Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2) insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1 bis 2.4) gelagerte Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1) wenigstens ein weiteres Förderelement (3.2) anschliesst. - Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2) insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1 bis 2.4) gelagerte Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1 und/oder 3.2) um einen Winkel (α) und/oder einen Winkel (β) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2) insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1 bis 2.4) gelagerte Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1) und/oder Förderelement (3.2) aus einer Ebene E1 herausbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) neben wenigstens einer zweiten Förderleiste (4.7 bis 4.12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.2) in einer Ebene (E1) benachbart zum Förderelement (3.2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2), insbesondere der zumindest einen Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.12) zumindest ein Element (5) mit wählbaren Durchlassöffnungen (6) auswechselbar zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beschickung oder Materialaufgabe oberhalb des Förderelementes (3.1), insbesondere oberhalb der Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) ein Transportband (18) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Förderelementes (3.1 und/oder 3.2) eine Fördereinrichtung (19) zum Austrag einer gesiebten Fraktion vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1) wenigstens ein weiteres Förderelement (3.2) und ggf. an dieses zumindest ein weiteres Förderelement anschliesst, wobei ein Endbereich (21) des Förderelementes (3.1) einen Anfangsbereich (22) des daneben angeordneten Förderelementes (3.2) überlappt und ein Absatz (A) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (3.1) und/oder Förderelement (3.2) um einen Winkel (α) und/oder Winkel (β) aus einer Ebene (E1) herausschwenkbar ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderelemente (3.1) und/oder Förderelemente (3.2) sowie deren Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) und (4.7 bis 4.12) um die Kurbelwelle (2.1) und/oder die Kurbelwelle (2.2) verschwenkbar, insbesondere bewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Förderelemente (3.1) und die Förderelemente (3.2), insbesondere deren Kurbelwelle (2.1) und/oder Kurbelwelle (2.2) in einen Führungsschlitz (23) manuell und/oder automatisch bewegbar gelagert sind, wobei ein einen Winkel (α) und/oder Winkel (β) zur Ebene (E1) beliebig einstellbar ist.
