- einen Querschnitt eines Bausatzes aus einer Rillenschiene und zwei an die unterschiedlichen Schienenkammern dieser Rillenschiene angepaßten erfindungsgemäßen Dämpfungsprofilen, die eine etwa C-förmige Querschnittsform haben und zur Auskleidung der Schienenkammern geeignet sind,

- einen Querschnitt der Rillenschiene und der ihre Schienenkammern auskleidenden Dämpfungsprofile in zusammengefügter Anordnung, sowie

- die Rillenschiene mit den erfindungsgemäßen Dämpfungsprofilen im eingebauten Zustand nach dem Anbringen von der Schiene jeweils benachbarten Straßenaufbauten, die bis in die von den Dämpfungsprofilen jeweils ausgekleideten Schienenkammern reichen, wobei die Dämpfungsprofile dennoch eine vertikale Ausweichbewegung der Schienen erlauben.
Claims (11)
- Dämpfungsprofil (1,2) für Rillenschienen (5), vorzugsweise für elastisch gelagerte Straßenbahnschienen, welches Dämpfungsprofil (1,2) in Gebrauchsstellung an der Unterseite (6,7) des Schienenkopfes (8) in der Schienenkammer (3,4) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungsprofil (1,2) in Gebrauchsstellung die Schienenkammer (3,4) nur teilweise ausfüllt und nach der von dem Schienensteg (11) abgewandten Seite offen läßt und daß der an der Unterseite (6,7) des Schienenkopfes (8) anbringbare oder befindliche Bereich (12) des Dämpfungsprofiles gegen den Schienenkopf hin elastisch nachgiebig ist, daß der in Gebrauchsstellung unter dem Schienenkopf (8) befindliche Teil oder Bereich (12) des Dämpfungsprofiles (1,2) unter Beibehaltung seiner seitlichen Abmessung gegen eine Rückstellkraft zusammendrückbar ist und eine größere Dicke als ein an dem Schienensteg (11) verlaufender Fortsetzungssteg (14) hat.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem dem Schienensteg (11) in Gebrauchsstellung zugewandten Ende des nachgiebigen Bereiches (12) der an den Schienensteg (11) anlegbare Fortsetzungssteg (14) vorgesehen ist, der bis zu dem Schienenfuß (13) und insbesondere auch über die Oberseite des Schienenfußes verläuft, wobei die Dicke des Fortsetzungssteges (14) geringer als die horizontale Ausdehnung der Schienenkammer (3,4) ist und das Dämpfungsprofil (1, 2) die Schienenkammer (3,4) auskleidet.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unterhalb dem Schienenkopf (8) befindliche nachgiebige Bereich (12) eine größere Dicke als der auf dem Schienenfuß (12) verlaufende Fortsetzungssteg (14) hat.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Bereich (12) an seinem am äußeren Rand der Schienenkammer (3,4) und des Schienenkopfes (8) befindlichen Ende einen die Seitenfläche des Schienenkopfes (8) zumindest bereichsweise überdeckenden Anschlagsteg (17) hat.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein nachgiebiger Bereich (12) einen oder mehrere zusammendrückbare oder kollabierbare Hohlräume (18) aufweist.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Bereich (12) wenigstens einen kanalartigen, an seinem gesamten Querschnitt umschlossenen Hohlraum (18) aufweist.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb dem den nachgiebigen Bereich (12) bildenenden Hohlraum (18) wenigstens ein oder zwei Stützstege (19) vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere in Längserstreckungsrichtung des Dämpfungsprofiles (1,2) und der Schiene (5) verlaufen.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des oder der in dem Hohlraum (18) des nachgiebigen Bereiches (12) befindlichen Stützstege (19) schräg angeordnet ist.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem nachgiebigen Bereich (12) viele Hohlräume, beispielsweise porenartige Hohlräume vorgesehen sind, wobei zumindest die Außenseite des Dämpfungsprofiles (1,2) und seines nachgiebigen Bereiches (12) geschlossen ist.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die in dem nachgiebigen Bereich (12) befindlichen Hohlräume (18) mit nachgiebigen Materialien oder Medien, bevorzugt mit Luft gefüllt sind.
- Dämpfungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses aus einem elektrisch isolierenden elastomeren Werkstoff besteht, insbesondere aus einer Kautschukmischung auf Basis Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk.
