Die Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene der allgemeinen Formel (I), in welcher R?1, R2, R3, R4, R5¿ und Z die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung haben, sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Herbizide.

Die Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Herbizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß bestimmte substituierte Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene herbizide Eigenschaften aufweisen (vgl. JP-A-09301973 - zitiert in Chem. Abstracts 128:34781). Diese Verbindungen haben jedoch bisher keine besondere Bedeutung erlangt.
Es wurden nun die neuen substituierten Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene der allgemeinen Formel (I),

R für Cyano, Thiocarbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl oder Alkoxy steht,

In den Definitionen sind die Kohlenwasserstoffketten, wie Alkyl oder Alkandiyl - auch in Verbindung mit Heteroatomen, wie in Alkoxy - jeweils geradkettig oder verzweigt.
R1 steht bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Cyano, Fluor, Chlor oder Brom.
R2 steht bevorzugt für Cyano, Thiocarbamoyl, Fluor, Chlor, Brom, oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor und/oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl oder

R4 und R5 stehen am meisten bevorzugt für Waserstoff.
Die einzelnen Reste R6 und R7 - soweit sie mehr als einmal mit der gleichen heterocyclischen Gruppierung verbunden sind können-die gleiche oder verschiedene Bedeutungen im Rahmen der obigen als bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt oder ganz besonders bevorzugt angegebenen Definitionen haben.
Die oben aufgeführten allgemeinen oder in Vorzugsbereichen aufgeführten Restedefinitionen gelten sowohl für die Endprodukte der Formel (I) als auch entsprechend für die jeweils zur Herstellung benötigten Ausgangs- oder Zwischenprodukte. Diese Restedefinitionen können untereinander, also auch zwischen den angegebenen bevorzugten Bereichen beliebig kombiniert werden.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt sind diejenigen Verbindungen der Formel (I), bei welchen eine Kombination der vorstehend als bevorzugt aufgeführten Bedeutungen vorliegt.

Die neuen substituierten Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene der allgemeinen Formel (I) weisen interessante biologische Eigenschaften auf. Sie zeichnen sich insbesondere durch starke herbizide Wirksamkeit aus.
Man erhält die neuen substituierten Heterocyclyl-2H-chromene der allgemeinen Formel (I), wenn man 3-Alkinyloxy-phenylheterocyclen der allgemeinen Formel (II)
in welcher
R , R , R , R und Z die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben,
in Gegenwart von basischen Stickstoff erbindungen pyrolysiert.
Verwendet man beispielsweise 4-(3-Chlor-4-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-lH- 1,2,4- triazol-l-yl)-5-fluor-2-[(l-methyl-2-propinyl)-oxy]-benzonitril als Ausgangsstoff, so kann der Reaktionsablauf beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren durch das folgende Formelschema skizziert werden:
Die beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden 3-Alkinyloxy-phenyl- heterocyclen sind durch die Formel (II) allgemein definiert. In der allgemeinen Formel (II) haben R , R , R , R4 und Z vorzugsweise bzw. insbesondere diejenigen Bedeutungen, die bereits oben im Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) vorzugsweise bzw. als insbesondere bevorzugt für R1, R2, R3, R4 und Z angegeben worden sind.
Die Ausgangsstoffe der allgemeinen Formel (II) sind bekannt und/oder können nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden (vgl. EP-A-370332, EP-A-597360,
EP-A-599135, EP-A-610733, EP-A-617026, WO-A-96/18618, WO-A-97/30980, WO-A-97/26248, WO-A-97/40018, WO-A-97/46535, Herstellungsbeispiele).
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) wird unter Verwendung von basischen organischen Stickstoffverbindungen durchgeführt.
Hierzu gehören vorzugsweise Triethylamin, Tripropylamin, Tributylamin, Ethyl-di- isopropylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-cyclohexylamin, Dicyclohexylamin, Ethyl-dicyclo- hexylamin, N,N-Dimethyl-anilin, N,N-Diethyl-anilin, N,N-Dimethyl-benzylamin, Pyridin, 2-Methyl-, 3-Methyl-, 4-Methyl-, 2,4-Dimethyl-, 2,6-Dimethyl-, 3,4-Di- methyl- und 3,5-Dimethyl-pyridin, 5-Ethyl-2-methyl-pyridin, 4-Dimethylamino- pyridin, N-Methyl-piperidin, l,4-Diazabicyclo[2,2,2]-octan (DABCO), 1,5-Diaza- bicyclo[4,3,0]-non-5-en (DBN) und 1,8 Diazabicyclo[5,4,0]-undec-7-en (DBU).
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) wird gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von Metallfluoriden durchgeführt. Hierzu gehören vorzugsweise Lithium-, Natrium-, Kalium-, Rubidium-, Cäsium-, Magnesium-, Calcium-, Barium- und Aluminium-fluorid.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen 150°C und 250°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 180°C und 220°C.
Das erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden im allgemeinen unter Normaldruck durchgeführt. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, das erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren unter erhöhtem oder vermindertem Druck - im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 bar und 10 bar - durchzuführen.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens werden die Reaktions- komponenten im allgemeinen bei Raumtemperatur vermischt und die Reaktionsmischung wird im allgemeinen eine oder mehrere Stunden bei der erforderlichen Temperatur gerührt. Die Aufarbeitung wird nach üblichen Methoden durchgeführt (vgl. die Herstellungsbeispiele).
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können als Defoliants, Desiccants, Krautab- tötungsmittel und insbesondere als Unkrautvernichtungsmittel verwendet werden.
Unter Unkraut im weitesten Sinne sind alle Pflanzen zu verstehen, die an Orten aufwachsen, wo sie unerwünscht sind. Ob die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe als totale oder selektive Herbizide wirken, hängt im wesentlichen von der angewendeten Menge ab.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können z.B. bei den folgenden Pflanzen verwendet werden:

