Abstract
Description
Zum Aufbringen von Dünnbettmörtel auf eine Seite von mehreren, nebeneinander angeordneten Steinen, insbesondere Hochlochsteinen, wird die Vorrichtung über die Steine bewegt. Unter Dünnbettmörtel wird auch Schmalfugenmörtel gemäß der deutschen Patentschrift DE 42 18 143 C1 verstanden.

Claims (14)
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Dünnbettmörtel (2) auf eine Seite von mehreren, nebeneinander angeordneten Steinen (3), insbesondere Hochlochsteinen, die zwecks Aufbringung des Mörtels (2) in einer Verfahrrichtung (s) über die Steine (3) bewegt wird, mit einer Einfüllöffnung (5) und einer Austragsöffnung (4), die oben durch eine Einstellvorrichtung für die Dicke (DM) der Mörtelschicht (2) und unten durch eine umlaufende, die Steine (3) nicht berührende Mörtelwalze (6) begrenzt ist, die durch einen Motor (11) angetrieben werden kann.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umlaufende Mörtelwalze (6) durch mindestens ein die Steine (3) berührendes mit dem Gehäuse der Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung (1) verbundenes Antriebsrad (7) angetrieben wird.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (7) durch einen Motor (11) angetrieben wird.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (11) ein elektrischer Motor ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (11) batteriebetrieben ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem in Verfahrrichtung (s) vorderen Teil der Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung (1) mindestens ein fest mit dem Gehäuse verbundenes Stützrad oder eine Stützrolle (10) angeordnet ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der rechteckigen Einfüllöffnung (5) 2 bis 4 cm geringer ist als die Breite B der Steine (3).
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weniger als 25 cm hoch ist und einen Mörtelstreifen (2) von 12 bis 15 cm Breite auflegen kann.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Verfahrrichtung (s) hinter der Austragsöffnung (4) eine Vorrichtung zur Ablösung der Mörtelschicht (2) von der Mörtelwalze (6) angeordnet ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Mörtel (2) ablösende Vorrichtung ein gespannter Draht (8) ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellvorrichtung ein Einstellblech (9) ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellblech (9) auswärts gebogen ist.
- Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der unteren Kante der Einstellvorrichtung die Mörtelwalze (6) berührt.
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Dünnbettmörtel (2) in gleichmäßiger Dicke auf eine Seite kurzer Stücke von Steinen (3), insbesondere Hochlochsteinen, auch vor Wänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mörtelstreifen (2) quer zur Steinreihe aufgelegt wird.
