Definitions
- the invention relates to a dispenser with a housing for tablets, capsules or the like with a slide-closed outlet opening serving for the dispensing of one tablet or the like at the end of a tablet feed channel (e.g. DE-A- 3301 217).
- a tablet feed channel e.g. DE-A- 3301 217
- the object of the invention is to provide a generic dispenser which, with its simple structure, still functions without problems in its separating function even in the case of a shape deviating from the usual tablet shapes, such as spheres, discs, etc.
- a generic dispenser of increased utility value is achieved: there is practically no dispensing disturbance at all, since any bridge-like constellation of the dispensing goods which inhibits proper singling is resolved upon normal operation of the dispenser. Such bridges collapse due to the vibrating / vibrating motion of the tablet delivery channel.
- the dispenser therefore needs to be shaken as a whole, as is customary in the case of conventional known designs, which often leads to breakage, particularly in the case of weakly bound tablets, and finally to an incorrect dosage, in that fragments of a destroyed tablet or the like are also given out. Even the lens-like tablet bodies, which are considered problematic, can no longer step into a jamming, roof-shingle-like position.
- the vibration takes place in the plane of the channel side wall of the tablet feed channel.
- the upstream tablets, capsules or the like practically repel each other with the simultaneous effect of a feed in the dispensing direction, not least also caused by the load in the dispenser housing which is placed in the channel.
- the component in the output direction occurs even with a very slight slope of the channel.
- the shaking / vibration movement can be realized with simple means in that the tablet feed channel is seated on a wall of an inner part of the housing which is elastically bendable and is displaceable relative to which the cap-shaped housing part which has the outlet opening and which has a toothed strip, the teeth of which are displaceable ratchet the free end of a finger of the wall forming the tablet delivery channel.
- the feed channel is set to a high degree of natural vibration.
- the wall is located laterally adjacent and below the housing base.
- the entire stock does not weigh on the upstream position that is ready for dispensing.
- the shaking / vibration movement can be intensified especially in the free end region of the channel in that the bottom wall of the tablet feed channel continues into a freely protruding, whip-shaped tongue.
- An advantageous embodiment is also achieved by means of a slot / pin forced control for achieving the shaking / vibration movement of the tablet feed channel.
- the wall carrying the tablet feed channel is connected to the inner part of the housing via an articulation point and is cushioned by means of a leaf spring while supporting the spring force in the area of the slot / pin guide.
- the invention proposes that the bar forms a compartment finger holding the penultimate tablet with its free end. The bar thus has a double function.
- the dispenser for the individual dispensing of uniform filling goods has a box-shaped housing 1.
- the latter is composed of a cap-shaped housing outer part 2 and a housing inner part 3, which can be displaced relative to one another in a manner limited by stops.
- the inner housing part 3 of the dispenser which is designed, for example, as a tabletop device, is inserted from below into the cap-shaped outer housing part 2, taking into account a distance x from the mounting surface F relative to the end face of the cap 2 ', which distance corresponds at least to the actuation stroke of a dispensing mechanism M.
- a distance x from the mounting surface F relative to the end face of the cap 2 ', which distance corresponds at least to the actuation stroke of a dispensing mechanism M.
- the output material in the present case in the form of capsules 5, is located in a storage space 6 formed by the upper region of the outer housing part 2.
- the latter closes off with a housing base 7.
- the housing bottom takes a sloping course, namely in the direction of the one broad side wall 8 of the housing 1 (see FIGS. 6 and 8). It ends at a distance in front of said broad side wall 8, so that the filling material can reach the area of the dispensing mechanism M via this gap Sp.
- a tablet feed channel K begins at the deepest point of the housing base 7, which acts as a slide.
- the latter is seated on a wall 9 of the housing inner part 2, which is connected elastically bendable at one end and extends parallel to the wall 8.
- connection is realized in the end area on the output side at the bottom left of the tablet feed channel K, while the remaining section of the tablet feed channel K, which rises from there diagonally to the top right, projects freely into the lower space 10 of the housing 1 which receives the dispensing mechanism.
- the tablet delivery channel K is U-profiled in cross section over the major portion of its total length, the U opening pointing in the direction of one broad side wall 8.
- the latter forms the fourth wall of the channel which can be displaced relative to the tablet feed channel K.
- the wall 9 forming the web of the U-profile is essentially S-shaped, with only the central section of the "S" being dimensioned somewhat smaller than twice the tablet size or twice the diameter of the capsules 5 shown.
- the outlet-side channel end 11 and beyond the middle section channel beginning I deviate from this dimension; they pass into a larger width, which in relation to the channel start I merges with a funnel T which increases in size, that is to say in the direction of the storage space 6.
- the relevant U-leg 11 takes a diverging course with respect to the other U-leg 12, which forms a downward slide or ramp, this also offset in the vertical direction, i. H. higher than the U-leg 12.
