Claims (8)
- Falzapparat mit einem ersten Zylinder (3) und einem zweiten Zylinder (6) und mit einer Führungseinrichtung (12) zum Führen wenigstens eines nachlaufenden Endes eines Produktes, wobei das Produkt von dem ersten Zylinder (3) an den zweiten Zylinder (6) übergeben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (12) bewegbar und/oder verformbar ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zylinder ein Übertragungszylinder (3) und der zweite Zylinder ein Falzzylinder (6) ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (12) mindestens eine flexible Platte oder einen flexiblen Streifen umfasst, wobei die Platte oder der Streifen an zwei sich parallel zu einer Achse des Übertragungszylinders (3) erstreckenden Spangen (13, 14) aufgenommen ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Spangen (13, 14) zur Veränderung der Form der flexiblen Platte oder des flexiblen Streifens durch Biegen der Platte oder des Streifens in Folge einer Drehung von wenigstens einer der Spangen (13, 14) um eine parallel zur Achse des Übertragungszylinders (3) verlaufende Achse, drehbar angeordnet ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (12) durch wenigstens einen endlosen Riemen (15) gebildet wird, der in der Weise angeordnet ist, dass er um eine Vielzahl von Führungsrollen (16) umläuft und eine dynamisch bewegbare Falz-Führungsoberfläche bildet, wobei sich die Falz-Führungsoberfläche in der Nähe des zweiten Zylinders (6) mit einer Geschwindigkeit bewegt, die im Wesentlichen der Geschwindigkeit der Peripherie des zweiten Zylinders (6) entspricht. - Falzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzzylinder (6) ein Falzklappenzylinder ist, der zumindest eine Falzklappe (8, 9) zum Falzen der Signatur aufweist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungszylinder (3) ein Punkturzylinder oder ein Greiferzylinder ist, der wenigstens ein Falzmesser (7) zum Hineinstoßen der Signatur in die Falzklappe (8, 9) des Falzklappenzylinders an der Falzposition umfasst. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (12) ein eine Steuerkurve aufweisender rotierender Körper, z. B. ein Zylinder, ist, der mit wenigstens einer Erhebeung oder Auswölbung versehen ist und sich synchron mit den durch den Spalt transportierten Signaturen dreht.
