Claims (9)
- Spender zur Aufnahme und dosierten Ausgabe stückiger Produkte, wie beispielsweise Tabletten oder Pastillen etc., mit einem Behälter zur Aufnahme der stückigen Produkte und einer im Behälter ausgebildeten Ausgabekammer, deren obere Eintrittsöffnung und untere Ausgabeöffnung durch manuelle Betätigung einer entsprechend ausgebildeten, am und im Spender angeordneten Ausgabevorrichtung wechselweise geöffnet und verschlossen wird d.h., daß die Ausgabevorrichtung in der Ausgangsstellung die untere Ausgabeöffnung der Ausgabekammer dicht verschließt und dabei gleichzeitig die obere Eintrittsöffnung der Ausgabekammer öffnet, und daß sie in der Ausgabestellung die untere Ausgabeöffnung öffnet und gleichzeitig die Obere Eintrittsöffnung verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spender (1, 1') mehrteilig ausgebildet ist mit einem unten offenen Spenderoberteil (2) zur Aufnahme und zur Bevorratung der stückigen Produkte (6) und einem darunter mit dem Spenderoberteil (2) durch Verschnappen und/oder Verkleben und/oder Verschweißen verbundenes Spenderunterteil (3, 3'), das die Ausgabevorrichtung enthällt, und das vormontiert eine auswechselbare, zum Spenderoberteil (2) hin oben offene Ausgabekammer (40, 50) mit einer unteren Ausgabeöffnung (42, 52) enthält, zur Aufnahme und zur dosierten Ausgabe von mindestens einem stückigen Produkt (6).
- Spender (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Spenderunterteil (3, 3') unterschiedliche Ausgabekammern (40, 50) mit unterschiedlichen Größen für unterschiedliche Ausgabestückzahlen vormontierbar ausgebildet sind, ohne dass dafür das Spenderunterteil (3, 3') geändert werden muss.
- Spender (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabekammer (40, 50) in ihrer Form so variabel ausgebildet ist, dass beim Füllen und Entleeren der Ausgabekammer (40, 50) durch mögliche unterschiedliche Formen der stückigen Produkte (6), wie beispielsweise bei Tabletten, Pillen, Pastillen, keinerlei Probleme auftreten, wobei die Größe bzw. das Volumen der Ausgabekammer (40, 50) durch die Anzahl der auszugebenden stückigen Produkte (6) bestimmt ist.
- Spender (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabekammer (40, 50) seitlich mit Stabilisierungslaschen (43, 53) ausgebildet ist, durch die die Ausgabekammer (40, 50) stabilisiert und im Spenderunterteil (3, 3') ortsfest fixiert ist und durch die für eine einwandfreie Passform der Ausgabekammer (40, 50) im Spenderunterteil (3, 3') gesorgt ist.
- Spender (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung als verschiebbare Jalousie (4) ausgebildet ist, die durch manuelles Verschieben die Ausgabeöffnung (42) öffnet und die Eintrittsöffnung (41) dabei schließt und umgekehrt.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der zum Spenderoberteil (2) gerichteten Innenseite der Jalousie (4) Stege und/oder Nocken angeordnet sind.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Jalousie (4) über einen Steg (45), der durch einen Spalt (11) des Spendergehäuses (10) geführt ist, mit einem außerhalb des Spendergehäuses (10) angeordneten Schiebeknopf (46) verbunden ist.
- Spender (1') nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung durch einen Drehkippmechanismus gebildet ist, mit einem im Spendergehäuse (10') integrierten Kipphebel (5), der durch eine manuelle Kippbetätigung um eine mittige Drehachse (56) aus seiner Ausgangsstellung heraus mit seinem Kipphebelunterteil (5") vom unteren Ende des Spenderunterteils (3') wegschwenkt und dabei die Ausgabeöffnung (52) öffnet und gleichzeitig mit seinem Kipphebeloberteil (5') so weit in die Ausgabekammer (50) hinein schwenkt, dass die Eintrittsöffnung (51) dadurch verschlossen wird.
- Spender (1') nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (5) bei manueller Nichtbetätigung durch eine Feder (57) in die Ausgangsstellung zurückgeführt und dort gehalten wird.