- the U-leg 11 runs into a finger 14 which is oriented slightly rising on the narrow wall 13 of the cap-shaped housing outer part 2.
- the latter interacts with a downwardly directed toothed rack 15 which is seated on the vertically displaceable outer housing part 2 (cf. FIG. 5).
- the vibration plane lies in the plane of the vertical side wall 9 of the tablet feed channel K.
- the outer housing part 2 also forms a slide 17 controlling the output, which in the basic position closes the channel end II with a wall section.
- the closure of the slide drop opening 18 in the closed basic position shown in FIGS. 5 and 7 brings about a vertical wall section 20 of the basically frame-shaped housing inner part 3.
- the lower end of this wall section protrudes with a latching finger 21 into the window-shaped drop opening 18.
- the latter ensures the cohesion of the dispenser device consisting of two components and, on the other hand, defines the exact actuation stroke in that this latching finger 21 either lies in a blocking manner in front of the lower window edge of the outlet opening 18, or it strikes the corresponding horizontal window edge of the outlet opening 18 above it.
- the relevant limitation can of course also be the end edge 2 'of the outer housing part 2 pointing in the direction of the standing surface F. form.
- the corresponding, vertical cut-out of the wall 9 lies approximately in the central region of the funnel T.
- the vibration range of the tongue 22 is still great when the corresponding shaking or vibration movement of the part of the channel having the wall 9 has already subsided noticeably. There is even an overlap of vibrations in both parts.
- the donor's basic locking position (see drawing) is maintained under spring load.
- a leaf spring 23 rooting in the lower, base-like, horizontal leg of the frame-shaped housing inner part 3 is used, which in its upper end 24 comes into contact with a rib 26 extending from the narrow wall 25 on the right.
- the underside of this rib has a recess 27 for this end 24.
- the rib which is also connected to the cover of the cap-shaped outer part, projects so far into the area of the tablet feed channel that no output material can emerge between the cut-back area and the corresponding end face 26 ' , on the other hand, however, the space required for the oscillating movement is still available.
- this area is in the direction of the funnel T, i. H. designed sloping in the direction of the narrow opening 13 having the outlet opening 18.
- This slide section bears the reference numeral 7 'and is part of the housing base 7.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 9 is basically of the same structure.
- the reference numbers are, in part without any textual repetition, correspondingly transferred.
- a positive control is used to achieve the shaking / vibration movement of the tablet supply channel K there.
- This also happens here using the relative movement from the outer housing part to the inner housing part.
- this embodiment is based on a link control.
- the control pin of this link guide is designated 28; it starts from a wide wall 8 facing the lower edge of the bottom 7 and is of such a length that it is the pivoting plane of the tablet feed channel, ie. H. more precisely, the wall 9 forming it crosses, which wall 9 forms the associated link slot 29. Its effective length takes into account the underlying vertical stroke of the housing outer part 2.
- the basically zigzag-shaped curvatures are clearly shown in FIG. 7.
- this embodiment provides a different assignment in that the wall 9 forming the tablet feed channel K is connected to the housing inner part 3 via a hinge point 30.
- the free end region of the wall 9 forming the channel which points in the direction of the narrow side wall 25, is also cushioned by a leaf spring 31, this under Support of the spring force in the area of the slot / pin guide 28/29.
- the inner housing part 3 forms a bearing pin on an arm extending from the base-forming web, which is covered by a fork-shaped, open bearing eye 31 of the wall 9.
- the opening of the bearing eye 31 takes into account a smooth snap-lock assignment, specifically across the horizontal axis course.
- the articulation point 30 is located halfway up the channel end 11, again in the vicinity of the compartment finger 19 entering vertically at the bottom left, the free end of which tapers in both exemplary embodiments.
- the ceiling 4 is designed as a removable cap.
- the dispenser can therefore be refilled without pulling out the frame-like inner housing part 3.
- a cap In order to close the base which is left open at the bottom in the case of the object according to the first exemplary embodiment, as in the second exemplary embodiment, only a cap also needs to be attached there. This also gives a second actuation surface in the event that the dispenser is implemented as a bag pack. For this purpose, the dispenser only needs to be pushed into one another against the spring load using both ends of the housing and the outlet opening directed downward.

Description
- Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht hierzu,
- Fig. 3 die Draufsicht auf Fig. 1,
- Fig. 4 die Unteransicht der Fig. 1,
- Fig. 5 den Schnitt gemäß Linie V-V in Fig. 2,
- Fig. 6 den Schnitt gemäß Linie VI-VI in Fig. 5,
- Fig. 8 den Schnitt gemäß Linie VIII-VIII in Fig. 7 und
- Fig. 9 den Schnitt gemäß Linie IX-IX in Fig. 7.
Fig. 6 und 8).
Fig. 5).