Die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe ist jedoch keineswegs auf diese Gattungen beschränkt, sondern erstreckt sich in gleicher Weise auch auf andere Pflanzen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe eignen sich in Abhängigkeit von der Konzentration zur Totalunkrautbekämpfung, z.B. auf Industrie- und Gleisanlagen und auf Wegen und Plätzen mit und ohne Baumbewuchs. Ebenso können die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe zur Unkrautbekämpfung in Dauerkulturen, z.B. Forst, Ziergehölz-, Obst-, Wein-, Citrus-, Nuß-, Bananen-, Kaffee-, Tee-, Gummi-, Ölpalm-, Kakao-, Beerenfrucht- und Hopfenanlagen, auf Zier- und Sportrasen und Weide- flächen sowie zur selektiven Unkrautbekämpfung in einjährigen Kulturen eingesetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der Formel (I) zeigen starke herbizide Wirk- samkeit und ein breites Wirkungsspektrum bei Anwendung auf dem Boden und auf oberirdische Pflanzenteile. Sie eignen sich in gewissem Umfang auch zur selektiven Bekämpfung von monokotylen und dikotylen Unkräutern in monokotylen und di- kotylen Kulturen, sowohl im Vorauflauf- als auch im Nachauflauf- Verfahren.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in bestimmten Konzentrationen bzw.
Aufwandmengen auch zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen und pilzlichen oder bakteriellen Pflanzenkrankheiten verwendet werden. Sie lassen sich gegebenenfalls auch als Zwischen- oder Vorprodukte für die Synthese weiterer Wirkstoffe einsetzen.
Erfindungsgemäß können alle Pflanzen und Pflanzenteile behandelt werden. Unter Pflanzen werden hierbei alle Pflanzen und Pflanzenpopulationen verstanden, wie erwünschte und unerwünschte Wildpflanzen oder Kulturpflanzen (einschließlich natürlich vorkommender Kulturpflanzen). Kulturpflanzen können Pflanzen sein, die durch konventionelle Züchtungs- und Optimierungsmethoden oder durch biotechnologische und gentechnologische Methoden oder Kombinationen dieser Methoden
erhalten werden können, einschließlich der transgenen Pflanzen und einschließlich der durch Sortenschutzrechte schützbaren oder nicht schützbaren Pflanzensorten. Unter Pflanzenteilen sollen alle oberirdischen und unterirdischen Teile und Organe der Pflanzen, wie Sproß, Blatt, Blüte und Wurzel verstanden werden, wobei beispielhaft Blätter, Nadeln, Stengel, Stämme, Blüten, Fruchtkörper, Früchte und
Samen sowie Wurzeln, Knollen und Rhizome aufgeführt werden. Zu den Pflanzenteilen gehört auch Erntegut sowie vegetatives und generatives Vermehrungsmaterial, beispielsweise Stecklinge, Knollen, Rhizome, Ableger und Samen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Behandlung der Pflanzen und Pflanzenteile mit den Wirkstoffen erfolgt direkt oder durch Einwirkung auf deren Umgebung, Lebensraum oder Lagerraum nach den üblichen Behandlungsmethoden, z.B. durch Tauchen, Sprühen, Verdampfen, Vernebeln, Streuen, Aufstreichen und bei Vermehrungsmaterial, insbesondere bei Samen, weiterhin durch ein- oder mehrschichtiges Umhüllen.
Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäubemittel, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Suspensions-Emulsions-Konzentrate, Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe sowie Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln.
Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische
Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkyl- naphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten und chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie
Chlorbenzole, Chlorethylene oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, mineralische und pflanzliche Öle, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glykol sowie deren Ether und Ester, Ketone wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methyhsobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser.
Als feste Trägerstoffe kommen in Frage: z.B. Ammoniumsalze und natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Mont- morillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate, als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate kommen in Frage: z.B. gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Calcit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehl, Kokosnußschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengeln; als Emulgier- und/oder schaum- erzeugende Mittel kommen in Frage: z.B. nichtionogene und anionische Emul- gatoren, wie Polyoxyethylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyethylen-Fettalkohol-Ether, z.B. Alkylarylpolyglykolether, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweiß- hydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel kommen in Frage: z.B. Lignin-Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulvrige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat, sowie natürliche Phospho- lipide, wie Kephaline und Lecithine und synthetische Phospholipide. Weitere Additive können mineralische und vegetabile Öle sein.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferro- cyanblau und organische Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo- und Metallphthalocyanin- farbstoffe und Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können als solche oder in ihren Formulierungen auch in Mischung mit bekannten Herbiziden und/oder mit Stoffen, welche die Kulturpflanzen- Verträglichkeit verbessern („Safenem") zur Unkrautbekämpfung verwendet werden, wobei Fertigformulierungen oder Tankmischungen möglich sind. Es sind also auch Mischungen mit Unkrautbekämpfungsmitteln möglich, welche ein oder mehrere bekannte Herbizide und einen Safener enthalten.

