Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour la production d'un mouvement de relèvement et d'abaissement, pour relever et abaisser des pinces de transport transversal d'une machine de formage, comportant un support de courbe mobile (1) sur lequel une courbe de commande (2) et une courbe complémentaire (3) sont installées ainsi qu'un levier double (5) monté à rotation, qui présente un bras (52) à rouleau de commande et un bras (53) à rouleau complémentaire, un rouleau de commande (54) roulant sur la courbe de commande (2) étant disposé à rotation sur le bras (52) à rouleau de commande et un rouleau complémentaire (55) qui roule sur la courbe complémentaire (3) étant disposé à rotation sur le bras (53) à rouleau complémentaire, la courbe de commande (2) et la courbe complémentaire (3) agissant sur le levier double (5) dans des sens de rotation opposés, caractérisé en ce qu`il présente en outre une courbe mobile (4) à élément de ressort sur laquelle roule un rouleau (62) à élément de ressort disposé sur un levier (6) à élément de ressort, ainsi qu'un élément de ressort (61) disposé sur le levier (6) à élément de ressort et agissant sur le levier double (5) dans le même sens de rotation que le rouleau complémentaire (55).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la courbe (4) à élément de ressort est également installée sur le support de courbe (1) mobile, le levier double (5) et le levier (6) à élément de ressort étant de préférence installés à rotation sur un arbre (7) commun.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (2), la courbe complémentaire (3) et la courbe (4) à élément de ressort sont configurées de telle sorte que les pinces de transport transversal peuvent être abaissées par la courbe de commande (2) depuis une position basse de relèvement jusque dans la position complètement abaissée avec le soutien du couple de rotation exercé sur le levier double (5) par l'élément de ressort (61), pendant que le rouleau complémentaire (55) est relevé de la courbe complémentaire (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (2), la courbe complémentaire (3) et la courbe (4) à élément de ressort sont configurées de telle sorte que les pinces de transport transversal peuvent être relevées dans une position moyenne de relèvement par la courbe de commande (2) en remontant lentement depuis la position complètement abaissée en opposition au couple de rotation exercé par l'élément de ressort (61) sur le levier double (5) pendant que le rouleau complémentaire (55) vient se placer contre la courbe complémentaire (3), et peuvent ensuite être abaissées dans la position complètement abaissée, plus rapidement que le mouvement de relèvement, de préférence environ trois fois plus rapidement, avec le soutien du couple de rotation exercé par l'élément de ressort (61) sur le levier double (5), pendant que le rouleau complémentaire (55) se relève de nouveau de la courbe complémentaire (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (2), la courbe complémentaire (3) et la courbe (4) à élément de ressort sont configurées de telle sorte que les pinces de transport transversal peuvent être relevées dans une position haute de relèvement par la courbe de commande (2) depuis la position complètement abaissée, en opposition au couple de rotation exercé par l'élément de ressort (61) sur le levier double (5), pendant que le rouleau complémentaire (55) vient se placer contre la courbe complémentaire (3), et peuvent être de nouveau abaissées depuis cette position jusque dans la position complètement abaissée avec le soutien du couple de rotation exercé par l'élément de ressort (61) sur le levier double (5), pendant que le rouleau complémentaire (55) se relève de nouveau de la courbe complémentaire (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (2), la courbe complémentaire (3) et la courbe (4) à élément de ressort sont configurées de telle sorte que pendant un cycle de déplacement du support de courbe mobile (1), les pinces de transport transversal sont relevées depuis la position complètement abaissée jusque dans la position basse ou moyenne de relèvement, sont abaissées depuis cette dernière jusque dans la position complètement abaissée, sont relevées depuis cette dernière jusque dans la position haute de relèvement et enfin sont abaissées depuis cette dernière jusque dans la position complètement abaissée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le support de courbe mobile est un arbre de commande (1) apte à tourner.
