Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Florgeweben auf einer Webmaschine mit einem Florkettbaum, einem Grundkettbaum, einer Schußfadeneintragsvorrichtung und einer auf einer Antriebswelle schwenkbar gelagerten Weblade, deren Hub im Betrieb periodisch von seinem, einen Vollanschlag des Webblattes entsprechenden Wert durch mechanische Steuereinrichtungen mit einer Steuerwelle verkürzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel, um den sich die Antriebswelle dreht, und der Hub der Weblade über einen mit der Steuerwelle (2) verbundenen schwenkbaren Lenker (1) und über eine mit dem Lenker (1) verbundene Zugstange (9) für ein auf der Antriebswelle gelagertes Knickgelenk aufrechterhalten oder variabel verkürzt werden und dann Gruppenanschläge (II) oder Voranschlagschüsse (III) durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkpunkt (5) des Lenkers (1) in seiner Grundstellung mit der Weblade in hinterer Stellung (I) und beim Gruppenanschlag (II) mittig zur Antriebs- oder Ladenachse ist, und wobei seine am Maschinengestell ortsfeste Lagerung K auf der gleichen Achse liegt, wie eine obere Aufhängung M der Zugstange (9) in hinterer Stellung (I), deren unteres Ende mittels einer Welle mit dem Schwenkpunkt des Lenkers (1) verbunden ist, so daß die Strecke (10) beim Lenker (1) und der Zugstange (9) gleich ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkpunkt (5) des Lenkers (1) in seiner Stellung beim Voranschlag (III) mit verkürztem Hub der Weblade nicht mittig zur Antriebs- oder Ladenachse ist, und wobei die Strecke (10) beim Lenker (1) und der Zugstange (9) gleich ist, und daß der Lenker (1) nach hinten geschwenkt (5') wird, wodurch die Länge eines Knickgelenkes und der Drehwinkel der Antriebswelle verkürzt werden, welches über drehbare Gelenke auf der Antriebswelle gelagert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lenker mit seinem unteren Ende über eine Schubstange (4) und einen Hebel (3) mit der Steuerwelle (2) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerwelle (2) von einem mechanischen Getriebe oder einem elektrisch betriebenen Motor angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterschiedliche Florhöhen in einem Rapport eingestellt und gewebt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterschiedliche Abstände für die einzelnen Vorlageschüsse eingestellt und durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterschiedliche Florabbindungen, insbesondere eine 3- oder 4-Schußabbindung eingestellt und durchgeführt wird.
- Webmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen motorisch angetriebenen Florkettbaum zur differenzierten Abgabe der Florkettfäden und mit einer Steueranordnung zur Verkürzung des Winkels um den sich die Antriebswelle dreht und Hubes der Weblade mittels eines mit einer Steuerwelle verbundenen schwenkbaren Lenkers, der mit einer Zugstange für ein auf der Antriebswelle gelagertes Knickgelenk verbunden ist.