Auch eine Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen, wie Fungiziden, Insektiziden, Akariziden, Nematiziden, Schutzstoffen gegen Vogelfraß, Pflanzennährstoffen und Bodenstrukturverbesserungsmitteln ist möglich.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder den daraus durch weiteres Verdünnen bereiteten Anwendungs formen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, Suspensionen, Emulsionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate angewandt
werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Gießen, Spritzen, Sprühen, Streuen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können sowohl vor als auch nach dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen appliziert werden. Sie können auch vor der Saat in den Boden eingearbeitet werden.
Die angewandte Wirkstoffmenge kann in einem größeren Bereich schwanken. Sie hängt im wesentlichen von der Art des gewünschten Effektes ab. Im allgemeinen liegen die Aufwandmengen zwischen 1 g und 10 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar Bodenfläche, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 g und 5 kg pro ha.
Die Herstellung und die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe geht aus den nachfolgenden Beispielen hervor.
Herstellungsbeispiele;
Beispiel 1
Eine Mischung aus 0,5 g (1,3 mMol) 3-[2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-(but-l-in-3-yl-oxy)- phenyl]-l-amino-6-trifluormethyl-(lH,3H)-pyrimidin-2,4-dion und 15 ml N,N-Di- ethyl-anilin wird 2 Stunden bei 210°C gerührt und nach Erkalten mit Wasser verrührt. Das ausgefallenes Produkt wird durch Absaugen isoliert. Das Filtrat wird mit Essigsäureethylester geschüttelt, die organische Phase über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und filtriert. Das Filtrat wird im Wasserstrahlvakuum eingeengt. Der Rückstand und der durch Absaugen isolierte Feststoff werden vereinigt und durch Säulenchromato- grafie über Kieselgel mit Cyclohexan / Essigsäureethylester (Vol.: 3:1) gereinigt.
Man erhält 0,20 g (40 % der Theorie) l-A_mino-6-trifluormethyl-3-(6-fluor-8-cyano- 2-methyl-chromen-3-yl)-(lH,3H)-pyrimidin-2,4-dion.
1H-NMR(DMSO-d6): 7,80; 7,83 (d 1H).
Beispiel 2
Eine Mischung aus 0,85 g (2,3 mMol) l-[2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-(but-l-in-3-yl-oxy)- phenyl]-4-methyl-3-trifluormethyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-l,2,4-triazol-5-thion und 12 ml
N,N-Diethyl-anilin wird 2 Stunden bei 210°C gerührt, nach Erkalten auf Eiswasser gegeben und mit konz. Salzsäure sauer gestellt (pH 2). Das ausgefallene Produkt wird durch Absaugen isoliert, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.
Man erhält 0,84 g (98 % der Theorie) l-(8-Cyano-6-fluor-2-methyl-chromen-3-yl)-4- methyl-3-trifluormethyl-l,2,4(lH,4H)-triazol-5-thion vom Schmelzpunkt 144°C (logP: 3,37).
Analog zu den Beispielen 1 und 2 sowie entsprechend der allgemeinen Beschreibung des erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahrens können beispielsweise auch die in der nachstehenden Tabelle 1 aufgeführten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) hergestellt werden.

