Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2) insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1 bis 2.4) gelagerte Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1) über zumindest einem weiteren Förderelement (3.2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) über wenigstens einer zweiten Förderleiste (4.7 bis 4.12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement (3.1) und/oder (3.2), insbesondere die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) und/oder (4.7 bis 4.12) zumindest einen Absatz (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (3.1) und/oder das Förderelement (3.2), insbesondere die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) und/oder (4.7 bis 4.12) zumindest einen überlappenden, insbesondere übergreifenden Absatz (13), insbesondere Überhang (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Förderelement (3.1, 3.2), insbesondere der zumindest einen Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.12) zumindest ein Element (5) mit wählbaren Durchlassöffnungen (6) auswechselbar zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Teil (10.1) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) einen zweiten Teil (10.2) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) überlappt, wobei der erste Teil (10.1) beabstandet zu dem zweiten Teil (10.2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Teil (10.1, 10.2) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) ein etwa lotrecht ausgebildeter Steg (12) zur Bildung des Absatzes (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderleisten (6.1 bis 6.6) parallel und nebeneinander angeordnet sind und über die Kurbelwellen (2.1, 2.2) antreibbar sind, wobei die Förderleisten (4.7 bis 4.12) über die Kurbelwellen (2.3, 2.4) nebeneinanderliegend und unterhalb der Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) gelagert angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelwellen (2.1, 2.2) in etwa über den Kurbelwellen (2.3, 2.4) angeordnet sind, wobei diese gemeinsam gekoppelt oder separat antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beschickung oder Materialaufgabe oberhalb des Förderelementes (3.1), insbesondere oberhalb der Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) ein Transportband (18) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils einends im Bereich der Kurbelwellen (2.1, 2.3) an die jeweiligen Förderelemente (3.1, 3.2) Förderbänder (14.1, 14.2) und anderenends im Bereich der Kurbelwellen (2.2, 2.4) an die Förderelemente (3.1, 3.2) Bänder (20.1, 20.2) zum Abtransport der separierten Fraktionen anschliessen.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Förderelementes (3.2) eine Fördereinrichtung (19) zum Austrag einer gesiebten Feinfraktion vorgesehen ist.
