Claims (9)

  1. Spinnvorrichtung mit einem Streckwerk (D), das ein Faserbündel (1a, 1b) streckt, einem Spinnelement (P), das auf der stromabwärtigen Seite des Streckwerks (D) angeordnet ist, und einer Spuleinheit (W), die einen Spinnfaden (Y) spult, der von dem Spinnelement (P) hergestellt wird, wobei das Spinnelement aus mehreren Fadenerzeugungseinheiten (Ua, Ub) besteht, und eine Führung (8) für einen dublierten Faden zwischen dem Spinnelement (P) und der Spuleinheit (W) angeordnet ist, und einzelne Fäden (Ya, Yb), die von mehreren Fadenerzeugungseinheiten (U) hergestellt werden, in der Führung (8) für den dublierten Faden zusammengeführt und zu einer Auflaufspule (12) als dublierter Faden (Y) der Spuleinheit (W) gespult werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jede Fadenerzeugungseinheit (Ua, Ub) einen hohlen Führungsschaft (28) mit einem vorderen Abschnitt (29), einem sich in seiner Länge erstreckenden Fadenkanal (32) und einer Spinnkammer (20) hat, wobei der hohle Führungsschaft (28) und die Spinnkammer (20) aus getrennten Teilen gebildet sind und der hohle Führungsschaft (28) stromabwärts der Spinnkammer (20) mit dem vorderen Abschnitt (29) sich in die Spinnkammer (20) erstreckend angeordnet ist, und eine Lufteinblasdüse (21), die einen Drehluftstrom in der Spinnkammer (20) am vorderen Abschnitt (29) des hohlen Führungsschafts (28) erzeugt, so dass der hintere Endabschnitt der Fasern, die sich im Faserbündel (1a, 1b) befinden, um den vorderen Abschnitt (29) des hohlen Führungsschafts (28) durch die Wirkung des Drehluftstroms gewickelt werden, wodurch ein Echtdraht-ähnlicher einzelner Spinnfaden (Ya, Yb) erzeugt wird.
  2. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der jede Fadenerzeugungseinheit (Ua, Ub) eine Saugkrafterzeugungseinrichtung (30, 33) hat, die jeweils aus einem Fadenkanaleinlass zu einem Fadenauslass (28') des hohlen Führungsschafts (28) eine Saugkraft erzeugt, und der Spinnfaden aus jeder Fadenerzeugungseinheit (Ua, Ub) durch den Betrieb mehrerer Lufteinblasdüsen (21) und der Saugkrafterzeugungseinrichtung (30, 33) beim Fadenanspinnen am Beginn des Spinnvorgangs abgegeben wird, und eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die durch Anhalten des Betriebs der Saugkrafterzeugungseinrichtung (30, 33) auf den normalen Spinnvorgang umschaltet und den Betrieb der Lufteinblasdüsen (21) am Ende des Fadenanspinnens aufrechterhält.
  3. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Saugkrafterzeugungseinrichtung (30, 33) einen inneren Luftkanal (30) hat, der außerhalb des Fadenkanals (32) im hohlen Führungsschaft (28) gebildet ist, sowie eine Zusatzdüse (33), die den inneren Luftkanal (30) und den Fadenkanal (32) verbindet und Druckluft aus dem inneren Luftkanal in den Fadenkanal durch die Zusatzdüse einbläst.
  4. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei der der Einblasdruck der Lufteinblasdüse (21) umgeschaltet werden kann, und die Steuervorrichtung den Einblasdruck der Lufteinblasdüse während einer bestimmten Zeitperiode vom Beginn des Fadenanspinnens an niedrig hält.
  5. Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 mit einer Fadenverbindungseinrichtung (81), einer Führung (82) für das spinnseitige Fadenende, die das aus der Fadenerzeugungseinheit (P) durch das Fadenanspinnen an die Fadenverbindungseinrichtung (81) abgegebene spinnseitige Fadenende führt, und einer Führung (84) für das spulseitige Fadenende, die das spulseitige Fadenende, das von der Auflaufspule (12) an die Fadenverbindungseinrichtung (81) abgespulte Fadenende führt, wobei der Fadenverbindungsvorgang des spinnseitigen Fadenendes und des spulseitigen Fadenendes durch die Führung für das spinnseitige Fadenende und die Führung für das spulseitige Fadenende in einem Fadenverbindungsvorgang durchgeführt wird, und während des Fadenverbindungsvorgangs der Spinnfaden, der durch das Fadenanspinnen erzeugt wird, vollständig beseitigt wird, und der Spinnfaden nach dem Umschalten auf den normalen Spinnvorgang verbunden wird.
  6. Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit mehreren hohlen Führungsschaftabschnitten und mehreren Spinndüsenabschnitten, wobei die hohlen Führungsschaftabschnitte die Spinndüsenabschnitte durch eine gemeinsame Antriebseinrichtung (60) kontaktieren können oder nicht, und eine Führung (8) für einen dublierten Faden zwischen dem Spinnelement (P) und der Spuleinheit (W) angeordnet ist.
  7. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 mit einer Abschirmung, die die Spinnkammer (20) in jeder Fadenerzeugungseinheit (Ua, Ub) abschirmt, um zu verhindern, dass sich die Drehluftströme jeder Spinnkammer (20) beim Spinnvorgang gegenseitig stören.
  8. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7 mit einem ersten Arm (24) zum Installieren der Spinndüsenabschnitte, der Einsetzöffnungen entsprechend jedem Spinndüsenabschnitt aufweist, und mit einem zweiten Arm (44) zum Installieren von Installationsblöcken (37), der den ersten Arm frei kontaktiert, wobei der hohle Führungsschaft (28) jeweils in mehreren Installationsblöcken angeordnet ist, und ein Teil der mehreren Installationsblöcke, die im zweiten Arm installiert sind, in die mehreren Einsetzöffnungen eingesetzt ist, die im ersten Arm ausgebildet sind, um jeweils jeden hohlen Führungsschaft relativ zu jeder Lufteinblasdüse zu positionieren.
  9. Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der jeder Installationsblock (37) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (39) hat und am zweiten Arm (44) durch einen elastischen Körper (51) gelagert ist, um den kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (39) gesondert frei einzustellen.
