Definitions
- the invention relates to a drum sieve system for separating material to be sieved into at least two factions.
- Drum sieves for example for separating compost into a large proportion and serving multiple fines are well known. Usually it is such drum sieve systems are large, stationary units. These stationary units are designed for permanent operation. It However, it is often necessary for the operator to use drum screen systems on various Bring places to use in order to use them economically reasonable to be able to.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a drum screen system for separating To create screenings in at least two fractions, although as a stationary system can be assembled, but can be easily assembled, disassembled and transported is.
- a generic Drum sieve system is built up modularly from units, which are the dimensions more common Do not exceed containers.
- the drum screen system at least from a sieve drum module with at least one rotating drivable drum screen in which a screw conveyor for transporting the material to be screened is arranged and a discharge module releasably connectable to this with a discharge device for the fine fraction and a discharge device for the coarse fraction as well as a central drive unit.
- Both the screen drum module as well as the discharge module are as separately transportable container modules trained and can be picked up by a truck after disassembly and be transported.
- the discharge device for the fine fraction from below of the sieve drum module arranged conveyor belt that transported the Fine fraction on a discharge conveyor belt connected to the outside of the discharge module can promote.
- a conveyor belt for discharging the coarse fraction can be attached to the discharge module connect that through the screw from inside the sieve drum the end of which can collect and discharge the emerging coarse fraction.
- the discharge conveyor belts for the coarse fraction and / or the fine fraction are preferred designed foldable. This ensures that they are Transport to the container modules, the sieve drum module or the discharge module record, are foldable.
- the discharge module a feed module can be integrated, which consists of a funnel-shaped filling chamber there is a moving floor at the bottom for transporting the filled Screening material is arranged.
- This can be screened via the funnel-shaped filling chamber To be given up well and by means of several to each other in stages Slidable slats of the existing moving floor can be used for screening Input area of the drum screen can be transported.
- the feed module with the funnel-shaped feed area and the moving floor for transporting the entered screenings in a container be arranged.
- the push floor is used to transport the screened material to a subsequent discharge conveyor belt, which the screenings then in the adjacent drum screen module to the entrance area of the drum screen promotes.
- the discharge conveyor belt of this feed module can also be designed to be foldable, so that this too for transport on the container is present.
- Another embodiment relates to a screen drum system with two screen areas, which have different screen hole sizes for two fine fractions.
- the respective modules contain Containers on their outer wall eyelets for picking up towing hooks and rolling up in their floor area.
- FIG. 1a shows a drum screen system 10 in an embodiment variant according to FIG present invention shown. It consists of a screen drum module 12 and a discharge module 14, which is connected to a functional drum screen system are. As shown in FIG. 1, both the sieve drum module 12 as well as the discharge module 14 are designed as transportable container units. The respective dimensions of the containers are supported by frame structures 16, 18 formed. In the frame structure 18 of the screen drum module 12 is a drum screen 20 driven by a drive unit, not shown here. Inside the drum screen 20 is a screw conveyor, not shown here arranged over which the material to be screened along the drum screen 20 is eligible.
- Conveyor belts 22 and 24 are in the discharge module 14 below the screening drum 20 arranged, the sifted fines to a discharge conveyor 26 for the Transport fine material, which can be found in detail in FIG. 1b. That through the screw was transported along the drum screen 20 and not screened out Coarse material, on the other hand, is transported on the discharge conveyor belt 28, the one End of the drum screen is arranged.
- FIG. 1c shows a top view from the front, which shows in particular the position of the Conveyor belt 24 and the discharge conveyor belt 26 and the screening drum 20 in the frameworks 16 and 18 clarified.
- the drive units which can be conventional shown more.
- the discharge module 14 and the sieve drum module 12 are shown in FIG. 1d shown in a detached position.
- FIG. 2 shows a separate feed module 30 that is in a container is arranged with frame 32.
- a Feed hopper 34 suspended, which has a moving floor 36. Closes on the side a discharge conveyor belt 38 which runs obliquely upwards.
- the walking floor has, in particular, indicated in FIG. 2b, shifting against each other Slats on.
- the material filled in the funnel 34 is directed in the direction transported to the discharge conveyor 38.
- Such moving floors are in the prior art Technology known, so that the description of the structure of such Moving floor can be dispensed with at this point.
- FIG. 2a there is a receiving frame on one side 40 arranged, for example, a hook of a corresponding hydraulic Load handling device of the wheel loader can intervene.
- the broken lines also show like the foldable discharge conveyor for transport to the Task module is foldable.
- Figure 2c is a schematic front view of the Played device reproduced.
- FIG. 3 essentially corresponds to that according to FIG Figure 1.
- the sieve drum area is shorter, because on the Discharge module 14 a feed module 50 is integrated on one side.
- This task module which is shown here as an integrated component, in turn consists of a feed hopper 52 and a moving floor 54. By means of the moving floor 54 however, the filled material is conveyed directly into the drum screen 20.
- dashed lines Line is shown in Figures 3a and 3b that the Discharge conveyor belts 26 and 28 after swiveling accordingly in the direction of the arrow A and B in the respective dashed position according to Figures 3a and 3b are pivotable.
- the discharge module 14 shown in FIG. 3a schematically indicates the arrangement of a motor 56.
- FIG. 3c shows a frontal view and FIG. 3d shows a top view of the drum screen system.
- modules 14 and 16 are shown drawn apart. Module 14 is here the task area 50 is not shown for the sake of simplicity.
- FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment variant within the scope of the present Invention.
- the structure corresponds essentially to that shown here Drum screen system 10 of the structure as shown in Figure 1 is.
- the screening drum 20 is divided into two areas 60 and 62, which have a different screen hole size.
- the area 60 that is closer to The input area for the screenings to be separated is smaller in the screen hole size than the region 62 which, as shown in FIG. 4a, is correspondingly longer is.
- Below the areas 60 and 62 of the drum screen 20 are conveyor belts 22, 23, 24 and 25 are arranged for the further transport of the respectively screened fine fraction serve for the discharge conveyor belts 26 and 27 (see FIG. 4b).
- the coarse fraction is also conveyed to the discharge conveyor belt 28 in this embodiment (by the screw, not shown here, inside the drum screen 20). Due to the different screen areas 60 and 62 of the drum screen 20 can two fine fractions with different grain sizes are screened.
- FIG. 3c shows a front view, while again schematically in FIG. 3d the modules 14 and 16 are shown in a separate position.
- Iron magnetic separator can be arranged in the discharge module in the area of the conveyor belts 22, 23, 24 or 25 Iron magnetic separator can be arranged.
- the arrangement of the discharge conveyor belts is partially done laterally in the aforementioned embodiment. This arrangement can vary as desired.
