Ein Falzapparat mit einem ersten Zylinder (3) und einem zweiten Zylinder (6) und mit einer Führungseinrichtung (12) zum Führen wenigstens eines nachlaufenden Endes eines Produktes, wobei das Produkt von dem ersten Zylinder (3) an den zweiten Zylinder (6) übergeben wird, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Führungseinrichtung (12) bewegbar und/oder verformbar ist.
