Claims (7)
- Faltvorrichtung, insbesondere Faltrevolver, mit wenigstens einem einseitig abstehend positionierten Faltdorn (10) für die Herstellung einer im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Verpackung aus mindestens einem faltbaren Zuschnitt (17), insbesondere für Zigaretten, wobei der Faltdorn (10) dünne Wandungen, nämlich großflächige Vorderwand (13) und Rückwand (12) sowie schmale Seitenwände (14, 15) zur Anlage entsprechender Verpackungswandungen aufweist, und wobei Zuschnitteile (23, 24) einander im Bereich einer der schmalen Seitenwände (15) überlappen und dort miteinander durch Klebung verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schmale Seitenwand (15) zur Anlage der einander überlappenden Zuschnitteile (23, 24) eine geringere Breite (B15) als die gegenüberliegende schmale Seitenwand (14) aufweist und somit der Faltdorn (10) zur Erzielung eines nahezu exakt rechteckigen Querschnitts der fertigen Verpackung selbst einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an eine der großflächigen Wandungen (12, 13) angrenzende Winkel, zwischen der großflächigen Wandung (12 oder 13) und den benachbarten schmalen Seitenwänden (14, 15), rechte Winkel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltdorne (10) am Faltrevolver in axialer Richtung abstehend angeordnet sind mit den schmalen Seitenwänden (14, 15) in Umfangsrichtung und den großflächigen Wandungen (12, 13) in radialer Richtung weisend, und daß die radial innen liegende großflächige Wandung (13) mit den schmalen Seitenwänden (14, 15) rechte Winkel bildet und somit die radial außen liegende großflächige Wand (12) mit den schmalen Seitenwänden (14, 15) einen spitzen Winkel (α) und einen stumpfen Winkel bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weitere Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Drehrichtung des Faltrevolvers vorn liegende schmale Seitenwand (14) breiter ist als die in Drehrichtung zurückliegende schmale Seitenwand (15).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spitze Winkel (α) 88,0° bis 89,5° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine schmale Seitenwand (15) eine um etwa 4% bis 6% geringere Breite als die andere schmale Seitenwand (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine schmale Seitenwand eine um etwa 1% bis 3%, bezogen auf die Breite der großflächigen Wände (12, 13), geringere Breite als die andere schmale Seitenwand (14) aufweist.
