Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden dünner Bahnen von Zuführspulen vom Typ derjenigen, die zwei Spulenträger (3, 4) enthalten, wobei der eine die Zuführspule (29) und der andere die Spule (30) trägt, die diese ersetzt, wenn sie leer wird, wodurch die Kontinuität der Zuführung sichergestellt ist; wobei dieser Typ auch zwei Köpfe (6, 7) enthält, über welche die dünnen Bahnen (1, 2) einer jeden der beiden Spulen laufen; diese Köpfe (6, 7) sind mit Mitteln ausgestattet, die das Zusammenführen der zwei dünnen Bahnen (1, 2) automatisch sicherstellen; wobei die Spulenträger (3, 4) an Strukturen (5) angebracht sind, die deren Vertikalbewegung ermöglichen und die sich an jedem Ende der Verbindungsvorrichtung befinden, während die Köpfe (6, 7) an einer horizontalen Struktur (8) angebracht sind, die sich oberhalb des Zwischenbereichs der Spulenträger (3, 4) befindet und entlang derer sie sich in Richtung der Mittellinie der dünnen Bahnen (1, 2) bewegen können, um sich einander zu nähern oder voneinander zu entfernen, indem sie oberhalb der Spulenträger (3, 4) laufen;
          die Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen ist gekennzeichnet:    durch horizontale Strukturen (9, 10), entlang derer sich aufgehängte hakenförmige Elemente (11, 12), welche die Hülsen der leeren Spulen herausziehen können, in Richtung der Mittellinie der dünnen Bahnen bewegen können, und
       dadurch dass, die Spulenträger (3, 4) an vertikalen Führungen (26) angebracht sind und sich aufgrund der Antriebsmechanismen, die in diesen Führungen enthalten sind, einzeln bewegen können.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Köpfe (6, 7) sich dank eines Motors an der Struktur (8) bewegen können und Mittel (18, 19) enthalten, die sie vorübergehend an der genannten Struktur festlegen können.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Köpfe (6, 7) Einheiten (20) zum Kleben der dünnen Bahnen (1, 2) aufweisen; eine jede dieser Einheiten (20) ihrerseits eine schwenkbare Einheit (21) mit Elementen zum Einklemmen der dünnen Bahn, die sich einander nähern oder voneinander entfernen können, sowie eine Einheit (22) enthält, die sich nach vorn oder nach hinten bewegen kann und Schneidwerkzeuge aufweist, die sich an ihrer Vorderseite befinden.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenträger (3, 4) zwei parallele und gegenüberliegende Arme (36) aufweisen, die an einer Achse (38) angebracht sind und die sich bewegen können, um sich einander zu nähern oder voneinander zu entfernen; diese Arme (36) Kegel (41) enthalten, die ermöglichen, die zu tragenden Spulen zu greifen; diese Kegel (41) einem Zylinder (42) zugeordnet sind, in dem und entlang dessen Achse sich ein Stift (43) bewegen und dank geneigter Führungen (47) auf Elemente (44) einwirken kann, die radial aus den Kegel (41) ausfahren oder in die Kegel (41) einfahren können.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem vierten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (42) der Kegel (41) ein entlang seiner Achse bewegliches Gehäuse (49) aufweist, auf das eine Stoßvorrichtung (50) wirkt, die an dem Arm (36) angebracht ist und Stoßzylinder (51) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem vierten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (36) einen Bremsmechanismus (52) enthält, der auf die sich drehende Einheit des Kegels (41) einwirkt, um die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Spulen sowie die Spannung der dünnen Bahn zu kontrollieren.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturen (9, 10), an denen sich die aufgehängten hakenförmigen Elemente (11, 12) bewegen, an ihrem Ende ein festes rampenförmiges Element (34) aufweisen, das sich in Höhe des Hakens des beweglichen Elements (11/12) befindet und dank dessen sich die Hülse von dem Spulenträger löst und in einem Behälter (35) abgelegt werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der dünnen Bahnen von Zuführspulen gemäß dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich oberhalb der mittleren Position, in der die Köpfe (6, 7) einander genähert sind, zwei parallele Rollen (13, 14) befinden, zwischen denen ein Raum bleibt, durch den die dünne Bahn läuft, die den Motorblock (15) speist; eine dieser Rollen (13), deren Position fest ist, sich frei um ihre Achse dreht, während die zweite Rolle (14), die sich nicht dreht, sich bewegen kann, um sich der ersten zu nähern oder von dieser zu entfernen, derart, dass die dünne Zuführbahn gegen sie gedrückt wird.