Die Bestimmung der in Tabelle 1 angegebenen logP-Werte erfolgte gemäß EEC- Directive 79/831 Annex V.A8 durch HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromato- graphy) an einer Phasenumkehrsäule (C 18). Temperatur: 43°C.
(a) Eluenten für die Bestimmung im sauren Bereich: 0,1 % wässrige Phosphorsäure, Acetonitril; linearer Gradient von 10% Acetonitril bis 90% Acetonitril - entsprechende Messergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 mit a) markiert.
(b) Eluenten für die Bestimmung im neutralen Bereich: 0,01 -molare wässrige
Phosphatpuffer-Lösung, Acetonitril; linearer Gradient von 10% Acetonitril bis 90% Acetonitril - entsprechende Messergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 mit D) markiert.
Die Eichung erfolgte mit unverzweigten Alkan-2-onen (mit 3 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen), deren logP- Werte bekannt sind (Bestimmung der logP-Werte anhand der Retentionszeiten durch lineare Inteφolation zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Alkanonen).
Die lambda-max-Werte wurden an Hand der UV-Spektren von 200 nm bis 400 nm in den Maxima der chromatographischen Signale ermittelt.
Ausgangsstoffe der Formel (TO:
Beispiel (11-1)
Stufe 1
Eine Mischung aus 8,0 g (50 mMol) 4-Cyano-2-fluor-5-methoxy-anilin, 7,4 g (50 mMol) Phthalsäureanhydrid und 150 ml Methanol wird 2 Tage unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Anschließend werden 0,8 g 4-Dimethylamino-pyridin dazu gegeben und die Mischung wird weitere 24 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Dann wird eingeengt, der Rückstand mit Wasser und Essigsäureethylester versetzt, das ausgefallene Produkt durch Absaugen isoliert und mit Wasser gewaschen.
Man erhält 11,2 g (76 % der Theorie) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-methoxy-phenyl)- phthalimid vom Schmelzpunkt 245°C (logP: 2,51).
Stufe 2
10,6 g (35,8 mMol) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-methoxy-phenyl)-phthalimid werden in 300 ml Dichlormethan vorgelegt und bei 10°C bis 20°C werden 107 ml (107 mMol) Bortribromid (1 molare Lsg. in Dichlormethan) tropfenweise dazu gegeben. Die
Mischung wird 2 Tage bei 25°C gerührt, dann mit Wasser versetzt, 10 Minuten nachgerührt und das feste Produkt durch Absaugen isoliert.
Man erhält 9,2 g (91 % der Theorie) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-hydroxy-phenyl)-phthal- imid vom Schmelzpunkt 247°C (logP: 2,04).
Stufe 3
Eine Mischung aus 3,0 g (10,6 mMol) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-hydroxy-phenyl)- phthalimid, 100 ml Acetonitril, 1,91 g (13,8 mMol) Kahumcarbonat und 1,39 g
(11,7 mMol) Propargylbromid wird 18 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Anschließend wird eingeengt, der Rückstand mit Essigsäureethylester und 2N-Salzsäure versetzt, und das ausgefallene Produkt durch Absaugen isoliert.
Man erhält 1,8 g (52,9 % der Theorie) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-propargyloxy-phenyl)- phthalimid vom Schmelzpunkt 242°C.
Beispiel (II-2)
1,0 g (3,55 mMol) N-(2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-hydroxy-phenyl)-phthalimid werden in
40 ml Tetrahydrofuran mit 1,02 g (3,9 mMol) Triphenylphosphin und 0,30 g (4,26 mMol) 3-Butin-2-ol vorgelegt und unter Eiskühlung (max 20°C) 0,70g (3,9 mMol) Azodicarbonsäure-diethylester (gelöst in 20 ml Tetrahydrofuran) dazu
gegeben. Die Mischung wird 24 Stunden bei 25 °C gerührt, eingeengt und über Kieselgel mit Cyclohexan Essigsäureethylester 2:1 gereinigt.
Man erhält 0,35 g (29 % der Theorie) N-[2-Fluor-4-cyano-5-(but-l-in-3-yl)-oxy- phenylj-phthalimid vom Schmelzpunkt 170°C (logP: 2,92).

