Claims (14)
- Crimpwerkzeug zum Crimpen von Crimpkontakten, insbesondere von in Bandform zum Crimpwerkzeug zugeführten Crimpkontakten, mit einer Presseinrichtung (1) und einer Vorschubeinrichtung (2) zum Zuführen der Crimpkontakte zu der Presseinrichtung (1), wobei die Vorschubeinrichtung (2) ein Schubetement (3) und Mittel (4) zum Hin- und Herbewegen des Schubelements (3) aufweist und wobei die Mittel (4) zum Hin- und Herbewegen des Schubelements (3) zwei voneinander unabhängige Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptachsen (13) der Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) beidseits des Schubelements (3) angeordnet sind.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (6) im unteren Bereich und die andere Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung (5) im oberen Bereich des Schubelements (3) angeordnet ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubelement (3) auf den Kolben oder Kolbenstangen (14) geführt ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (15) der Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) in dem Schubelement (3) angeordnet sind.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung (6) einen größeren Durchmesser als die andere Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung (5) aufweist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Führungselement (11, 18) für das Schubelement (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (11, 18) eine durch einen Durchgang (16) in dem Schubelement (3) verlaufende Stange (11) ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (11) im wesentlichen zwischen den beiden Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) angeordnet ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (11) rohrförmig ausgebildet ist, um eine Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung (6) mit einem strömbaren Medium, vorzugsweise mit Pressluft, zu versorgen.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben oder Kolbenstangen (14) rohrförmig ausgebildet sind, um ein strömbares Medium in die Zylinder (15) zu leiten.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Versorgung der Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnungen (5, 6) mit einem strömbaren Medium über eine Steuereinheit (19) regelbar ist.
- Crimpwerkzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (19) mit der Presseinrichtung (1) funktionell gekoppelt ist.
