Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Packungen, insbesondere Zigaretten- Packungen aus Zuschnitten, die von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn aus dünnem Verpackungsmaterial, wie Papier, abgetrennt und gefaltet werden, wobei Faltlappen durch Klebung miteinander verbunden werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Materialbahn wird beidseitig entsprechend den miteinander zu verbindenden Faltlappen mit Leimbereichen versehen, nämlich mit Leimflächen (34..39; 48..51) bzw. mit Leimpunkten versehen,b) die Leimbereiche bestehen aus einem Kalt-Leim, der nur in Verbindung mit einer korrespondierenden Gegen-Leimfläche die zur Verbindung der Faltlappen erforderliche Haftung erzeugt, jedoch nicht an der Materialbahn unmittelbar haftet,c) die Leimbereiche sind so positioniert, dass Leimbereiche auf der einen Seite der Materialbahn im gewickelten Zustand derselben nicht mit Leimbereichen auf der anderen Seite der Materialbahn zur Überdeckung kommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Leimbereiche und/oder die Materialbahn mit einem die Haftwirkung des Leims unmittelbar an der Materialbahn reduzierenden Überzug versehen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf der einen Seite der Materialbahn angeordneten Leimbereiche gegenüber den auf der anderen Seite der Materialbahn angeordneten Leimbereichen in Querrichtung versetzt, nämlich in versetzt zueinander verlaufenden Bahnen bzw. Ebenen positioniert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beidseitig mit Leimbereichen versehene, ungefaltete Materialbahn von einer Bobine abgezogen, sodann fortlaufend in Längsrichtung gefaltet wird, insbesondere unter Bildung einer Z-Faltung (23) und/oder eines doppellagigen Bodenstreifens (29), wobei durch die Querfaltung der Materialbahn versetzt positionierte, einander zugeordnete Leimbereiche in eine solche Relativstellung zueinander gebracht werden, dass die nachfolgend abgetrennten Zuschnitte bei Faltung zu einer Überdeckung von Leimbereichen für Faltlappen führen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gesonderte Zuschnitte, insbesondere eine Banderole (42), mit der Packung durch korrespondierende Leimbereiche verbunden wird, insbesondere durch im Bereich von Vorderwand (10), Rückwand (11) und Stirnwand (16) angeordneten Leimbereichen einerseits und korrespondierenden Leimbereichen an der Innenseite der Banderole (42) andererseits.
