Description
Einseitig beaufschlagbare Schlagleisten sind vielfach bekannt, auch solche, die Abkröpfungen oder ähnliche Mittel zur Befestigung aufweisen. Sie werden in der Regel mittels Keile oder keilförmige Hilfsmittel und zusätzlich noch mit Schraubverbindungen am Rotorkörper befestigt (US-PS 3,874,603, DE-PS 16 07 552, AU-PS 253,653) oder sie sind in Umfangsausnehmungen von Scheibenrotoren eingeschoben (DE-27 59 250 A1). Während bei den erstgenannten Schlagleisten die Befestigung kompliziert ist und diese die weiter oben beschriebenen Nachteile aufweisen, ergibt sich bei den letztgenannten Schlagitisien zusätzlich noch das Problem, daß die Schlitze zwischen den Schlagleisten und der diese umfassenden Rotorkonturen sich mit Feinmaterial zusetzen und den nach Abnutzung der Schlagleisten erforderlichen Ausbau erschweren. Auch aus der GB-A 2,020,572 ist eine Prallmühlenroteranordnung mit Schlagleisten bekannt, die in zwei rotierenden Scheiben gehalten werden.
Claims (6)
- Prallmühlenrotoranordnung mit einem um eine Achse in einer Umlaufrichtung drehbaren Rotor und mehreren einseitig beaufschlagbaren Schlagleisten (3);
wobei ein Mantel (1) des Rotors mehrere sich in axialer Richtung erstreckende Schlitze (2) aufweist, in die jeweils eine Schlagleiste (3) einsetzbar und in eine Arbeitsstellung bringbar ist;
wobei jede Schlagleiste (3)
eine Schlagfläche (11),
zwei Längsseiten, wobei entlang der in der Arbeitsstellung radial nach innen weisenden Längsseite eine Abkröpfung (4) in die der Schlagfläche (11) entgegengesetzte Richtung ausgebildet ist,
eine sich im Bereich der Abkröpfung (4) an die Schlagfläche (11) anschließende Abstützfläche (12) und
eine der Schlagfläche (11) und der Abstützfläche (12) gegenüberliegende Anlagefläche (7)
aufweist;
wobei in der Arbeitsstellung die Schlagfläche (11) in die Umlaufrichtung weist und die Abstützfläche (12) sich an einer Stützfläche des Rotors derart abstützt, daß die entgegen der Umlaufrichtung vorspringende Abkröpfung (4) hinter eine Hinterschneidung (5) der Wandung des Schlitzes (3) greift und an dieser anliegt und die Anlagefläche (7) an einer Anlagefläche des Mantels (1) anliegt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung bogenförmig derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie eine konvex gekrümmte Abstützfläche (12) und eine gegenüberliegende, konkav gekrümmte Fläche mit einem geringeren Krümmungsradius bildet, und
daß in der Arbeitsstellung zumindest ein Teil der konvex gekrümmten Abstützfläche (12) an einer konform ausgebildeten Stützfläche des Rotors und die konkav gekrümmte Fläche an der Hinterschneidung (5) der Wandung des Schlitzes (2) derart anliegt, daß die Schalgleiste formschlüssig in dem Schlitz (2) gehalten ist, wobei der Krümmungsmittelpunkt (8) der konkav gekrümmten Fläche und der Krümmungsmittelpunkt (9) der konvex gekrümmten Abstützfläche (12) in einem Abstand (X) zueinander auf einer etwa parallel zur Schlagfläche (11) verlaufenden Linie (L) angeordnet sind, wobei der Krümmungsmittelpunkt (9) der konvex gekrümmten Abstützfläche (12) radial weiter innen liegt als der Krümmungsmittelpunkt (8) der konkav gekrümmten Fläche, so daß sich durch Kippen der Schlagleiste (3) in Umlaufrichtung aus ihrer Arbeitsstellung ein Spalt zwischen der konkaven Krümmungsfläche und der Hinterschneidung (5) bildet. - Prallmühlenrotoranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konform ausgebildete Stützfläche des Rotors an einem in den Schlitz (2) eingesetzten Stütz- oder Anlagestück (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Prallmühlenrotoranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die konkav gekrümmte Fläche der Schlagleiste (3) an eine ebene Anlagefläche (7) anschließt und daß die konkav gekrümmte Fläche in eine zweite ebene Anlagefläche (7') übergeht, wobei die ebene Anlagefläche (7) und die zweite ebene Anlagefläche in einem stumpfen Winkel zueinander stehen.
- Prallmühlenrotoranordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stumpfe Winkel ca. 120° beträgt.
- Prallmühlenrotoranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (X) der Krümmungsmittelpunkte (8, 9) zu radial außerhalb der Abkröpfung verbleibenden Breite (Y) der Schlagleiste (3) ein Verhältnis von 1:7 bis 1:15, vorzugsweise 1:10, aufweist.
- Prallmühlenrotoranornung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche der in der Arbeitsstellung radial nach innen weisenden Längsseite der Schlagleiste (3) eine Auskehlung (13) aufweist, in die ein Profilstab (16) einsetzbar ist, wobei sich der Profilstab (16) auf seiner der Auskehlung (13) abgewandten Seite in einer Auskehlung (14) der Wandung des Schlitzes (2) abstützt, so daß die Schlagleiste (3) auch ohne Einwirken einer Fliehkraft in der Arbeitsstellung gehalten wird.
