Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur mechanisch abrasiven oder polierenden Bearbeitung der Oberflächen und/oder Kanten und/oder Stirnflächen von plattenförmigen Werkstücken (1) mit rotierend angetriebenen Bearbeitungswerkzeugen (3;3'), wobei die Werkstücke (1) mittels eines Transportbandes (2) unter dem resp. den Bearbeitungswerkzeugen (3;3') hindurchführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Bearbeitungswerkzeug (3;3') in einem Abstand um eine Drehachse (4) verdrehbar angetrieben angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (3') symmetrisch um die Drehachse (4) angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise in gleichem Abstand zur Drehachse (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (3;3') entlang ihren Achsen resp. der Drehachse (4) in der Höhe individuell verstellbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (3;3') an einem C-förmigen Ausleger (8) über dem Transportband (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (3;3') mit unterschiedlichen Werkzeugarten (10) angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise mindestens ein Werkzeug zur Bearbeitung von Oberflächen und ein Werkzeug zur Bearbeitung von Kanten- oder Stirnflächen von zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (3') mehrere tellerförmige, um ihre Achsen drehbar angetriebene Werkzeuge (10) symmetrisch bezüglich der Bearbeitungswerkzeugachse (9) und darum drehbar angeordnet aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (4) in der Höhe verstellbar ausgeführt ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 als Entratungvorrichtung für plattenförmige Werkstücke (1) aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz.
