is pushed.
- This reinforcement bar can also assume the position indicated at 132.
- Behind the claw 128 there is a semicircular cavity 100 which receives the end 130 of the reinforcing web 131.
- a weakening of material can be provided at point 113 in order to facilitate the bending over of part 116.
- FIG. 6 shows the arrangement of FIG. 5 again in a different view.
- the corrugations 138 on the underside of part 119 can be clearly seen here.
- Reference number 137 denotes the outer surface of element 126.
- 141 denotes the edge of support 103.
- the inner edge of this support 103 is designated 142.
- the reference number 140 indicates the right boundary of the part 102, and the reference number 143 indicates the left boundary of the element 103.
- FIG. 7 the connecting element 126 shown in FIG. 5 is shown once again in its entire profile view.
- the lower parts, which functionally correspond to the upper parts, have been given the same reference numerals, but with an additional line.
- the trapezoidal indentations 162, 163 or 162 'and 163' can now be clearly seen.
- stiffening elements are designed so that the diagonals can be adjusted according to the desired bevels, depending on the distance between the web connectors. These diagonal braces are only designed as short pieces so that the heat transfer figures remain optimal. Profiles with continuous stiffening ribs result in poor heat transfer values. It is therefore an important embodiment of the invention that the stiffening webs do not extend over the entire profile depth. Due to the increasingly heavy glazing that is common today, it is advantageous to achieve stiffening between the two composite webs in the insulation area, particularly in the area of the window's treading profile.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. einen Profilquerschnitt eines erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungselements;
- Fig.2 eine Detaildarstellung der Verbindungsstelle zwischen einem Verbindungselement und einem zu verbindenden Teil;
- Fig.3 die Verbindung zwischen einem Flügel und einem Rahmen durch jeweils zwei Verbindungselemente;
- Fig.4 eine Variante des erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungselements;
- Fig.5 eine Profilansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungsanordnung, bei der ein erfindungsgemäßes Verbindungselement mit einem gut wärmeleitenden Teil im Eingriff steht;
- Fig.6 eine Draufsicht auf die Anordnung der Fig.5;
- Fig.7 eine isolierte Darstellung des in der Fig.5 gezeigten Verbindungselements;
DE-AS 11 01 734). nach innen qedrückt.
