Claims (11)
- Schleifwerkzeug mit Antriebsachse (2) und radial zur Antriebsachse nach Aussen abstehend angeordneten Schleifmitteln (3), welche auf einem flexiblen Trägerband angeordnete, abrasive Schleiforgane aufweisen, wobei jedes Schleifmittel (3) jeweils an einer im Abstand von der Antriebsachse (2) parallel zur Antriebsachse (2) ausgerichtet angeordneten Haltestange (7) befestigt ist, und wobei die Haltestangen (7) untereinander beabstandet auf einer Kreisbahn um die Antriebsachse (2) in einem Grundspannkörper (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwischen benachbarten Schleifmitteln (3) wenigsten über einen Teilbereich der Schleifmittel ausgedehnte Abstandselemente (4) angeordnet sind und die Schleifmittel (3) jeweils im wesentlichen radial zur Antriebsachse (2) verlaufende Schlitze (5, 6) aufweisen, wovon mindestens ein Teil zum freien Ende des Schleifmittels (3) hin offene Schlitze (5) sind, und wobei die Schlitze (5, 6) jeweils im Abstand nebeneinander alternierend in mindestens zwei radial unterschiedlichen Positionen bezüglich der Antriebsachse ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitze (5,6) in regelmässigen Abständen beabstandet sind und jeweils dieselben Dimensionen aufweisen.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen unteren (5') resp. oberen (6') Endbereiche von benachbarten Schlitzen (5,6) eines Schleifmittels (3) in radialer Richtung überlappend angeordnet sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich radial überlappenden Schlitze (5,6) jeweils unmittelbar hintereinander angeordneter Schleifmittel (3) in axialer Richtung mindestens um die Breite der Schlitze (5,6) verschoben angeordnet sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestangen (7) als Rundstäbe ausgebildet sind und um ihre Längsachse drehbar gelagert angeordnet sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Haltestäbe (7) in Bohrungen von Haltescheiben (8), welche einen Teil des Grundspannkörpers (1) bilden, eingeführt sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundspannkörper (1) seitlich jeweils eine Haltescheibe (8,8') aufweist und mindestens zusätzlich zwischen diesen Haltescheiben (8,8') mindestens eine parallel dazu angeordnete Stützscheibe (11) aufweist, welche radial zumindest bis an die Haltestäbe (7) ausgedehnt ist und diese vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise umschliesst.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um den Umfang der Stützscheibe (11) herum ein Halteseil (12) gespannt ist, welches radial ausserhalb der Haltestäbe (7) verläuft, vorzugsweise von Aussen an diese anliegend angeordnet ist.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandselemente (4) als elastische Kissen ausgebildet sind, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff oder Naturfasern.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandselemente (4) jeweils einseitig oder beidseitig, vorzugsweise lediglich am Fussbereich, an den Schleifmitteln (3) befestigt sind.
- Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Schleifwerkzeuges mindestens 500 mm beträgt.