Beispiel A
Pre-emergence-Test
Lösungsmittel: 5 Gewichtsteile Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Samen der Testpflanzen werden in normalen Boden ausgesät. Nach 24 Stunden wird der Boden so mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht, daß die jeweils gewünschte Wirkstoffmenge pro Flächeneinheit ausgebracht wird. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in der Spritzbrühe wird so gewählt, daß in 1000 Liter Wasser pro Hektar die jeweils gewünschte Wirkstoffmenge ausgebracht wird.
Nach drei Wochen wird der Schädigungsgrad der Pflanzen bonitiert in % Schädigung im Vergleich zur Entwicklung der unbehandelten Kontrolle. Es bedeuten:
0 % = keine Wirkung (wie unbehandelte Kontrolle) 100 %o = totale Vernichtung
In diesem Test zeigen beispielsweise die Verbindungen gemäß Herstellungsbeispiel 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 13 und 16 bei teilweise guter Verträglichkeit gegenüber Kulturpflanzen, wie z.B. Mais, Soja und Zuckerrüben, sehr starke Wirkung gegen Un- kräuter.
Beispiel B
Post-emergence-Test
Lösungsmittel: 5 Gewichtsteile Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung spritzt man Testpflanzen, welche eine Höhe von 5 - 15 cm haben so, daß die jeweils gewünschten Wirkstoffmengen pro Flächeneinheit ausgebracht werden. Die Konzentration der Spritzbrühe wird so gewählt, daß in
1000 1 Wasser/ha die jeweils gewünschten Wirkstoffmengen ausgebracht werden.
Nach drei Wochen wird der Schädigungsgrad der Pflanzen bonitiert in % Schädigung im Vergleich zur Entwicklung der unbehandelten Kontrolle.
Es bedeuten:
0 % = keine Wirkung (wie unbehandelte Kontrolle) 100 %o = totale Vernichtung
In diesem Test zeigen beispielsweise die Verbindungen gemäß Herstellungsbeispiel 2, 3, 5, 10, 11, 13 und 16 bei teilweise guter Verträglichkeit gegenüber Kulturpflanzen, wie z.B. Weizen, sehr starke Wirkung gegen Unkräuter.

R für Wasserstoff, Fluor, Chlor, Brom, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor, Chlor, Methoxy oder Ethoxy substituiertes Methyl, Ethyl, n- oder i-Propyl, Methoxy, Ethoxy, n- oder i-Propoxy, Methylamino, Ethylamino, n- oder i-Propylamino, für Dimethylamino, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Cyano, Fluor, Chlor oder Brom substituiertes Propenyl, Butenyl, Propinyl, Butinyl, Propenyloxy, Butenyloxy, Propinyloxy, Butinyloxy, Propenylthio, Butenylthio, Propinylthio oder Butinylthio steht, und
R7 für Wasserstoff, für Amino, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor, Chlor, Methoxy oder Ethoxy substituiertes Methyl, Ethyl, n- oder i- Propyl, oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Cyano, Fluor oder Chlor substituiertes Propenyl, Butenyl, Propinyl oder Butinyl steht,
wobei gegebenenfalls zwei benachbarte Reste - R6 und R6, R7 und R7 oder R6 und R - zusammen für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor oder Chlor substituiertes und/oder gegebenenfalls durch O (Sauer- stoff), S (Schwefel) oder eine Gruppierung aus der Reihe -SO-, -SO2-, -NH- oder -N(Methyl)- am Anfang (bzw. am Ende) oder innerhalb der Kohlenwasserstoffkette unterbrochenes Propan-l,3-diyl (Trimethy- len), Butan- 1,4-diyl (Tetramethylen), Pentan-l,5-diyl (Pentamethy- len), Propen- 1,3-diyl, 1 -Buten- 1,4-diyl oder 2-Buten- 1,4-diyl stehen.
Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verbindungen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
3-Alkinyloxy-phenylheterocyclen der allgemeinen Formel (II)
in welcher
R1, R2, R3, R4 und Z die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebene Bedeutung haben,
in Gegenwart von basischen Stickstoffverbindungen pyrolysiert werden.
Verfahren zum Bekämpfen von unerwünschtem Pflanzenwuchs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man mindestens eine Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 auf unerwünschte Pflanzen und oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
Verwendung von mindestens einer Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zum Bekämpfen von unerwünschten Pflanzen. Herbizides Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einer Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und üblichen Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln.
